This is the store with all your gaming needs. Not much mode to say to that. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Just wouldnt recommend trading in your games there but no problems buying used games for sure.

Everyone here is very nice and very knowledgeable, but it does feel a bit pushy from time to time. The game selection is vast, and its always fun to see what new think geek or special edition items they have in stock when I stop by. Never been a time theyve not been able to answer a question regarding a game, either current or classic.

My son loves this store. he gets so excited about trading his old games and getting new ones. the guys that work at this store always know exactly where to find a game and that is very important since we are always in a rush to get in and get what we need. we love game stop.

Our Favorite Gamestop store ... they are so helpful. I have Been going to this same store since my grown kids were children...I love the Rewards and the fact that if they break their game system then if you have insurance you can just go get a new one.

Bought a used PS3 remote. Got home and found it did not work. Drove all the way back to exchange it. Got another remote off the peg but it was more expensive. Clerk told me someone must have checked mine in wrong. I said So I had to drive all the way back here and I have to pay more? All she could say was sorry. Manager standing right there checking in an order had nothing to say. Glad the second one worked because I dont plan to bother with them anymore. Amazon all the way.

Walked into this store with my two sons. Male at the register was on the phone when we walked in. We were in the store over 10 minutes and he NEVER acknowledged our presence.

Not happy. Being a man of color. I wasnt greeted or asked if I needed any help when I walked in the store. I noticed 3 caucasian customers that came in after I had were acknowledged upon entering. Not making a purchase tonight !

They dont honor the warranties on purchases. I purchased a new xbox1s. Had problems right out of the box. Called in to the store and they told me to proceed with the updates and that may resolve the problem. On the 4th day I called again and they told me that Xbox had a brand new update that was just released. I checked and they did. I work every day and dont have the luxury to play games every day. So by day 7 I did the update and it still did not fix the problem.. so I boxed up all my stuff and went to exchange it on day 8. When i enquired about the exchange, I was told that I only have 7 days to exchange an item and to call microsoft. Hence Im pretty furious. Had I just brought it back the same day instead of following the employees advice, I would have avoided this problem.This issue was resolved in store. There was a miss communication between the staff and they took care of it.

This place is the worst. It is nothing but casual neck beard gamers who work here. They play the worst games. Most of the employees dont even know how to work the computer system and the lines back up pretty fast. Biggest complaint: they sold my pre ordered Bloodborne special edition (which I had payed off in full for $70) because I was out of town working and couldnt pick it up within 48 hours. I did not receive a phone call or any sort of notice that there was a 48 hour policy. Imagine buying something online at target, paying for it IN FULL, then driving to the store to find out that they sold your product. They also lost $160 of store credit of mine in their computer. Good thing I had receipts to prove it. I demanded a cash refund and I will never spend another dime in a GameStop store. I only download digitally now. Also, what kind of a store opens at 10am? So all the fat neck beards who work there can stay up all night playing World of Warcraft and DOTA 2 and sleep in before work. The Caj Mahal of game stores. 1/10 would not do business.PS: You should make a Baby Game Stop for kids and their stupid parents who buy Wiis and Pokemon so they can stop asking a million questions in line and wasting everyones time.
