Love the fancy new building!They have the tastiest, most beautifully glazed donuts. I like how they lay them out flat In a box so that the glaze doesn’t get all cracked and broken. Most other donut shops just throws them in a bag.They have a lot of great specialty donuts and filled ones too.I really do love the new building though. For some reason I feel safer than the old one. Everything is all clean and shiny and smells nice...- kinda like their glazed donuts.

This is a busy Resturant with longer than expected wait times (which is why I gave it four stars) but the service was good and the staff was friendly. I ordered a classic cream-filled donut (a first for me) and an iced mocha latte (a favorite). The donut and the coffee was worth the wait.

The only thing I didnt like was the wait time but I could see that there were some new staff in training. The hot caramel latte was sooooo good. Order was exact. Pretty good overall.

Everything was good and nice new building with drive though. Lifelong this is still my favorite doughnuts. My favorites are chocolate covered cream filled, chocolate covered custard filled,, sprinkle and glazed HOT doughnuts.This is my first time since the remodeling. The filled doughnuts are not as full as before and where refrigerator or cold AC temperature I would prefer them fuller and warmer. The coldness made them stiffer and not as tasty. Drive though needs to be organized at its entrance. If you enter from plank road I saw cars doing U turns in the middle of Hollywood street. This is a dangerous situation. There is more land in gravel delivery truck area, possibly some of this could be used to accommodate the drive though traffic.

The girl at register is so rude .no one greets you or even acknowledge you when walk in. They have the worst customer service. It’s seems like making donuts is one of the most miserable job. Everyone who works there have nothing but frowns on they faces. It’s negative vibes every time I come here. I believe you should get all positive energy when getting breakfast

This has to be one of my favorite stops. So many good memories which were accompanied with amazing (say with me) “HOT PRODUCT”. Definitely stop by when the light is on and at least get a dozen of these delightful, decadent and melt in your mouth doughnuts.

How is a 24 hour operation closed at 2:45 am? Coke creates were in the drive through lane. I seen two females sitting outside on the side, one seemed to be making a video with her phone. I asked were they open because of the created in the drive through and they said yes, we are closed.

I am so aggravated that I go overnight, and there is just a pallet or something closing the drive through. Like come on, you can work short staffed, its better a long line moving slow than no line at all. Yall losing money for real

Since theyve renovated it only the drive thru is open, only online orders can be picked at the front door which I strongly advise vc the line is ridiculously long.

Donuts were great. But a mgmt member repeatedly raised her voice at me to put on a mask while 2 of her employees preparing my food and serving me were not wearing a mask over any part of their mouth or nose. You cannot treat customers like that.

I love KK donuts, and literally drove an hour to get them! They were delicious and well worth it. The only complaint, is that it was really hot on the inside of the store. Kind of felt like ac was broke.

The product you sell is wonderful but the staff is awful, no courtesy “At All” . Whoever is the owner of this store go in as a customer just to see what you have representing your business. I love Krispy Kreme but customer service is lousy, very unprofessional!!! 😩

I’m not even gone post the picture because this is upsetting for my donuts to have insects in my box. Not knowing it was in there til I made it home but two was ate by me and my boyfriend before noticing. Which knowing know I’m very upset.

Tasty. Could have been warm, but. Drive-thru had a line but moved fast. Employee in window was nice. Apple fritter was thin and could use more apples. Tasted different than other fritters Ive had so that was a nice surprise. Filled donuts like the cake batter were good (minus the sprinkles, IMO). Would like to visit again and actually go inside but SO FAR away from my location. Wish they would build more in the area.

Man I had a donut in a long time and in a person was hungry and I and the person went to I mean went to Krispy Kreme and bought a half a dozen glazed donuts and they were delicious next time though they have some popular you dont see nothing but cars cars cars cars and it take awhile for you to get what you need but its because they are doing good and we showing Krispy Kreme my apartment how loving day is to us I used to go to Krispy Kreme when I was a little girl and now its got a whole new look and I like the whole new look and I like the Krispy Kreme because it treats people would respect so you have a nice day and keep up the good my Krispy Kreme

Overall Krispy Kreme is a awesome sweet shop... What I dont like is the advertisement of the new minis doughnuts but EVERYTIME I go to get the glazed minis... They NEVER have them... Very disappointing.

