Terrible customer service! Window is in perfect shape and is rolled down but will not come back up. So the car is driven directly to an All Star dealership - 35 minute trip. They call me the next morning and the window is shattered. They go on to tell me they have had to replace A LOT of window modules but they will not replace the broken window. Terrible customer service!!Update: Gryder glass to replaced window for $250. All Star lost a customer for life over $250 - better check how much it costs you to gain a customer. Not smart!!Regarding your response - reimburse me for the window and then I can be a customer again. Dont reimburse me for the window and there is no chance. PS - teenage daughter soon to be in the market for a car - as well as ALL of her friends. Will we speak favorably of All Star or not??
