I received an e mail stating I would receive free shipping for orders over $69. I asked this agent Lariana could the e mail be honored, she repeatedly was nasty and disrespectful. I asked to have the call elevated and she refused. I know she has upper management but continually refused. As I stated, I ride in two large krewes in New Orleans and this will make it to our private social media pages.
