This location is HORRIBLE. Place a order around 9:00 am for an employee. It was now 4:30 order never received. Called to ask for a refund spoke with Destiny she was very rude and told me she could not help me. I always order from Seigen but this location was closer. I will never use this company again. Paid $70 for a order that I never received.

Customer service is absolutely TRASH. The flowers I got were gorgeous, but the edible arrangements itself didnt taste fresh even though I had to wait in the lobby for them to make it..... for like 20 mins.My husband paid for a customized card. They forgot it even though I had to wait 20 mins.They then LIED and told my husband the card would be delivered.... It was sentimental and I would have come back to pick it up...I would never order from this store again. How sad.

I did not read the reviews before I placed my order and I regret it deeply. I placed my order online and chose pick up, at the nearest location. This establishment is a poor representation of Edible Arrangements. I have received one in the past, from another location, and it was wonderful. When I called about my order here, to make sure it would be ready for me to pick up the following day. The person I talked to seemed offended that I would call to check. After, I asked her to please check, she got my name wrong, after repeating myself she got the correct order and said it would be ready on time. When I arrived the next day, it took an additional 20 minutes. During my wait I saw staff pick up chocolate covered strawberries by hand and not wear a mask. I wanted to leave my order there but I did not have a Plan B. I ordered this gift for my mother’s birthday and bought it with my sister, who was excited about doing something nice for our mother. When we tasted the fruit, it was bitter and was thrown away. I do not plan to use this location nor recommend it. I informed Corporate about my experience. Please read the reviews and do not order from here. Save your money.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. This place is a mixed bunch. Sometimes they do great, other times not so much. They were rude and slow. They didn’t want to deliver my order after the original delivery was messed up. The first time the order did not come on time. The driver was in an accident and they did not notify me. The next time while planning on bringing my order to me they wanted to delay it. I wanted on a specific date and for a specific reason. I would recommend you to not order from here. If you do decide to order from here, pick your order up yourself. I will honestly never pick this establishment to spend my money on ever again.

I placed an order on Friday for Saturday delivery. I informed the recipient to expect delivery. They were home and available both Saturday and Sunday. Sunday around noon the recipient spoke to someone who claimed to try to deliver it and the employee asked her to pick it up then said they would attempt to re-deliver. I am very angry about how this. I called the store when I heard about this Sunday evening to check the status. At first the lady I spoke with said it was marked Delivered at 11am on Saturday, which was false. They told me the arrangement was sent back because of non-delivery. Her story changed that the delivery attempt was Sunday sometime but no one was home. But they were home, many people were there to celebrate Mothers Day. The employee asserts that pick up is the only option. I live out of state and cannot pick it up. They refuse to deliver and refuse to refund. I expect the delivery I paid for. I was hung up on twice. This has been the most horrible service Ive ever received. Nearly $150 gone. I will have to contest the charge.

I didnt read the reviews until after I placed my order, so naturally I just assumed Id wasted my money. Customer service over the phone at this location is HORRIBLE, however the arrangement was amazing and taste great! Make sure your order is exactly what you want and you should have a decent experience.

Please be aware of this place!!!! My husband ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day!! First time ordering, they were suppose to delivery on Saturday and I got it Monday and the worst part was the arrangement they deliver was the incorrect one. He paid for the DELUXE one and I got the SMALL one, I called them and they said I was going to get the correct one within a days until now haven’t got my order, still waiting.

I ordered a bouquet, fruit arrangement and a card for a friend for over $100. 1/3 items were delivered. When I submitted a claim to the edible arrangements website directly, the store suddenly updated my order to delivered. The recipient has still yet to receive items over a week later. I keep trying to contact the store directly and they are not open when I have called (or arent answering their phones) and do not have a service to leave a message. I will be contesting this charge on my credit card since the store cannot take it upon themselves to correct the issue.

Poor service. Did not receive order when i was supposed to. Staff told me that the driver had an accident but they did not know until the next day. Rescheduled my order which still was not received for 2 more days. What a great anniversary gift. SMH. Would not recommend this location

The customer service at this location is AWFUL! Unfortunately I’ve used this location 3x’s and each time I’ve had problems but it’s the ONLY location in my area and working in the customer service industry i believe in giving chances! However! This last time I purchased an item that cost almost $100 for one of my employees. I called the morning of just to make sure the time they would deliver. NO ANSWER (did that for about 3hrs) when my employee received the item (while I was there) there was no card attached to the arrangement nor no edible numbers i requested, choc strawberries were melted and fruit looked days old. I called the corporate number, they called the location; guess what? NO ANSWER! They put in my complaint. Store calls me the next day and told me to bring the arrangement back. It’s 24hrs later, my employee took it home, how do you expect I bring it back!?! She goes on to say well in order to get a refund I’ll need the product back! NEVER once asked for a refund but they definitely was nothing trying to make it right! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL

Terrible service. Lied about trying to deliver at 10 pm.Never got delivery and trying not to give refund. If you call, they will leave you on hold and will not even try to resolve issue. Stated they left a door tag, must be at wrong address because delivery address never received one. I do not understand how a company can have so many negative reviews and a corporation does nothing to assist.

