I was in Baton Rouge visiting my daughter and had car trouble. So fortunate to find these wonderful people to do the repairs. They even had hot coffee. Everyone there was so nice and kind to each other. Entire team was very impressive. Made my stay in this beautiful place much better.

Kind and informative staff. Clean, comfortable, organized waiting room. I took my Jeep in for regular 70k mile transmission service. I was even a bit late for my appointment but they were very accommodating. They promised to have it done by 3pm and it was finished before noon! I will definitely use them again and highly suggest to anybody driving anything with 4 wheels... maybe even 2.

This team is absolutely amazing! I had an issue occur with my 2015 Ford Fusion and their team went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was fixed, that I had a clear understanding of what the problem was along with any maintenance that needed to be done in the future and kept me in the loop during the entire process. They didnt try to push me to purchase anything that I didnt need or string me along with any excuses. Quinn was super kind and made sure that I understood what was going on start to finish. I appreciated that they sent a link with my estimate and maintenance report that describes the issue, how they fix it, the cost of labor and the cost of the part all together to reference. Its amazing how transparent they are! You can truly see that theyre working to do whats right and thats how they are noticed and get repeat customers!They fixed my main issue and now I have an appointment to fix the remainder - thanks to their shuttle, I dont even have to miss work!My family and I will use definitely be using Christian Brothers for all of out automotive needs in the future. I 100% recommend them!

If your having car troubles, this is the place to take your vehicle!!! They are extremely nice, professional, will absolutley NOT rip you off. They treated us with so much respect and would call before doing anything that could be considered unnecessary to the fix to confirm you wanted to try before they replaced a part. On arrival to get our vehicle we met with Bill, again very professional and absolutley not there to rip us off. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is . Mark and Team helped me out big time, I was traveling through town with my Sprinter 2500 van. I was hearing a loud clicking noise while traveling and was very concerned. They got me in quickly and found one of my caliper bolts was loose causing it to move around. They got me on the road quick and for an fair price. Thanks again guys I made it Houston safely thanks to there service.

Exceptional service and comfortable atmosphere as soon as you walk in! I responded to a Facebook ad for a great deal on an oil change i just couldnt pass up. I did make an appointment through text and the communication has been consistent and professional ever since. I received a text when the technician began my oil change as well as another text with a full diagnostic report of things right and wrong with my vehicle! I was blown away by that. I was in the waiting room at Christian Brothers,the technician came in to let me know about the issues in the report and what needed to be done to remedy it. That comprehensive report was amazing to see (the tech took pics and included them in the report). I not only will be coming back for my regular oil changes, but I will also be referring friends! Thank you Christian Brothers for taking care of my car needs in such a professional manner.

Friendly, competent, patient! Changed my oil and checked my car so completely. Rotated my tires properly (2 more worn tires on front and 2 good tires on back). Made suggestions on what needs to be done next but no pressure to complete today. Just what a single mom needs!!!

We had taken our car to other mechanics only for them to misdiagnose and not fix it. Once we had taken it to Christian Brothers they were able to find the problem and correctly fix the issue(s). Their shop was really nice with new tools and resources that some mechanics don’t have access to. While being super courteous through everything. Price and time was to be as expected. I have recommended them to family having car issues.

My experience with Mr. Mark and Mrs. Donna at CBA was amazing. They both extremely nice and Mr. Mark made sure that I understood everything that was found on my free inspection to the fullest. I have already recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. I have had so much bad luck with my previous vehicle that I have dealt with more automotive shops than I care to admit and this was hands down my best experience.
