Great service and they have the best products for all hair types. I dont mind spending money here.

Too big to be so randomly organized. Prices not all that great. In fact, I find them a bit pricey compared to other beauty supply stores in the area. Its like the Ross of beauty supply stores, meaning if I buy something there once, I may never see it again. I do find its worth the trip to pick up hair care products, accessories, etc. Theyre probably the best place for that, but as for hair, I feel like Im always settling for what they have instead of what I really planned on getting.

I own my own beauty supply store online but I only carry high end extensions, styling tools and wig making kits and things of that nature. I usually come here for shampoo or dye. Incredibly nice people. Clean store. Decent prices.

This store is more interested in money than the hard working customer. For two nights in a row I raced over here after work only to find that they lock their doors early because getting off work is more important than trying to help the customer. There are too many stores around the area who genuinely care about their customers than this store. I even called and pleaded with the guy because I was going out of teown tomorrow. He refused to help me. Never again will I give them another dime of my money because I know that they certainly don’t give a damn about me. And I will tell all my friends to blow this place off from now on. I used to tell every one about this place but now I will use my time telling them NOT to come here. And I have a lot of followers and each of them will tell their friends and so forth. I promise you lost more than just me as a customer

Its a good place to go for hair products if you are in a hurry. The prices are pretty reasonable

I always find my hair care products here and they never run out. If your old school hare care like me. This is the store for you

Good selection of beauty products. Not all styles available but still a good selection. The employees are very helpful and assist you with your selection.

This store is amazing! Sooo many products. I have locs and I can go here and find products for myself. No matter the style you are wearing, this store has something for everyone. A huge wig and hair extension selection. Very organized and clean. The staff is friendly also....

Okay the reason I gave this place a 3 stars is because, they need to clean their building outside. the outside of the building is very messy and they dont have that much business. I think if they clean around the building they would get more business. But the service is very good in their (friendly.)

The service is always fantastic. When entering the doors someone at the counter acknowledges you and speaks to you. When checking out the persons (lady and man) always ask if I found everything ok. This is what keeps me coming back.Thanks

They think everybody comes in to steal.They will follow you all over the store... by the time you walk one way they watching thur cracks thinking you trying to take something without paying for it! I am not comfortable shopping there... I dont like being followed all over the store... not all black people steals.

I have shopped at this location many times before with no problem but had a bad experience this day 11/17/18. African-Americans be cautious of shopping here. I was accused of stealing and was asked to look inside my purse. I`ve never stolen anything in my life. Be aware of shopping at this establishment!! I would have given it zero stars if I could.

I purchased a wig from the baton rouge location today and when I tried on the wig I noticed that it was damaged. I called the store and asked for manager, the guy told me to come in and he would exchange it . When I got to the location he looked at the wig and told me it was impossible for the wig to be damaged when I purchased it, he had a language barrier so I asked him to repeat what he said .. he sent a young lady to go get another wig and while i was waiting for the wig he said that i must have damaged it when I put it on my head . First of all, I have a small head and I know for a fact that I didnt damage it. I asked him for his managers number he told me do not come back to the store . So I can spend $54.99 on a wig and you tell me not to return ??? Ok... I will be calling the head quarters Monday morning and if necessary contacting my attorney .

The inside of the store is nice; but the outside... Not so much. The parking lot, the lines are severely faded and it is hard to tell where handicap parking is located. There are holes and the shrubbery is over grown and there are weeds everywhere. I think this property could stand a bit a cleaning and sprucing up... Even the outside of the building.

It was hard to find the exact crochet hair I wanted, however they have a large selection of products and the staff was super nice. Pretty sure its new management!

Very expensive. Noone working had knowledge of anything in there. It was nice and neat but i left with nothing because i didnt get any service.

The employee working at the Florida Blvd location, in Baton Rouge, slammed the door in my face when I arrived to the store at 7:52 pm. Though the store hours state they close at 8 pm, they actually close at 7:50 pm. This was the worst treatment I ever received. Im never going back and informed all of my friends and family to no longer shop at this location.
