My baby is back and she is beautiful again. They washed and vacuumed it and fixed it. Someone rear ended me hadnt even had this baby 1 year. Lisa was quick to answer all my calls about the status of my car. This was the first time I had ever been in an accident and it was made easy to handle.

Carl called Everytime they had a update. Even though the car took 2 months to get fixed. The problem was entirely on the Nissan side of things. If it was not for Nissan the experience would have been perfect. Team collision is the way to go.

I Jammed the door on my 2020 Honda Accord sport! I bagged up with the door open and crimped the door! It was a virtual estimate done on my car by my insurance.I forward the estimate over to Team and they said it would be a 3 day... fast forward it’s been a month & I still don’t have my car! Lisa from team collision call’s Friday afternoon at 3:30pm 30 minutes before closing to inform me my car is finally finished but they can’t reach the claim adjustor to cover the additional $300 in repairs and I could pay it myself plus the deductible and be reimbursed if I want my car!Keep in mind I been paying for a rental car 30days (Enterprise rates are ridiculous $96 a day my insurance only reimbursing $25 a day) So I click over & call the adjustor myself he answers after Lisa said she couldn’t reach him and he inform her it’s been submitted and he can screen shot it but the funds haven’t been released yet! So now Lisa ask him what about the 1st check the original estimate he tell her it was issued in January which it was but after calling Lisa everyday for the past 2 weeks she failed to mentioned she never received the 1st estimate check that I sent over to the lean holder fedex with the estimate the insurance did when I received it! I informed her I endorsed it and sent it Over to the lean holder. She said well she don’t have it and places me on hold!! Now I call the lean holder and wait on hold 30 minutes for them to inform me they are waiting a list of repairs done and parts used and they can over night the check to them! I don’t have any of that information team does..So now it’s Monday and I’m still waiting to hear from Lisa about whether or not she sent the info to the lean holder so my car can be released! I paid over $1000 to rent a car for a month and still had to pay my $600 car note as well as my $300 insurance! I have not seen the work done on the car and at this point I don’t even care I wouldn’t recommend anyone to bring their bicycle to this place!!

I took my car for repairs the lady over my case I had to constantly call Lisa they had my car for 2 months in the process my car flooded why on their property and they telling me I have to pay a second deductible when I know they should file claim through their insurance and if they had finish my car in time we wouldnt have had this conversation once flooded had to call multiple times to send pictures to my insurance company DO NOT USE THEM

Boy oh Boy!!!! Car accidents really SUCK dont they. They are not only an inconvenience but they are financially and mentally draining. BUT NEVER FEAR, TEAM COLLISION IS HERE. I have taken my cars to Team Collision EVERY TIME someone has hit me. In the last 2 years I have had to take my vehicle to them 3 different times and when I say they HANDLED it ALL! All of the staff are amazing but My favorite person to deal with there is Johnathan Adkins. Jonathan is THE MAN!!! No lie. When he sees you coming with those worry lines and dried up tears he puts his cape on and goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make you feel comfortable and better about your situation. A week ago, I was so stressed because an 18 wheeler hit me from the back. The insurance company gave me the run around about repairing my vehicle so i decided to go through my insurance for the repairs. Still my insurance had me riding around in an undriveable vehicle. But, there was JOHNATHAN! He saw me and went right to work. Within 5 minutes of me arriving Johnathan had already called my insurance, gotten an approval for me to leave my vehicle and gotten me a reservation for my rental! 5 minutes later, well what do you know the rental car company rolls up to take me to pick up my car! THESE THINGS MATTER more than people will ever understand. This man made my DAY! Thank you Johnathan, I pray Team recognizes you for continuing to go above and beyond your call of duty everyday for people like me!

