If you are in the market to get ignored, this is your place! Stood and waited, looked around, then asked for help and was ignored. This store is literally the worst location in the United States. You lost a loyal customer today. Oh and organization is helpful. Just a thought.

I went to Boot Barn on Siegen Lane to get something to wear at western theme rehearsal dinner and wedding in Granby Colorado. Being the most complete opposite of a cowboy, I gave it a shot. I walked in and was greeted by the store clerk “Mike”, it was a complete success. I told Mike my situation and he hooked me up with the western look that made me look like a cowboy. I told him I would not need boots and jeans. He spent an hour or more and fitted me with a shirt, bolo tie, hat and cologne. He taught me how to wear it and greet people and how to care for it. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable and made my experience fun. The pricing was was reasonable and a complete success. The people I met at the rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception were very complimentary. They thought I was a dressed up cowboy and loved my Buffalo bolo tie. When I told them I was a south Louisiana golfer, we all got a good laugh. Thank you Boot Barn and thank you Mike. A complete success.

They even let me exchange boots, they were able to look it up by name

This place is good if you want cowboy boots but they dont have a big selection of work boots witch is why I went there, but I did find a pair of boots and so far theyre working out great, tbe staff is very friendly

We shop a lot here for my husbands work boots and FR clothing. We usually find what we need and its always been pleasant. However, these past few times, weve been followed around in the store, watched by the sales representative constantly like we are trying to steal. Just is not a good look for this establishment.
