This is the place that has everything you need for as hair products I go there all the time its a great place big place you cant really go through all of it because its so much as you dont even know what you want to buy you really want to buy the whole store but you know thats impossible but I love Hair Gallery. Visited this location as a recommendation of a friend that frequents the establishment and i have to say it seems old and unorganized and I feel invisible as i waited well over 20 minutes to be assisted. I can’t say I’m used to this as I frequent the Hair Crown a 1/2 mile down the road and it’s always clean and orderly so I will definitely continue to visit Hair Crown over this location

Neat and well organized BUT the prices that are on the items may OR may not be the correct prices. They still have reasonable prices. Staff seems to be as courteous and to be expected for this type of store.

Prices were reasonable now prices are going up. Getting just as high as other competitors in area. Although jewelry prices are okay.

They keep me slaying, from braids and wigs to natural products they are fully stocked.

Purchase ombre bundles on 10/19 and spent 200+ dollars. Had the bundles installed(sew-in) the same day noticed that they were a little more shiny than I am accustomed to my bundles being but loved the color so I was pleased with the initial product. The first thing I noticed was it would not hold a curl. I am not big on putting chemicals on fresh bundles so I chunked it up to maybe it needing a holding spray but did not use it ny product because I was a bridesmaid in a wedding on 10/20 and did not want to take the risk of adding to much product as i had s styling appointment the next morning with the rest of the bridal party. Slept with a double stitch satin cap and a satin pillow case as I am not new to bundles. The next morning I woke up and noticed my hair was tangling more than normal. Went to the appointment for the wedding as and the stylist literally had to take time to detangle the back portion of the bundles before starting. Once detangles she attempted to use the flat iron to curl it. The steam smelt as if we were curling synthetic fibers with the stylist made mention of. She then mentioned how the hair would not HD a curl and asked me where did I get my baby doll hair from. I told her and she inquired about the price and when I told her she stated that this was not quality bundles although i was charged as if they were. We proceed to use holding spray gir the curls as and it still would not. I contacted the manager Mohammad and explained the situation. He stated that he thought it was good hair and asked me to bring it in to give me better quality hair. I explained that I had it installed already as was in a wedding and could not come that day he said come tomorrow and that he would take care of it. Next day comes I call to see what time he leaves as I am coming back into town and want to know how to rectify this issue. He then proceeds to tell me they tested the hair and the hair is fine. He doesnt know why just my hair is bad and basically accused me of damaging the bundles. I nicely explained that I was not trying to get over that I just wanted what I had paid for which was quality hair. He then states that I will have to bring the hair in and return it then they will give me new hair which I had no problem with but I inquired about compensation for a new install as I would have to pay to get the new bundles install and he basically said I was the one complaining so it was on me. Really long story short I wont say dont shop there because they have good deals but if you looking for true quality go somewhere with real quality bundles and a place of integrity because anyone who cant stand by there product or even rectify an issue when you know you in the wrong cant have my business. But to each its own. Shop the bundles or baby doll hair as my stylist stated at your own risk.