Absolutely the worst place. They took 6 weeks to get my car ready. The problem is not that it took 6 weeks to get it done but that for 5 weeks I was told that on Friday it would be ready and every Friday I was told something happened. During this time, the estimator Lisa called me twice, maybe 3x in total. I was the one calling and checking on my car. In fact, today (09/15) she literally hang up on me while I was still talking because I called twice. No one had even the decency to go show my car to make sure everything was ok when I came to pick it up. I was poorly greeted by receptionist that was not happy to see me when I came in at 5:50pm and the estimator, Lisa, was there and made sure to ignore my presence and not talk to me.

The Service was HORRIBLE and my collision representative Patrick was a nice liar....He told me that, he drove my car for about three miles after repairs and that it drove fine, LIES .... I checked my mileage and it was only driven .05 more than when It left my home on a tow truck... Also, my car was driving bad.... On top of that, my speakers are now bust in my vehicle and the Manager Aaron called me with more LIES.... The manager Aaron, claimed that they dont play radios during repairs and that my radio bass setting must have been set back to the factory setting because most batteries are disconnected during repairs, LIES.... If that was so, my radio stations wouldve also reset... This collision center staff needs to get it together....G.D. Parker

Carl and Aaron went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right! Team resprayed my Accord in the mid 2000s due to the common failing Honda paint issue. After 10 years in the sun I noticed some initial minor checking of the clearcoat on the upper surfaces. Team took care of it under the lifetime warranty on the original job. I highly recommend Team Collision.

My husband brought his Silverado here for body repairs. The work was done in a little over a week. Front bumper, grille, fender, door and some other things all needed work. I was impressed when it was finished they even detailed it. Such a relief knowing the work was done well.

They are a USAA Preferred service site, and for good reason. I was set up for an appointment to review the damage and they were on time. I was given a thorough explanation of what was damaged and what was needed to fix the vehicle (down to the body panel clips you dont see). And finally the work was completed in about 3 days: Toyota 4 Runner drivers side front fender, headlight, bumper, repainting the fender and door to PERFECTLY match the 18 year old paint.I hope I never have to, but definitely will go there again.

Worst experience Ive ever had with a collision shop. After spending over $10,000 with these people...they released my truck without driving it once. I took it to another body shop to get it re-examined and they found that my two front brake rotors were so warped that they needed to be replaced and that my back two shocks were still completely busted in half...also needing to be replaced. Tack on another $800. An $800 that, with their guaranteed work, should have been reimbursed.On top of all of this, they gave me a 14 business day estimate and it took them almost 40 business days...and when I retained my vehicle it wasnt completely repaired. Still bringing it back to the shop now.To me this place is irresponsibly run, theyre not thorough, they dont care about their customers safety, and they are very VERY poorly run. They gave me 10% of the total aftermarket part cost and that is all. Im still dealing with these people.Not worth your trouble.

I have an older car that needed some minor work on the front because I hit a small animal. The damage was not major and included minor work such as replacing the AC condenser.I brought the vehicle to Team Collision and parts were not ordered until 3 days after my appointment. To replace the AC condenser the R12 would need to be vacuumed and then put back into the system. Team Collision was not equipped to handle R12 and would not drive my car to another shop to have the AC work done. Instead of calling me to explain the situation they tried to convince the other shop to bring their heavy and expensive AC equipment to them. They wasted at least one week doing this when all they had to do is call and ask for permission to drive my car to the other shop. Amazing!Basically Team Collision wasted two weeks of my time and after realizing they were giving me the run around I decided to pickup my car and do the work myself. Their manager had the nerve to tell me he would not release my car until the insurance company paid for the parts! They may do good work on new cars but this was not the case for me.Team Collision seems to be a fairly new company that does not know what to do when they run into a situation they have not seen before. In the future I am going to stick with a more established company or do the work myself. They are too big to give personal service and dont seem to care about customer satisfaction.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! The receptionist up front has no Communication skills nor knows what she’s talking about constantly was walking back-and-forth asking other people how to do things. Went here because I was referred to them... my car go hit causing a dent on my back door panel and some scratches on my bumper... asked them if they could fix my dent only... they refused me service saying “if your not getting your bumper fixed too were not fixing your dent”