I received an arrangement for my birthday. Delivery was on time and very pleasant but the quality of the fruit was horrible. Tasteless and discolored by the next day. I refrigerated it immediately. I called to report it and see if they would compensate they offered to exchange it but nearly said I was lying. Lost my desire for edible arrangements forever!

My order never showed up, they hang up on you when you call, they dont call or email you with updates regarding your order, and the day my order was supposed to be delivered they told me my order was out for delivery and it never showed up so when I called an hour before they closed they let the phone ring or picked it up and hung up.Terrible service dont waste your time.

Piss poor service. Was promised for two days straight that our order would be delivered, only to call today and be told it had to be picked up. Ordered for my grandmother for Mother’s Day, product wasn’t available for delivery on Mother’s Day which was fine. I scheduled the delivery for Monday (5/11) and didn’t get delivered, nor did I get an email or phone call to let me know of any problems. I followed the tracking number that I was given in my email and it still says order received by store, so they haven’t even tried to make it yet even though it’s late. My grandmother will now be out of town, so even if they end up delivering it late, she won’t be able to enjoy the arrangement that I paid good money for. I tried to call to discuss it with someone both yesterday and today and the phone lines had a busy tone. I have called 35 times and have not been able to get through.

Horrible business. Terrible customer service. Was supposed to receive something from my mom on my birthday and it never came. They waited until 4 pm two days later to try and deliver it again, couldnt get the address right (even when my mom called several times to confirm), even called the wrong phone number multiple times and then just gave up and returned to store. I never received my edible arrangement thanks to this stores lack of professionalism. No one was willing to help me because it was too close to closing time. I have heard bad things about this company down here before, but this was just the cherry on top! DO NOT order from here unless you want them to take your money without you receiving anything in return. Also dont order from this store if you want them to be punctual or deliver on the correct date of a special occasion. THEY WONT.

Gave them a second try but there will not be a third. Ordered a large get well arrangement. Specifically requested no feminine container colors and add a balloon. Person who took my order had so much trouble putting it in the system I was concerned she would have it wrong. She did. No large arrangement, no balloon and the container was black with pink polka dots. Complete opposite of what I ordered. Find another franchise to use. This one never follows instructions and their customer service is horrible.

My husband set up a Mother’s Day delivery unfortunately it wasn’t able to be delivered. Spoke with Tiffany the store manager at the Corporate Blvd location and she immediately was ready to assist us with a refund. Thank you so much Tiffany for processing the refund and taking responsibility. Let’s all take a step back and understand they are trying their best to accommodate us during a pandemic. Yes I was upset at first but it’s soo much more we could be upset about. Thank you guys for attempting to serve us.

They were very unprofessional. My family in Texas ordered a bereavement arrangement. They called me and asked that I pick it up because the store was not going to deliver it. They werent going to deliver it because they couldnt find the address during the first delivery attempt. We had just had a death in the family so I was heartbroken to learn that they were being given a hard time. When I got to the store, I waited while two associates hovered over the third associate that was on the phone. I was not greeted when I walked in the door, as they were all occupied with this one caller. I didnt know the point of the call so I waited patiently. After the associate got off the phone, I asked to see the arrangement. She sharply said no and then laughed and said she was playing. It appeared to genuinely be a joke, but I found the joke to be untimely considering the circumstances. I was then told that they would deliver the arrangement so i left the store. I despise bad customer service everyday of the week. They missed the mark and it has tainted my decision to visit again. If i do visit again, it will be a while.

This business comes across very rude when taking phone oders having a discourteous demeanor? A big turn off when the order taker talked so fast - sounding like she had marbles in her mouth ... and was being disturbed? After 3 tries it was useless? (These young workers need better training.) She did not care to work? Will not order from them now because afraid the quality might be as bad as their phone etiquette,; a big embarrassment with our selected order? I ordered something to be delivered the same day and got it delivered within 3 hours. (Not during a major holiday) I cant stick up for their delivery times during a major holiday, but if you are ordering something for someone on their birthday/anniversary, I would say that the delivery time is reasonable! The fruit was of good quality, and the recipient enjoyed it. Thank yall again!

I went to Edible Arrangements on Corporate Boulevard in Baton Rouge at 10 a.m. the young lady behind the counter of shirred me that my order would be delivered at 4 because my wife job closed at 4 needless to say my wife have to go meet the young lady to pick it up because it was never delivered not a good way to run distance.

