I have been coming here for a while to get oil changes so I thought this was an auto repair shop that I could trust. I never had to leave my car before but have seen other customers leave the shop in disappointment, but never expected this to happen to me. The company had my car for since June 21 and nothing was done to my car as of July 2. My car sat for several days for a diagnosis even though I had already given them a print out of what was wrong. They also approved parts and services with my warranty company that I did not approve and refused to give me any information on my car while that they were holding it. Michelle the receptionist, refused to give me any information or accept my calls when I called to check on the repairs. She refused to contact management or anyone above her to get my issues resolved and put me in hold each time I called without saying a word. Do not take your car here if you like to know what a shop is doing to your car, they do not communicate and will bill you for services that you do not agree to. They are holding my car and they haven’t done any work on it for over 10 days. I asked the company to stop all work after the diagnostic and tried to pay them so I could take my car somewhere else but they refused to allow me to pay them. They started working on my car anyway and then charged me for the partial work after I already told them not to do anymore work on my car. Throughout this entire process they never gave me a repair plan or price for the services that they were performing, but afterwards quoted me a final price that was almost double the original price that I received from my warranty company. This is not an honest company and they are out to get as much money as possible by adding additional parts and fees to your service.

The front desk is amazing, very knowledgeable. I got an oil change and they overfilled my oil by ATLEAST 1.5 inches over the fill line, which could have caused issues, so I will not be returning.

Needed a new headlight bulb and beam adjustment. They were friendly, professional and fairly quick. Reasonable pricing.

Staff are friendly and helpful, work was done quickly and correctly and at a reasonable price. Ill be back!

My steering wheel was shaking when braking when I brought to him at beginning of June. I was given a front wheel alignment. 3 weeks later car began doing the same. I brought it back to them and the tech said it was my brakes and rotors the 2nd time. I got that fixed. I have paid over a grand this summer to get this issue fixed and my car is still in the same condition as of today. Also my master lock and bolt for my tire has came up missing twice while being serviced here.

Customer Service was Amazing, I got an oil change and tires rotated. I highly recommend PrecisionTune on Sherwood Forest. Timing was everything. My daughter and I will only use Precision Tune for oil changes and tire rotation.

This is my second visit to precision tune Auto Care . My go to mechanic shop. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The price is really reasonable.

Very unprofessional. If I could give negative stars I would. Was given a list of engine codes of why my engine light was on. When I questioned why on some if the repairs ( it had nothing to do with my problem) was given answer that “ Guy in shop is Vietnamese and we just sell whatever he writes on paper”. Sounds like they taking advantage of people. Took my car to another shop next morning that was a simple fix. Precision wanted to charge me $1000 plus they charged me $140.00 for a list of codes ( apparently just to make money). Stay away from this business. They are a rip off. Now I know why there are never any cars on premises on a daily basis

Paid 1525.00 to get brakes, two new tires, front wheel alignment and 2 other services.. My truck still shakes and my brakes are still screaming.. I took it back and they claim they didn’t hear it and then tried to charge me 20/tire to balance.. They will never get me as a customer again!!And while I was there at least 3 ppl came in complaining about work tht was suppose to be done on their vehicles

Brought my car to have tire sensors installed and programmed. Yes I had 3 Mopar sensor and one Dorman sensor all where band new. Y’all installed them and then said their computer would only program one of them. Why y’all don’t know what your computer will and will not program? The band is clearly on each sensor! Should you have looked before you installed them? But I guess you didn’t care and all you thought about is the $118.00 you charged me for nothing! I will never do business with y’all again and will let everyone know!

I always come here for my oil changes, and they’re super fast with those! This is basically the only car mechanic shop that I use!

This place is the main reason why mechanics get a bad wrap. They break your car when you bring it to them then offer you to fix it at an outrageous price. The customer in front of me almost got in a fist fight with the customer service lady and they just completely lied to me about my service and time. If you know what is good for you and dont have money to waste and want your car broke worse when you leave then I beg you and implore you to save yourself from this place.

My husband got his Pontiac G8 GT repaired last week by the manager at the Sherwood Forest location. He was wonderful! He worked tirelessly to figure out what was really wrong with the car and he saved us a lot of money by making the correct diagnosis. The rest of the staff are always kind and friendly. Above all they are very honest.

Knowledgeable and swift

This is one of the better shops in town. They have good management, and the mechanics are well trained and most importantly, they really do care about the quality of work they deliver. I have been using them for several years and they are always my first stop for both routine and other maintenance. I supervised the maintenance shops and the mechanics in armored units that I served in for over 5 years in the army, and if you walk into Precision Tunes shop you will see the indicators that confirm that they are good - really good. Tools are in good shape, the shop is clean, and they continue to seek additional training even though they are experienced and well qualified for what they do. Perhaps most importantly, they are honest and you can take what they tell you as being the truth.

These guys are always courteous, professional, and their customer relations is top notch. Other shops could take a lesson! Locally owned and in business at the same location for many years. That says a lot.

Friendly, but couldnt fix my Fiat. Went to them after another shop failed, and they expressed confidence they could do the job. When they couldnt, they at least owned up and said that I should take it to the dealer. They gave me an complimentary oil change, but lost most of the bolts holding the bottom engine shield on after I specifically asked them to try to keep track of them. Very disappointed in that. Basically, I have the same problem as before and paid $600+ for an oil change that left me looking for parts again.

I have tried to use this location on several occasions and it’s always an issue. The staff is unfriendly. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They changed my oil quickly,but the oil change I bought was supposed to come with an 12 or 15 point inspection of car including checking air pressure in tires, all fluids and more. I asked the manager if he was going to check my tire air pressure, he said yes, when I got home I double checked them myself. One tire was 5lbs low and the others were a few pounds off.so, not only did they not check my air, they didnt even put a sticker on windshield to remind me when my next oil change was due.

This place is always so friendly, speedy, and spot-on. I’ve been coming here since I moved to BR and they’ve always steered me in the right direction