We went through the drive through and for some odd reason had the worker with the most attitude that was completely uncalled for. She told us they did not have glazed and we didn’t not hear her so we replied “Oh y’all don’t have glazed?” she then replies “that’s what i said” and we asked for the manager and she replied “pull up then.” we go to the window and tony sincerely apologized to us and then proceeded to tell us that they did have glazed. Not sure why the woman said they didn’t. But he gave us our donuts along with some extra ones. Tony should have a raise.

Had the pleasure of trying an iced latte for the first time today and clearly I’ve been missing out! I loved it. Love the new remodel, indoor and outdoor. Same service, but that same great taste is always worth it.

Cashier took our order and was rude then turns around and forgets and gives us the wrong drinks . I ordered ice coffee not frozen craps with Carmel . The other cashier was on her live stream yelling at someone .. I can’t believe the store has turned out like this . I use to love comming here .. and to kick it all off . One of the works kept cursing and yelling at my me and boyfriend thru the back door . We were waiting in line listening to much and all we hear is her screaming and threanting to whoop us because they had the door down and she rolled it up . (‘Nothing was wrong she was yelling at us for no reason and claiming we were talking about her . ) I don’t know what happened to this location but I will not come back for awhile . A drive thru shouldn’t be this hostel even if it’s on plank road .

Drove 45 minutes for donuts. No donuts. Only raspberry and custard filled. Girl at the window had an attitude and rolled her eyes when I told her I didnt want glazed as she was shutting the door in my face before seeing if I wanted anything else. Piss poor management, poor service, that little girl should not be talking to customers. Do better.

The cinnamon roll donuts are good they need to keep those permanently..but the cinnamon toast crunch donuts are so so...the cereal on top of mine were stale..total turn off..I had to pick it off

We came into the drive thru and received straight attitude from a lady working here and I then asked for the manager and she told us to “pull up” so we did and Mr. Tony was very kind to us. Tony was able to give us the donuts we wanted without any issues. He even apologized for the behavior and gave us extra donuts. Tony deserves a raise!!!

Waited for a good bit in line then realized it was probably gonna take 2 hours literally and aint nobody got time for that...except these ppl obviously so Ill try again next weekend(#3)...😞

I would give 0 if I could. After placing an online order for the buy a dozen get a dozen free all glazed, I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes. They had no glaze. How do you not have glazed???? The lobby was crowded and several homeless drug users kept asking us for money. The manager had the nastiest attitude and was a poor leader. She yelled at a customer in drive thru who asked for a refund since she refused to give him his online order unless he came in after waiting 30 minutes in line. Worst customer service ever. The manager needs to be fired ASAP. I WILL NOT BE BACK. IM SURE A LOT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS FROM YESTERDAY WONT BE EITHER.

Its huge and a little overwhelming when you first walk in if you havent been in one before. But the staff was nice and everything looked good. Pastry case was clean and fully stocked. Kinda cant wait to go back and try more stuff.

Super cool to go inside, loved watching the doughnuts go through the process, but the staff was knowledgeable about their own doughnuts. I asked what was inside one and 3 people just kind of stood and looked around at eachother with no clue..like really!!Then I tried to use my app, and my free doughnut and she didnt even know how to use that

The wait was long, the staff was not friendly and when I finally got my donuts the original glazed was so small. When I ask can she replace them and give me more, she replied thats how they coming out the machine and there be a while for more, we out.

Called 1st, went inside and again asked if they were hot and FRESH! I was told the sign just went off. Got into the truck and they werent even made today!!!!. Bummer, and thats the 2nd time Ive driven 40 miles to get bad donuts and horrible service.

Disappointed i went to try the pumpkin donuts advertised & they only had one flavor of the four flavors advertised. Staff was not friendly & the store needs cleaning as it did not appear clean. These donuts are delicious.

Wish they had never reopened so we could remember them for what they were. Twice I placed an online order and drove 60 miles to pick up, and the first time they had no glazed donuts. This time they had no specialty donuts. I will not be going back to this location.

Omg! Two of the three cashiers didnt know what they were doing! One gave a man the incorrect change (by $10) and had to get the manager to open her register. Neither she nor the manager apologized to him...just handed him his money and moved on to the next customer. It was the day before St. Patricks day so, I intentionally wore a sea green blouse, to get my free donut. I even asked the guy in front of me if hed worn green to get the free donut. Well, the cashier denied us both. She had no idea of what I was talking about. I pulled up the Krispy Kreme app and website to show her. She still refused because my shirt wasnt green enough. I still bought a green dozen but the taste was off. We are less than half before throwing them out.