Terrible service, they dont delivery on time or on the date that you request and they will contact the person receiving the fruit to tell them that they need to pick up because they cant find the address. Terrible customer service, after I called customer service main line they went ahead and contacted my sister and told her that this was the third time creating the arrangement and that she needs to come and pick up; to begin with they never went to her house on Saturday 12/14/19 and now they are stating that they were having problems finding the house and that she will need to come and get the arrangement and that this was the third time they were creating the arrangement for her and they wont be doing that again. Also, good luck calling their store, their phone system is bad and they have it to go to voicemail and you cant leave a message because the mailbox is full. Wont be using this store at all!

I stated I wanted a refund she said okay and hung up in my face! I called back and she tried to argue with, I told her I wanted to speak to the store manager she said she’s not here, I ask when will the store manager be there she told me whenever she gets there..finally she decided to call the manager and while I’m talking to the manager on the other line she’s trying to over talk the manager and argue again! I made an order and it was for the balloon bundle with the fruit in the decorative container. From the beginning it was wrong. First I paid $10 for same day delivery, but they called and said they wouldnt have time. I asked for a refund on the $10 and they said they couldnt refund it (but they also couldnt schedule it for same day) I let that slide though, and told them next day would be ok. Whats $10 dollars when I was already paying extra for other items and it was going to $100 anyway. But then it got worse. They sent me a completely different arrangement, no balloons, and a plain container. When I called to complain and ask for my money back because everything was wrong, they said they would only give me the money back for the balloons. I explained that no one let me know there would be a completely different order coming basically, and they called the day before to tell me they couldnt refund me my $10 for same day delivery but they couldnt find time to tell me I GUESS everything else was also going to be wrong??? After this exchange, I overheard the worker say to their coworker that I WAS ANNOYING!? I just paid $100 dollars and you sent the wrong stuff, wrong container, stole my $10, no balloons, and throughout all this wanna try to say you will give me back the money for the balloons???? SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I called back to speak with a manager, and they put me on hold for over 15 minutes. I hung up and called back immediately and they answered normal ready to help with a order. Like what? I just sat on hold for 15 minutes and they basically just ignored me and hoped I hung up. I took the number to the customer service line from the employee that answered and I called.I wonder how many times this has happened to other people??Completely unprofessional, and as I sit now, 20 minutes on hold with customer service as well now. This whole company seems so unprofessional, maybe it is because I have an accent and they think they can just do that and there will be no repercussions??? Not today.

Horrible at what they do, I read the reviews and still decided to risk it. Called in an order for pickup on wednesday, here I am in the store on Friday being told my order was never even placed. Had to pull up my bank statement to show that I had been charged and waited at the store for 45 minutes while they made them. My advice, you are better off buying your own strawberries and making them yourself. Will never use this store again.

Horrible service. Ordered a Valetines arrangement online to be delivered on Feb 14th and today is Feb 15th and it has yet to be delivered.This order was placed on Tuesday Feb 11th so there was plenty of time to get this processed. I have attempted to call SEVERAL times and get a message of the store is closed and will open tomorrow. NOTE: This is Friday and Saturday. Horrible disappointment. DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR ANTHING of importance. I will be filling a many complaints across social media and other platforms as possible. I will have to go to my bank to get my money back!! They should be shut down after reading all of the horrible reviews

Online ordering was such a breeze and when I saw they had spots open for a today delivery I was ecstatic that I would be able to get my boss a gift in time for National Boss Day. The ecstatic feeling quickly escaped whenever noon rolled around and I hadnt received a update. I called the store and the gentleman reassured me that the delivery driver had my order and was heading downtown right now...... Sure enough by 3:30pm my order was still not delivered and I had to call a 2nd time only to be told by a young lady that she was making my order right now and it would be delivered in time before 5pm. Who wants to receive a gift at the end of a work day? If the store was backed up I totally would have understood... However ive been waiting for a delivery thats on its way and made now for 5 hours....I wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order at this location. The order has still NOT arrived at our office and its almost 5pm. Please dont take orders if your staff is overloaded!!!

So, I hardly ever take time out of my schedule to leave a bad review but for them, I making an exception!So my husband tried to surprise me for our anniversary with an edible arrangement and he made sure to check the reviews and he chose to go with this store since the other one on siegen lane had such bad reviews... Anyhow, he placed an order and paid the high delivery charge and they never delivered anything on our anniversary so he eventually told me and asked me to go get the refund which was alarmingly high for some damn fruit but I digress. So I get there and the lady is on the phone having a personal conversation and didnt even acknowledge me for about 3 minutes. Then she finally gets off the phone and asks what I wanted and I informed her I wanted a refund and I explained why when she asked and she just went silent. From her silence I figured she was the culprit for the order going wrong which she eventually confessed to and blamed it on the delivery driver but when we originally called to find out what happened to the arrangement, she said it was never made because she messed up on the dates. But anyways she processes my refund then gives me the receipt. So I look on the receipt and ask wheres the refund and she informs me it will be in my card in about 4 days or so. So Im looking at receipt and informed her that it states the refund was a cash refund so she asks for my receipts and double checks and realized she made a mistake so she offered my cash refund with not so much as an apology for messing up on the order and confusing the delivery dates and messing up on the refund. She was so unbothered like it was normal. Shes the worst employee and needs more customer service training.Needless to say NEVER AGAIN!