The lady in there was trying to give me a $6000 estimate for repairing a quarter panel she said that it includes a new trunk lid a new bumper and a taillight when i told her that i dont want a new trunk lid and that i was going to fix the bumper at home and that i alread bought a taillight that i was going to put on myself she got an attitude and said well we cant just fix half of it that they have to fix all of it themselves all she wanted was my money just cuz i told them that i was paying cash for the repairs

My car has been with these guys for over two months & ive never had to contact a company so much as I did with them regarding fixing my car, not to exclude being told different dates that my car would be ready !! Im happy with the results of it finally getting fix but some proper communication skills need to be taught . It might not matter, but the amount of money Ive kicked out over a process with keeping a rental car from false information regarding my car was ridiculous!! As I said Im pleased with what the mechanics did to fix my car, but the people who run this business needs to step up ALOT !

They were supposed to call me to set up an appointment. After two weeks passed with no call, I finally called them to set it up. The girl that I talked to had my information but didnt know why they never called. But after the long delay, they did do a great job in my car. I just had to wait over a month to get it done.

I brought my car in on December 26th 2018 for an estimate and on December 28th they began the repairs. Communication is definitely lacking because they didn’t even call me to let me know they began working on it, I called them, which then I was informed that repairs had begun. The first delay was because the wrong wheels were ordered. It’s now January 11th and I was informed that there would be another delay because there was an issue with the “paint” so my car won’t be ready until January 14th, which will make it almost 3 weeks they’ve had my car. I expected it to take a little longer than usual because of the holidays but had no idea it would be this long or I would have taken it to the dealership for repairs. My 3 star rating is only for the lack of communication and LONG time it has taken for the repairs. Hopefully they did a really good job and I’ll be able to give them 4 stars.

Yall have had my car for two months. Ive never dealt with such miscommunication with a repair shop in my life. I call to get answers, I get talked too like Im stupid and dont understand anything. Let me just say that when I do pick up my vehicle, lord knows when that will be, that I will be speaking to a manager. First I get told my car will be ready on this date, then oh no! It gets pushed back another two weeks... a month. This is ridiculous. All I know is that my car better be like it just rolled into the new car lot when I receive it. I am tired of simply trying to get answers, only to be given false hope and I dont knows. Cmon yall. I know I am not the only person having their vehicle worked on, but dont feed me lies, miscommunications or false hope. As of now, Im leaving a poor review...Im hoping that will change when I pick up my car....

Brought my car in for a roof repair and bumper replacement. I got the car back with more problems. Its like they didnt even check the car after fixing it. They broke the sunroof shade, they bent the plastic in my interior, they damaged other interior plastic, and they didnt even reseal the windscreen. HOW DO YOU NOT DO THAT? I am very angry at what this place did with my car. The actual repairs were well done, except the bumper wasnt the exact same shade as the rest of the car, but the damage done is pretty enraging.

A tree branch fell on my car and I brought it here for repairs since I purchased it from Team Honda. I was pleased with the overall work, although it took much longer than I expected. I was given an estimated time of 5 days minimum and it ended up being almost 3 weeks. I was given 4 different complete dates and after the last one, it STILL got pushed back a day or two. I finally had enough and I was very patient throughout the process but enough is enough. I felt as though the woman I dealt with kept giving me the run around and every time I spoke with her she seemed aggravated and almost downright rude. She was very uprofessional at times. I dont think its the place necessarily because like I said, I am pleased with my car overall. I just did not have a good experience.

My fiance and I were rear ended and had minimal damage to the rear bumper. She brought the vehicle in for repair on a Tuesday, and by the next weeks Wednesday, they have given her the run around multiple times (and thats only after her repeatedly trying to get in contact with them since they never called to give status updates). They lied to her about letting the insurance company know they couldnt repair the original bumper and needed to order a new one. After finally getting some info from one of the shop employees, they said they were almost done, only to call back and say the part hasnt even come in yet. He couldn’t even give her an estimate on when she could get the car back. No response via email from the manager too.We will be filing a complaint with the BBB and state attorneys office.
