Here at Hair Queen and I walk in and see a man behind the counter so I say accuse me sir do you have this hair in a blonde he looks at me then says I don’t know go look and his voice was in a negative attitude form so since I needed the product I came for I polity spent my cash in the establishment but the young lady who offered to help me I asked her whose the guy was with the glasses? Alex, Alex has poor customer service I get the vide that Alex doesn’t value the customer nor care to assist them in any form.

Please stop spending your money here. I went here to purchase hair & spent over $100. As I was walking out I beeped. When I walked into the store I beeped. I’m a DEGREED professional & I was treated as if I stole something. The owner constantly asked me toopen my wallet. If I was of another race do you think he would’ve asked me to open my wallet?? MY WALLET?? This is the third store I went into this morning & I beeped. I don’t even have a purse on me or pockets. It could be my jewelry for all I know.THEY THINK WE ARE THIEVES.There is a black owned hair store on greenwell springs please start spending your hard earned money with your own ppl! I have never felt so degraded.

What an amazing place, staff was on point and the atmosphere was great...They even have a red carpet.They have everything and I mean everything.

I walked in this store and immediately my anxiety flared up, its soooo much stuff in this store. You better have ur list cause i was in circles i wanted and needed everything in sight... Geesh its a one stop shop!!!!

I shop at this location all the time the store is always clean, organized, the associates are helpful however I will say this I was reading the reviews on here & I am a witness to the Male alot of people are speaking on yes when you call there is a associate that is very rude Im not sure which one but whoever the Male is he need to be talk to thats not how you handle customers that spend money & I spend Im going today before work other then that no other problem!

Very Unprofessional and Rude. When, I came to this location and asked a representative “do you all have apple pay?” The rep didn’t acknowledge me at first. So I figured maybe he just did not hear me. So I asked again nicely, “Excuse me, do you all have apple pay?” The male representative replied in an overly aggressive tone as if I was bothering him which took me by shock because there was no one else at the front desk other than him. He said yes repeatedly while glaring angrily at me. As I attempted to proceed to go browse the store The Representative took it upon himself to further egg on an argument by saying “Your shaking your head like I’ve done something wrong.” I explained to him that his tone was very rude and instead of apologizing he continued to ARGUE WITH A CUSTOMER. At that point, I informed the rep that I will take my business elsewhere and again instead of apologizing for the “misconception” he said “maybe you should.” This says a lot about this Beauty Supply store. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS! Just money hungry. THEY WILL BE RUDE AND WILL NOT APOLOGIZE INSTEAD THEY WILL ARGUE. This is overall a bad look for business. I am an Expert In Customer Service and this was not the way to handle this situation. I will NOT shop here and wouldnt suggest anyone else shop here because THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I will be contacting them to make a formal complaint.Update: I called to make the formal complaint, the manager Alex listened and empathized. However, I am not sure what action will be taken to prevent this situation or any other customer from such an awful experience like this one.

I called to ask store hours & instead of answering me, he said look on the website. I said I’m calling because due to COVID-19 store hours aren’t correct on websites. He said we are at normal hours & hung up in my face a second time. Spend your money where you are appreciated. Don’t spend your money with disrespectful people like at this store.

Hair Queen Beauty has a huge assortment of wigs and extensions, but also a huge assortment of other items! I love going here for all of my haircare needs. The associates are also very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as well. This place has my business for as long as Im in the area.

If I could I would give no stars. I purchased their mystery bag of body wave hair at a great price. Was told that this is great quality hair and that it was able to be dyed. We dyed the hair a beautiful honey blonde but once it was washed it lost all form of a curl. Called them to ask why this happened and was told to be appreciative and curl it myself. After getting angry with the man on the phone, he hung up on me multiple times. I shouldn’t have to curl my supposed to be body wave hair if it was really human hair in body wave. The customer service was horrible and the hair was not worth what I paid for it even at a cheap price.

AJ the owner exudes charisma, customer service & pure joy. Anyone like that has put his spirit into his stores, employees & customers & you can feel it!! I live in CA, but follow all his social media, he is a REAL business man!!! With an infectious smile, and a heart of gold, why would you shop anywhere else??

I have gotten a lot of products from here and they have never let me down... This is the only hair store I will shop with.

The staff Ive interacted with and owners are so nice and professional. They have everything I need (being a braider) and what they do not have at that time they will make sure to get (be sure to mention what youre looking for if you dont see it).

Dont carry A good Collection of Barrettes Not Everyone is Putting Grown up styles on their children. But B.r has 100 plus more So its any easy fix.

Worst hair store ever.I called to ask the hours and the guy said (it says it on google) Then i asked if kids are allowed in the store ( since a few weeks ago i went to this store and no kids were allowed) and he just hung up in my face. i will never be going to this hair store over again.

I visited this store about 2 months ago a was treated as if I was bothering the employees by inquiring about where something was located so I said maybe it was just a bad day so I returned today and was once again treated horribly the store is beautiful but i will take my money to another store down the street before I come here again the employees snatched my money and dropped my change in my hand like he didn’t want to touch me I’m disgusted
