Great place to go for any type of service you may need from air in your tires to an engine swap. Friendly and knowledgeable staff always there to have your car running like the day you bought it. Ive taken all my vehicles here for over 8 years and will continue because I have always been pleased with the service here.

We were traveling from NC to TX when our truck quit. This place was recommended so we hobbled our truck to Airline Auto. We left our truck there and got a rental car. Just a few hours later, they called and said it was ready. Wow! It ran perfectly and we were back on the road. We are so glad we went here!!

Brought my truck in over an odd tapping noise. Wasnt anything serious and seemed very professional untill I picked my truck up. They busted my side view mirror leaving green paint on it, scratched my paint in a few spots right next to it in a few spots and scratched my bumper. Left their greesy oily hand prints all over the mirror in an obvious attempt to fix it. They refuse to fix it. Will not be using this horrible place again.

Great value and quality, honest, customer service. Took a little while (1.5 weeks), but well worth the wait.Car (2011 Malibu) wouldnt start. Ran terribly even after jumpstart. Battery had exploded, I thought the alternator was bad, and expected the worst.Zach suggested replacement of the battery cable, then go from there. It was bad, and it killed the battery in the process. Alternator was fine.I also was worried about my brakes, because I heard some squealing, but Zach and the Airline Auto team checked them out and vetted them good-to-go, for free.I will definitely go back to Airline Auto the next time I need serious auto work. They treated me right. I paid $396 total, when I feared $1,500.

Brought my vehicle in for diagnosis and repair. Was informed throughout the process, and got my vehicle back in reasonable time. A few days later, another problem surfaced. Brought it back in, and the problem was traced to something missed the first time. Vehicle was repaired free of charge, no questions asked. Great business run the right way. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Had part replaced and found bolts and nuts missing. Not going back. Thanks.

SHAME ON YOU !!!! Took advantage of a college girl for the replacement of a simple thermostat. Charged 2x for the thermostat part and then charged 2x (for parts) to replace a perfectly intact thermostat housing then charged 2x (for parts) to replace clean radiator fluid. Then charged 1-1/2 hours of labor. To change a thermostat!!!!!! Total charge $250. Shop manager said nothing to her about the extent of the work they were planning to do. Just not the right way to treat customers.

Loc and staff were extremely professional and provided fast service. Highly recommend.

I would rather give a Crescent wrench and a hacksaw to a homeless person and allow them to work on my vehicle than go to this place ever again!!!!Rude to me, rude to my wife. Just fyi, they hate and take advantage of women. Liars!!!!! They will lie through their teeth. They tried telling me that my vehicle went in a ditch, I told them IT CERTAINLY DID NOT!! Well, that is what they decided to tell the warranty company, resulted in them not covering the engine under the warranty. Dirty, rude, liars!!!!!!! Will never go back and I will do everything in my power til my last breath to make sure no one else goes there to get ripped off.

Airline Auto staff are Rude & Prejudice towards single mothers!!! After I informed them that I was waiting on my X husband to decide if he wanted to repair our car or sale it - they had the car towed without giving me notice!! I specifically had it towed there to begin with because I was told they would do good work- what a mistake!!! And I asked several times to speak to the owner and of course he was NEVER available - even after towing the car at my expense!!! Last I checked there was not a deadline on when u decided to have repairs done especially when trying to get best estimate!!! They were just money hungry!!!!

Very straight forward. Honest. And quick on the job. I go here everytime I need something done.
