Bought a new truck 4/26/21. Salespeople, yes had two very pushy salespeople. Only concern was selling the truck which is typical. 5/11/21 the truck don’t start. Just a click when trying to start the truck. Called the service department. Explained the truck would not start and just click letting them know I was a hour and a half away. Service consultant asked if I could bring the truck in. Again, told her the truck wouldn’t start. She proceeded to schedule me a appointment. Asked if I could bring the truck in at 8:30 on Thursday and I again told her the truck WOULD NOT START. I was asked if I could get the truck towed in. I asked if it would be at their expense and was told no. I asked to speak to service manager and was given assistant manager. Explained to her the issue. She told me my best bet was to hit the onstar button and they’d get the truck towed to the nearest dealer. 600 miles on a 2021 truck and dealing with this kind of service is frustrating. I pray nobody else has to deal with this kind of frustration.

Experience was the worst!! Called because I received an OnStar alert letting me know that my battery needed to be replaced as well as there was something wrong with the engine/transmission system. I called an read the messages from OnStar word for word and asked if I should just change the battery and maybe the other message would go away. I was told no, I would need to do a diagnostic for $98. I advised the engine system should be covered under warranty I purchased. I was informed if it was not a warranty issue then I would have to pay the fee. Got the car in for the diagnostic and waited 3 hours to be told the only issue was the BATTERY! I advised I told them about the battery before coming in and was told it was the reason for the engine code being kicked out. At this point Im very upset because I asked these questions before coming in. So essentially I paid $120 (with taxes and fees) for them to tell me about a battery I informed them about! I asked if the diagnostic fee would go toward the service if done with them and was informed no. Never had this happen anywhere else! Called the supervisor, he never answered nor did I get a call back! I will definitely not be getting serviced there for anything else!

Im not one to augur an experience by using hyperbolic language to describe my own... Oh wait never mind Im totally that person.Having my car breakdown is aside from that time I spent in prison one of the worst experiences of my life of which I cannot seem to ever release. Needless to say I hate having to take my car in to be repaired.and while some large portion of that is definitely ignorance on my part leaning to a general distrust and dislike of things outside of my control I must say the people at Jerry Lane are always so effing good at leaving me so please that I drive away no longer scarred and burdened by the remembrance of having had to take the car in to be repaired in the first place.bTLDR.They fixed my Volt, Mark was efficient and amazing. Quite literally the only thing they could have done better was to buy me dinner afterwards.

This place has giving me by far the worst experience i could have ever imagined. Everyday (since sept 21) its been nothing but excuses. Nothing they do is in a timely manner nothing has been done right got vehicle back November 10th brought back the 11th and zero work has been done since then. Its so bad its been sitting on a flat tire since the 12th of November, gerry lane tried to pass it off to insurance as part of accident almost 2 mths later. When insurance declined they said it was dry rotted (a 3 uear old vehicle with 30k miles) and and told me they would charge $25 to change to spare tire. When I expressed my opinion to her all of a sudden they found a nail on December 2nd. Everyone from the manager Chad to Rose the service rep and even the technicians working on my vehicle this has been a absolute nightmare. Worst experience of my life.
