Horrible experience today, guy sold me some tires and didnt put road hazard on them after assuring me it was on there. I trusted him and didnt double check my invoice. Had a nail in the tire and told it couldnt be fixed, not in stock inventory and manager couldnt be disturbed. So sad. Went to another store, nail wasnt where we thought so did they look, and tire can be repaired. Wow.

This location is horrible now. I have been going to this location for about 15 years and never had an issue until just recently. I didnt know that they had been bought by another company until I went in for a regular tire rotation. The customer service is very poor and being honest has gone out the window. Providing superior customer service and maintaining their original clientele is obviously not at the top of the chart.

Needed to get my front brakes replaced and Mr Jojo, did a great job. The staff is friendly and nice. Its hard to find honest and dependable car repair services but I recommend this business. Ask for Mr Jojo for your brake needs!!

This is hands down the best tire shop in Baton Rouge. The entire staff in the front office exhibits a high degree of professionalism and a genuine care for the customer. I asked about a set of tires and the guy sold me a better set for less because of a rebate the company was offering and allied decided to pass the savings on to the customer rather than pocket it like most tire places. They have earned my business and as long as they continue their operating practices, they will keep it.

Best tire shop I’ve been to! I thought I had a flat, they took off my tire and figured out I had a cracked rim and recommended a great and affordable place to get it welded back together then went i went back to get them to mount my tire back on and they sent me on my way with no charge at all!!

This is the absolute worse place in the world to do business with, my husband went in early one morning to get 4 brand new tires and waited 2hrs and had to leave and then went back for 1pm and they still kept him for hours, no recognition or acknowledgement about anything. I was scheduled to get off at 4pm and they still hadn’t finished and no one came to say anything. I am overly pissed and will never use this place again or recommend them or there service to anyone. All I can say is unprofessional.
