I am enrolled in the CVS auto-refill and text alerts but haven’t received anything in quite some time. So, I called to have a prescription refilled and was told it would be ready for pick up in two hours. Two days later and it still wasn’t filled. I’ve tried to call and request information on a different prescription and the call is immediately ended as soon as I select “speak to the pharmacist”. While this CVS is in a convenient location, it does me no good if I can’t get what I need.
You can not reach a person on the phone no matter what time you call. I was on hold over 20 minutes one day- over an hour another. Why would I hold fir this long, b/c I wanted to see just how long. They never answer. I’m moving to Walgreens.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I picked up meds through the drive through, got home, and one was missing. I checked the app, it showed that it had been filled and was ready. I called this morning, a day after. Spoke to someone about the issue, was on hold for 9 minutes, and they hung up my mistake. I called back. A new lady answered, said it was not filled, and would now be filled today. What a waste of time. SAD SAD SERVICE.
Not happy with the experience here. Not one to complain but after countless bad experiencesshould let others know. Prescriptions sent here that should be ready same day are not ready for days. This is unacceptable then go here to get a prescription that should of been ready Tuesday not ready on Friday go again on Saturday and they close before their business hours.
Do not use this cvs for pharmacy services. They assign hours to the store based on their convenience and do not care if you get your RXs or not. I’m currently waiting in a line wrapped around the building, trying to pick up my medicine for the 4th time this week.
Have been sitting in line at CVS drive through Pharmacy for over an hour. Not gonna happen again. While sitting here I transferred my prescriptions to the Albertsons pharmacy... adios CVS!!!
I just had to transfer to CVS because of an insurance change and I am already hating my experience. I went in to get my prescriptions transferred over and two days later they still weren’t ready. I called and apparently it had just been sitting there. No one called to get it transferred! Then I went to pick it up finally and their system is down! I’m out of pills at this point and I need them to get their stuff together!!
Very rude workers. The dyke manager that’s always there looks like she never wants to help, every time I ask a question she answers it with no information and just basically shrugs.
Read the other reviews and you’ll get the picture. DO NOT fill your prescriptions here!I have never once been able to get someone in the pharmacy on the phone. We’re talking HOURS on hold.... if I ever want to know if a prescription has been filled I have to physically drive to the store, only to be told that it hasn’t. NEVER AGAIN!
I have had nothing but good encounters with Pharmacy. Great pharmacists and technicians.
If you think the service is bad at this bluebonnet location then you should try the locations in Nola! Ive been driving from New Orleans to pick up my two monthly prescriptions. The cvs in new orleans never, ever have a consistent stock of my meds. Ive used this Bluebonnet location on and off for 10 years and Ive never, ever had an issue. Everyone is so extremely sweet to me. They do not make me feel like a burden and are helpful when I call. I know this is a busy location so I try to be patient and call ahead. Everyone, even the front clerks are very helpful and polite. it never fails, before I hang up with them they tell me to drive safe
I switched from Highland to Perkins Rowe a few years ago because service got so bad at Highland after it stopped being 24 hours. I have been happy with Perkins Rowe CVS until about 3 months ago when some of the procedures changed. One day, they were all harried and said they had 10,000 scrips to fill. Way too many for the staff they have. The texting also is less reliable, and the phone is no longer answered. I hung on the other day for several minutes, and finally got an answer. But, then I got a text saying my insurance wasnt covering the refill. But no option for saying not to fill it. No way was I going to call back, so I just refused it when it was ready for pickup. Very inefficient, but I think its the store, not the pharmacy staff at fault!
Hows is it posible that they call you to inform you one of your prescription is out stock, 2 days after they call you to let you know its ready and when you go they answer you in the most rude way that you are not in file (even when Ive been there multiple times), basically they didnt let me talk. Never in my life I made a review!
My first visit was w Aysha (sp??) the most patient retail clerk ive ever seen (w customer in line before me (w me too!)second visit w Brandy; extremely helpful and kind (product location, multiple products)
SPEND YOUR MONEY & TIME ELSEWHERE. Pharmacy management is incompetent. I ALWAYS have some issue here. This month I called beforehand to fill a new prescription (was on hold for 40 minutes). Went to pick up meds two days later during normal business hours and had to wait 15 minutes for pharmacy techs to arrive. Then they said it had not actually been filled and I would have to wait 30 minutes for it to be filled. This was NOT an isolated incident - happens every single month. Will never go back here.
These guys have HORRIBLE customer service. The ladies at the drive thru window are rude and of no help at all. They never answer their phones and prescriptions arent filled until days later. They have no regard for their customers. You people are giving such a bad reputation for CVS.