I set in the line for 1hr an 45 mins too get Krispy Kreme doughnuts for my grandkids, Oh but it was worth every minute. All three boxes was fresh and hot.

I feel as though, they are getting over on ppl through the drive thru. I ask for buy one get one. She says pull up and tell them at the window. When I got to the window, the guys says $21.98. At this point I am confused 🤔🤔🤔. I want the buy one get one, he said oh usually ppl dont tell us that they want the 2 for 1 so we CHARGE them for 2. Well thats not right. Why get over on someone even though its $10.98, why con ppl out of their hard earned money. If I hadnt been paying attention to what I ordered they wasnt going to correct me, or just charge me for one.

Absolutely love this place. Great memories from my childhood. Still the best donuts Ive ever had in my life. My kids love them too. And I always get a lot of love everytime I come here. I drive from Lafayette to Baton Rouge just to get these donuts.

I love Krispy Kreme but the customer service needs to be better . On this morning I pulled up here and the cashier BRI said “go ahead with your order” and I stated “ hey how are you?” it went silent.... so my sister rolled down the window and she stated “ hey how are you” it still was silent then the cashier BRI proceeded and said hey ... very unprofessional idc what’s going on but professionalism is everything... i worked fast food before and no matter what you have keep your feeling at home or before you come in the work environment.

The new establishment far out compares the old one, I grew up with. You can still watch the process through the windows inside. While being new and fresh the counter help didnt put or ask to put my items in a bag. So I asked, she helped the next person in line, Ignoring me. I waited. She worked a full transaction while I stood there. Then she put my donut bag in my bag upside down. I didnt notice this till I got to my vehicle. Maybe a employee revision is in order.

Decent donuts that you will wait forever for.

Took over an hour!!! My husband ordered online for pickup at 9:30. Got there (on time) and when he went to the door, two young men looked at him and never acknowledged he was there. My husband decided to get in the line only to wait another 30 mins to finally get to the speaker and no says anything. He then drove up to go to window (still had to wait on the two vehicles in the front of him which took over 10 mins) for him to get to the window and they don’t have the flavor that was ordered. When asked about a refund, she says it’s a different system and doesn’t work that way. So we had to substitute or lose out on the money already spent. Sad case. When they made this change to upgrade, the service didn’t do the same. Horrible!

Its a fun and everyone deserves a happy place its a joy to see the kids reaction to how the donuts are made to 0p

The workers at this location are absolute trash. They never answer the phone. They have no manners and absolutely no courtesy. The owner or manager should really consider hiring better employees. They speak to you like you are a huge burden on them just for asking for a donut. Just ridiculously absurd.

Drive thru line is too long! People parking, going inside and coming out meanwhile this line is not moving. On top of that we’re being held hostage because you can’t pull out of line. Just sitting here waiting to take a chance because the doughnuts are not even good all the time.

The line is very long. Nothing quick about this visit. The Hot Light is on but theyre serving cold donuts. The kids got their donuts but disappointed with the cold temperature of them.

I want a FULL REFUND! I went in EARLY and WAITED IN LINE for hot doughnuts because its what my daughter wanted for her BIRTHDAY BREAKFAST. Asked for hot glazed doughnuts, I got ICE COLD doughnuts. Also, my doughnuts werent even completely covered in icing. NEVER AGAIN. I will go to MARY LEES from now on. Im only leaving one star because I cannot leave ZERO STARS.

Waited in line for 15mins only to receive stale donuts which werent correct! I definitely expected better from Krispy Kreme. Please teach your employees the proper way to fill a donut. Half a teaspoon of filling is completely disappointing. We drove 30 minutes to go get donuts, will not be recommending this place to anyone!

If you like Dry donuts that have been sitting out all day then this is your spot. I’ve never been to a KK who’s hot light is NEVER on, nor who’s donuts aren’t fresh until I visited this location. Idk why I expected better quality, after all it is on PLANK RD. So the disgustingness is very fitting !!!Also: keep in mind this location is in the HOOD. You literally have to make the decision “Do I want to risk being shot or robbed while waiting in line for donuts” should’ve used the money to RELOCATE !!!!

Love Krispy Kreme but tonight the workers were disgusting. The cashier on the register with gloves on accepting money then gives change back; turns around gets doughnuts off the rack and puts into customer boxes with these same gloves, that has been used to touch money. And please clean that filthy drive thru window. I dont know if their short staff but whoever is on the register need to stay on the register. Just trifling!!
