Every time I go here the experience is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and the products are great but we all know customer service is what keeps customers and I am a repeat spender because its so refreshing.

My teen is crazy about this store! We love that the handmade soaps, gels, bath bombs, and face masks are fresh and smell great but not overly perfumed. Their natural deodorants are my favorite. The customer service training that their associates go through is outstanding (I’m BIG on quality customer service)! Every visit I’ve encountered a different sales clerk on the floor and their approach is consistently friendly, efficient and well-versed on the products. Great job, LUSH. We’ll be seeing you soon!

Very unpleasant experience with one of the employees. Instead of helping us she stood over our family and continually scolded my daughter, my wife, and myself when we tried to smell the products. We occasionally moved our mask down about 1/4” to smell products we were interested in. She spent the entire time watching us to even touch our masks and after she came up the fifth time to tell us something we left. My daughter loves this store but we’re never coming back with employees like that

Top of the line customer service! We were finally able to go inside the store and smell the smells. We were asked to wash our hands before touching anything. This should be implemented forever. The staff was very accommodating, super nice, and knowledgeable. I like how the naked items are already packaged up so they are not full of germs when you take them home. We ended up spending almost $200. Will be back SOON!!

I love everything about this place. The products are amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they are quick to help you find the right product for your skin/hair type. I also like to support LUSH over other brands because of their general philosophies. For instance, handing out recyclable pamphlets on how to be a Trans Ally. Or having many products with zero packaging, with everything else in easily recyclable containers. Also everything there smells amazing.

I just discovered this store and wow! I love the bath bombs, masks, shampoo bars. I love that almost all of the packaging is eco friendly. I love that the products are ethically sourced and not tested on animals. And I really loved the sales ladies, Mallory and Bri. They were very helpful and have so much knowledge about the products and the company. They genuinely enjoy their jobs and helping customers, and that is such a rarity. I am a Lusher for Life!

I love this store. Employees are very friendly and helpful, and it smells wonderful.My wife uses their products and has been able to simplify her hair routine using their products. All items are hand made so they are a littler higher in price up front, but the products last so long it is still more affordable than more cheaply made products.

Our first visit to any LUSH location. The girls working here were so informative and friendly! They even demonstrated a popular bath bomb for us! So pretty and smelled yummy! We stayed in this place forever just smelling and admiring everything. We never once felt rushed, ignored or overly followed. We bought some bath bombs and some creamy soap, I was even given a small sample of a body wash to test! Hoping all locations are ran in this way, if so LUSH has a wonderful thing going!!

Every time I go to lush, the girls that work there are so nice and welcoming. They make sure that I’m aware of any sales/deals going on and are always helpful. The only thing that I don’t like is that the store is so small and it gets packed rapidly, making the shopping experience overwhelming.

This place smells like heaven!!!I appreciate the staff here: they are always happy and helpful, without being pushy. Theyve helped me discover new items I now use regularly, as well as thoughtful gifts well recommended (what ships well, what cant take heat, etc.). One staff member even remembered me from weeks earlier, when an item I wanted wasnt available. I walked in the door and she said: I was hoping you would come again! Good news, weve started making X product again!

I am a new lush customer, the first time I tried the store was in San Diego. The service there was phenomenal: immediately upon walking in I was greeted and helped, the staff even applied the products I wanted to try to my hands! She literally washed my hands, dried them off, and applied lotion. I was blown away, and became a life long lush shopper right then. Unfortunately, at this location I did not get the same caliber of service. I was greeted but no one inquired if I needed assistance, I had to go up to the counter and ask. And though staff attitude was more than pleasant, I still did not receive nearly the level of customer service that I had come to the conclusion was ubiquitous at all Lush locations. :( Of course the product was great, but compared to other Lush stores this one has customer service that falls flat.

The staff here is amazing, very well versed in their product knowledge and here to make everyones day. The products are to die for and they let you take a sample of things if you are curious about them and how they will work for you. The only downside is that the store is so small, so the shop can get a little crowded on the weekends. But I love this place!

Didnt know I could fart glitter till I used one of your bath bombs. It was a magical experience. On the plus side, it did not stain the tub.

I love their products!!! I have been using their shampoo, and deodorant for about 5 years. I have never been back to the dermatologist ever since. What a blessing to have found LUSH!

I went to this store a couple of days after Christmas to stock up on bath bombs, etc., and it was OUT of product--maybe 10 or so items were in stock out of the entire inventory! The shelves were literally bare. Lush Corporate needs to seriously address their supply chain deficiencies as well as their staffing, as there were many sales people on the floor (to sell nothing!). Very, very disappointing, particularly considering it is one of the few sales times for Lush.

Great products leaving your skin smooth and soft. And with the new 30 year anniversary sale going on was like frosting on the cake.