I come to pick up some meds n it wasnt ready they lied n said it was terrible service they dont deserve one star
Still on hold. Its only been 52 minutes.Edit: it was over 1 hour and 18 minutes before I decided to just drive over there. The refills from 2 days earlier still had not been filled.
For the last several times I went in to get a prescription there has been some kind of issue. Today when I went in to pick up my prescription it was the wrong prescription and the wrong address which I have asked them to change before. The line was fairly long when I got there and even the lady at the start of the line had similar issues where a prescription was filled even though she has previously said it was wrong. It seems as if they are filling prescriptions and not doing a thorough job of checking the information. There is no customer service whatsoever. They rely on the automatic system too much and therefore customer service fails and to where I wonder if they even know what they are doing.
It doesn’t matter what time it is, no one ever answers the phone. The pharmacy staff members are so rude even when you’re being really polite. I’m done with this place.
The management and staff suck here for the msot part! every time I go I have an issue thats not my fault and i still have to pay the price for it.. Go to the one on burbank!! staff is soooo much better and friendlier
Ridiculous. left on hold with the pharmacy for 15 minutes. this is the third cvs ive called. i will NEVER be refilling at cvs again.
I use(d) the CVS quite often because it’s literally an 8 minute walk from my condo. This time I brought a friend and we were in the art supplies section and she was looking to buy some new sharpies and I was looking at the mechanical pencils. She had a blue sharpie in her hand and the staff walked over and said “don’t draw on that” and she was referring to the shelf which was filled with coloring from people using the sharpies on the shelf and my friend turned around and said “okay” “sorry” even though she did nothing. Then the staff walked by again and said “imma call security..” which infuriated us. Then another time we had a ball and was walking around the store and hadn’t been there longer than 5 minutes and another staff member said “you can’t hang out here l, give me the ball” in which we were looking to purchase she took it away and we left.
I think this CVS is great. Ive never had an issue with my prescriptions. The staff is very friendly also. Yeah, Ive had to wait in line but, dont we have to wait in those with most things these days??
SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST ... Trying to get a prescription filled. On hold for 16 minutes then got disconnected then on hold for 22 minutes only to get a very rude person. Unsure if my prescription transfer is gonna happen 😠
Wow! After batting 0 at the CVS pharmacy by LSU, this one really came through. Thank you so much Amanda for going above and beyond to assist me!! I really appreciate your customer service after my terrible experience with the other pharmacy by LSU.
I just moved to BR six months ago and switched my rx from Covington to the Bluebonnet location. Since switching, Ive honestly had more issues than I ever had before at my old pharmacy. I get constant phone calls now about prescriptions I dont even use, and when I DO need a medication, they wont call to let you know that they cannot get it. I waited days for it to be filled (with the website saying processing) and I had to sit on hold for 50 minutes before I could talk to someone in the pharmacy who could tell me that CVS couldnt even order the medication. By the time someone finally picked up, it was after 5pm on a Friday so I couldnt even call my doctor to get the medication sent elsewhere. Honestly this place has just dropped the ball too many times for me. Ill be switching to Walgreens.
Cvs retail - always welcoming. Pharmacy- over years the pharm tech or whoever picks up the calls are unpleasant to talk to. Every time I come by theres a new face. For whatever reason theres a high turn over rate. Service has decline or deteriorated. Its like talking to a robot. Correction, robot would be more fit for their jobs. Its lk talking to a deer at a headlight. I rather pull my eyes out then bother repeating another call or conversation. Shopping for another location.
Please pick up your phone! Every time I call I’m on hold forever. It doesn’t matter what time I call.
Absolutely horrible. I never leave reviews, but It has taken them 5 days to refill my approved prescription. They do not answer their phones. This is dangerous how long they take to fill prescriptions.
The customer service at the pharmacy is horrible!!!. Instead of helping me they are too busy putting up stock. They finally helped me after they were completely finished putting up stock.
Waited 3 days for antibiotic! Called to inquire about prescription on hold for 35 min and I finally hung up. Got physician to transfer RX and they never released it to be transferred to different t pharmacy. I still can’t get my meds.
As an employee this is the best store I have worked at in 10 years of working in pharmacies. Minute clinic is staffed with very friendly nurses.
The ignorance here is astounding. No one in the pharmacy has a clue what they are doing.
Usually has what I want. Quick checkout.
Slowest pharmacy in town.
Bathroom out of order
Terrible customer service and unreliable
