Mrs. Alondra you turned my experience from being anxious and nervous to calm and relaxing! Usually I’d cringe and space my visits out to maybe twice a year but now I’ll come more frequently. I’ve been going to this location for the last three years! I’m finally done! I think I only stayed because of the wax specialist Lacie and Valeria which are no longer there! (Both very knowledgeable and skilled) Nicole is very unprofessional my own opinion and just ruthless sometimes. Her customer service skills aren’t the best (speaks super fast on phone). I’ve had issues with the company in the pass and still continue, but as of today I’m totally done. I just need the views too see this. Jessica seems new wasn’t the best but she’s very professional I can say and welcoming which made me come back the last three visits.The front desk needs a little more training and educated about products before recommending.

Ive been getting my brazilian done at EWC for about a year now (different location). Ive rotated through a few different waxers, and while I have no problem with my normal girl, Alondra just shook things up entirely. This is the cleanest wax Ive ever had and I am ECSTATIC. Like seriously, theres not 1 hair left, Im so happy. Will definitely be back.

I see Alondra, she is by far my favorite and go to esthetician for waxing. She is very professional and very comforting.

They are more on the expensive side but their technicians are so friendly and the service is great.

If your looking for a great place to get waxed, this is the place to go. I love it. It’s so much better than shaving. It does hurt but the more you go the easier and less painful it is. My wax specialist is Ariel .She is awesome. She is friendly and fast. So if your looking to get waxed ask for Ariel she will take care of all your waxing needs!!!

Jessica was the absolute BEST! She talk to me every step of the way, she took her time, her work was ON POINT! EVERY TIME I went, I only wanted her. I’m sure everyone else at this location does an amazing job as well . Definitely would recommend.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE Emmalee is hands down the best !!!!!!! It’s been YEARS since I’ve waxed and she made it super easy for me with trying to get back into rotation. Felt like we’d known each other for years !! She’s funny and very knowledgeable! (I hate that I forgot her name) but the assistant manager was amazing too ! She checked me out and helped me finish up my experience! The prices you can’t beat, the customer service is just hands down overwhelming! I’ll never go anywhere else ! I’d give 10 stars if I could !

First time ever getting a wax, and I had a wonderful experience. I went with a full Brazilian wax ;I really didnt know what I was getting myself into. (I was truly terrified)This month they are running an amazing special discount price,w/ complimentary eyebrows. Jessica did such an amazing job. She made me feel extremely comfortable. In that little bit of time, she was able to establish a good rapport with me. I was so pleased with the service, I could of bought anything they offered at check out. A true High!

I was hesitant to return to this location due to a poor waxing experience a few months ago. However, that individual is no longer with the company. I decided to give them another chance because their wax is gentle and doesn’t cause me to break out. I’m glad I did! My waxer was awesome and had the most gentle touch. My eyes didn’t tear up once during the wax. I’ll be returning.

Ive had very mixed experiences with this particular EWC. Id heard bad reviews from friends about this one before coming here, but decided to try anyway. My first couple times were great, but then my aesthetician quit, afterwards my experiences here went abruptly downhill.Three stars for providing the service I paid for and the first two experiences. Minus two stars being too pushy, doing too many clean ups, and not listening to me when I explained sensitive skin or voiced concerns.

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and I fell in love. It wasnt as bad as I expected. Ms. Garrett made me feel very comfortable and she did such a great job that I bought the buy 9 get 3 free deal. Thank you Garrett youve changed my life! Also the receptionist were wonderful. I cannot remember their names but they were very informative and helpful as well.

Ive been several times, and have been satisfied everytime! But today I went in for my monthly Brazilian. The wax was so hot that it burnt me. My skin is a bit raw, not too bad. But I may switch locations.

Ive been happy with the services enough that I purchased a 12 wax pass; they make rescheduling easy, and the staff seems fairly consistent so you can keep visiting a waxer you are comfortable and happy with. and their ingrown hair serum is a miracle product!!!

The services are great but had a bad experience. My appointment was for 2:30 got here for 2:15 waited almost an hour & no one had the common respect to update me on my appointment i had to go ask. Im always here early but Im waiting almost an hour to get called. Doesnt make sense at all!!!

I hate them. Theyre more concerned with selling you products than providing quality service. Went to get my lips, brows, and pits done. The estheticians breath smelled like camels and she was so close to my face. She was rushing and half-assed on my lip. The wax really sucks and she ripped the wax off my lip at least 4 times and there was still hair left, so she followed behind with tweezers. She ended up pinching parts of my skin off and now I have scabs. The wax was stringy and was everywhere and she left residue all over my face. My eyebrows werent great either. I wouldve been better off going to a korean nail shop. It sucked so much I didnt even want her to touch my pits. Wont be returning.
