Brought my work boots to them to be resoled! A pair of square toed ariats with a new insole only 95$! Huge savings for me! These guys had them to me in a day and half! Super comfortable now!

I have read a lot of bad reviews on this place but I didn’t experience that. One review complained about an aggressive dog behind the counter and what I experienced was a very friendly female dog that didn’t seem to have a problem with anyone. Maybe the person complaining was terrified of dogs or maybe that person was aggressive. I just got my boots cleaned up and polished and the prices were very reasonable and they were able to get to them very quickly. The owner was not the most outgoing person I have ever come across but he knew his business and took care of me appropriately. I will do business with this place again.

Exremely POOR workmanship. I will not patronize this location again. I needed a pair of cap toe dress shoes stitched. I felt really confident when dropping them off after reading some positive reviews. BOY, was I ever disappointed. The stitching was horrible. The guy didnt even take the time to trim the thread... unbelievable. The stitching was so obviously bad that the guy(manager) couldnt even give a decent respond to the poor work. The fee was paid in advance, which I understand for a small business, but geez... at least put forth an effort to provide a good service or present a decent product. I will not return. I couldve done what I paid this guy to do. If you need your shoes shined... go to Edgewood. If you need ANYTHING else done to your shoes, please take my advice and stay away.

Horrible. Dont bring your shoes here unless you want them to be returned in worse condition. My husband took his shoes here because the bottom of the shoe was becoming detached. He dropped them off Monday and they were suppossed to be ready at noon on Wednesday. My husband called and they said they wont be ready until 230. So when he gets them there are noticeable glue stains all over the shoe that wont come off. Also they scratched the shoes up. Did I mention these were Jordans......horrible experience.

I dont think I have ever been treated worse as a customer or person. I brought my husbands favorite work boots in to have the sole repaired. As soon as I walked in the guy behind the counter didnt even speak to me. Just stared at me, no greeting, nothing. After describing what I wanted done I payed the full amount and was told it would be ready in one week. When I went back for the shoes I was ignored by all the employees. After finally getting their attention they said they hadnt even started on the boots!! On top of that he implied that certain people get served faster. I dont know what he meant by that or if it was racial but I took my husbands boots and left. They didnt even offer a refund. Not to mention both times there was a large dog behind the counter acting very aggressively. I will never be back.

If I could put zero stars I would. The service was awful, I didnt receive it when promised, AND when I finally got it, the job they had done was worse than when I brought it in. I am severely displeased with the results. When I asked for a refund I was told We do not offer refunds. It is a repair and will not be good as factory. I will never give this business another dime. See Yelp for photos. I might as well had put that $30 towards a new purse rather than trying repair this one. Do not give them your business. RUN!

Worse customer service ever first they tell me they will be ready at a certain time and then they arent and then when they are ready theres glue stains all over the shoe from them glueing them back together it was just horrible work my nephew couldve done better it was just horrible I was going to sell these shoe and they actually were sold for 350 dollars and now I cant get a dollar for them because the glue is all over the suede and when they tried to scratch the glue off the suede they took some of the suede off of the shoe it was just bad !!!!! Wont recommend this place to my enemies

The customer service is horrible...was promised a certain date 4 pick up...well its been 2 weeks and my bag is not ready...being that I was basically forced to pay in advance I would have hoped my bag was ready...only explanation I received from the old mean white guy at the counter was i can give u ur bag back and ur money...how about a refund and my bag returned fixed as promised...will NEVER go back here r recommend 2 ANYONE...
