This is the best place to take your car for anything tire related. Ive been using McDonald for years and the service is top notch. They are friendly and know what theyre doing. This is by far one of the best auto shops Ive ever visited. They were very open and honest about my repairs. A previous auto shop (Mavis) incorrectly diagnosed my vehicle and McDonalds Tire found the real problem and properly repaired it. They stayed in constant communication with me while fixing my vehicle and they were very patient. There were 2 guys who assisted me (Bennett and I didnt get the other guys name, but he is a slim guy and wore glasses) and they were absolutely courteous and extremely helpful. Ive already recommended their services to a few friends. Ive found my new auto shop.

This is by far the best place in town to have service your vehicle! I called 10 tire shops of which only 8 answered the phone. The workers here are extremely pleasant & knowledgeable. Ms Rhonda must have given me a million quotes on 4 new tires and patiently explained the details, ratings, mileage, road hazard etc...Mr. Isaiah greeted my husband & I as soon as we parked. These guys are rock stars. My car was in & out in less than 45 minutes & rides like a new vehicle. To top all that off, the final price was cheaper than I expected. Friendly staff, quick turnover even for a Monday morning crowd with weekend flat tires or other problems, low prices and no upselling or any of the marketing flimflam weve come to expect from national chains. Free coffee while you wait, small utilitarian waiting room. Used and new tires available, no pressure, good professionalism in general.

My LSU student daughter blew out 2 tires. We had the car towed to the shop, the people were extremely courteous & conscious to her. Ordered her 2 new tires immediately & installed at a very reasonable price. I live in NOLA so its hard to send your daughter to a place & expect her to get treated right at a reasonable price but this place did it. Cant thank them enough for being honest people. Paid almost $90 to have four tires mounted and balanced. Asked to keep one of my old tires as I had just bought it and wanted a spare. When I came to pick up the truck I was asked to pull up to the front and he aired all of my tires up which should have been done already if the truck was done. Had to hunt down the tire that I asked to keep. Woke up this morning to two flat tires and mcdonald tire is closed until Monday. So now I have to figure out a way to air my brand new tires up to get my truck to someone who will charge me another $40 to fix something that would have been avoided by simply checking before it was sent out as done and I was charged. Im now $130 in the hole. Would have given the chance to make it right but I cant go all weekend without my truck.

I am so thankful for the service that I received today. We noticed that our tire was literally about to come apart, due to a puncture of some sort. Although we had a tire warranty through Toyota, they would not replace it. We would have had to spend a ridiculous amount not only to replace the tire, but an additional fee to put the tire on. Needless to say, we left Toyota with limited time to get to McDonald, so we called because we had to drive very careful to avoid an accident. They assured us that we would be serviced as long as we made it by 5:00 pm. We made it there at 4:59 pm. Im sure they were ready to go home, but they immediately serviced our vehicle. They were polite and even thanked us for our business. They replaced two tires in 10 minutes! They could have very well saved our lives and we are truly grateful. I highly recommend. I wish I could give them more stars.

I have been using this place for years! I love the fact that when you pull into the parking lot a person is walking out to greet you when you exit your vehicle. And these guys hustle!

This place is awesome! I went there with my Tesla Model 3 after my OEM tires went bald at 28k miles. They worked with me to get a Michelin warranty credit for 30% off a new set of tires. They were very careful to make sure to lift my car in the exact spots to not damage the battery and had my new tires installed within an hour even though they were slammed busy. They go above and beyond in their quality and service. Cant recommend them enough!

The best day i called them to see if they had two tires in my size, which they did. As soon as i for on the lot Tim came to assist me. Cant say anything but great things about these people. Not much of ambivalence but who cares. From the minute you drive up, someone is coming up to you to help you. The prices are great, the front end alignments are done by appointment on Thursdays (that may have changed) but they do a GREAT JOB! They never try to upsale you, and even offer used tires for those on a budget! They are busy, (because they are SO GOOD), but well ORGANIZED and the lady behind the desk keeps the machine running well!

Quick service patching my tire. Nice guys. Had a loose flat tire in the back and they patched it up for me in about 15 minutes. Best tire shop in Baton Rouge! Ben and his team have been taking care of my tires for almost 20 years. They have always been friendly, fast and honest. I started going there because they were close by when I lived in Villa Del Rey, but even now that Ive moved down the road a ways, Im happy to pass up 4 or 5 tire shops to get to McDonald Tires.

Weve gotten used tires for my husbands car and just yesterday I had a flat tire because of a nail, got it patched. During both experiences, everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly. They got the work done in a timely manner. Seems like theyve even spruced up the small waiting room type area since last time we were there. I have done business with Mr. Ben for years. I was in there getting new tires on my car and a lady came in to pick up her car they had put a used tire on. Had a nail in my tire causing a slow leak. So did several others that were there. They got us all repaired very quickly. I had a ride waiting to take me back to work. I told my ride she could leave because they would be finished so fast!