Order and paid on Wednesday for Friday delivery. Recipient didnt receive basket until the following Tuesday. Order was marked delivered for Friday, but wasnt delivered until I had reached out to store management Monday morning in regards to delivery. Manager stated that they will work on order that morning and will deliver it, call back later in the evening and a lady said that manager left for the day, order wont be deliver until Tuesday, they cant do anything about it since it was a delivery error. Keara (I apologize if I’m butchering the spelling) assisted me over the phone. She was very helpful and got my issue resolved to my satisfaction in a timely manner. This is very disappointing. I got one yesterday. It was definitely sad. The lettuce on the bottom was yellow and welted. The strawberries were bad. They were rotten. Dont even think about eating the pineapple because they were nothing but core. In addition, I didnt get the box of chocolate covered strawberries. I called and compliant to the local store where it came from. The gentleman was very nice and said this is common, he immediately said he will personally put another one together and have them delivered the next day. That made me felt better.The second set came in. Got the box of chocolate covered strawberries but the strawberries were very smushy. We didnt get the balloon this time. The lettuce was better. Strawberries were better. Pineapple were nothing but core. It looked better than yesterday. I came to conclusion that this is only a cute idea but dont expect to eat the fruits.Waste of money. Rather a nice dinner instead for this cost

I placed an order and they said they attempted the delivery but never left a note. Then I called the next day and set up a delivery appointment and when they missed that I called them again. The lady I spoke to said it was on the truck being delivered now I asked how long she replied 1 to 2 hours. When they missed that deadline I called them back and she said they tried to deliver it couple days before. They never left a note. Very unhappy with the customer service.

Horrible customer service!!!! Me and my wife are celebrating our anniversary and wife wanted to send me an arrangement which I didnt receive. Because we are in seperate states due to me being a law student, she wanted to do something special for me. She ordered it online and tried to call store to speak with an associate at the store. Wife told me someone answered and promptly hung up. We have now spent the last two hours trying to contact someone at the store and now it just feels like we are being ignored. I would not recommend this location to anyone if you are seeking quality customer service. Back home (Texas) we never had these issues if something was going to be delivered they were prompt and professional. But here at this location... Didnt properly deliver my order. I was supposed to get it on my birthday from my Fiancé who is deployed. They didnt call and never told me they tried to deliver it or leave a receipt like they have explained on their website. The Status of the order said they were still making it for days. I called the store MANY times and no one ever answered. Turns out that store was closed because the AC broke. I didnt get told that until I found out because I drove to the store to pick up my DELIVERY item and the sign on the door said that they were closed and to contact the other store all the way across town. So I drove all the way to pick it up only to find that most of the chocolate covered strawberries in the picture were actually apples and it was smaller than shown. Never again will we waste our money on this place.

Customer Service here on Corporate location is the worst! Dont expect to get any type of answers from the manager either. Very nonchalant about any concerns from the customer and very unprofessional. Instead of always thinking your customer wants a refund maybe show some type of empathy. Soft skills are a necessity in any customer service role and this location lacks that. Orders are backed up and your orders are delayed til the next day and received late in the evening on the next day. If you need help in Baton Rouge your best option would be to contact the Siegan Lane location!!

Placed an order on Monday, the 11th, for Thursday the 14th(Valentines Day). Order was not delivered. Attempted to call the store the day of, and got a recorded message saying the store was closed. Attempted to make another call today, the 15th, and getting the same message saying the store is closed.On hold with the customer care, have been for about 40 mins. Completely dissatisfied. Not to mention it was a significant increase in delivery charge due to it being Valentines day, about double, in fact. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Placed two orders to be delivered the same day & it wasn’t. I called the next day and could not get in touch with anyone & the recipients still haven’t received anything. Every time I call, it says they’re closed. This isn’t the first time and now I’m convinced I will not order from here again.

This is beyond the worst service ever, I ordered a day before Valentine’s Day and I could honestly say it’s very embarrassing . I wish I can give a - 0 star pickup time 1230 I left at 3:45 and I was one of the lucky ones some had deliveries that didnt make it on time and one guy stood their with me for 2 hours and another customer looked in the freezer and his order was there.bad customer service very bad,unorganized Im done with this place .
