Big selection of bedding, towels for the bath part but if youre looking for bath soaps, gift baskets for a housewarming, etc., theyre not there.

I watched an employee very aggressively approach and become confrontational to a customer. A man was asked to put on a mask in order to check out, which he did. The lady in line behind him, whom had on a mask, looked at the man and said she didnt like wearing them either. It was a private conversation and she wasnt being loud. The young employee over heard the statement and proceeded to raise her voice at the customer asking if she had a problem. The employee got inches from her face and proceeded to be very aggressive then told the customer to get out of the store. The man who was asked to put on the mask was also harassed by a few other customers. Neither the man nor the lady were refusing to follow store policy. They just voiced that they didnt really like wearing the mask in a QUIET and CIVILIZED conversation between each other. I will never shop here after witnessing this. It was shocking!!!

Clean store with a lot of stuff. Was easy to park and easy to check out. Loved the $50.00 cash back to spend at Bed Bath and Beyond. Purchased a nice Ugg comforter and sheet set. The prices were competitive and selection and availability adequate.the items I bought from the $50.00 were online purchases. Great experience there too.

This is an amazing store! The prices are a little on the high side, but even with that it is very easy to pick up a ton of stuff. This place could get me in trouble and be very addicting. Every time I turned a corner I saw something else that would be very handy to have. The employees are also very helpful and friendly. You will, however, probably wait in line for a minute depending on when you go. When I went they only had 1 employee checking people out. I was third in line and 4 people lined up behind me pretty quickly. Then they had another register to open up. Overall, a fabulous store. But if you like kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, etc items; be careful going in here lol.

The young lady named Chloe was very nice and sweet she didnt know much of the awensers to my questions because she said she was new but she did not hesitate to find out for me, very nice attitude and very clean store !

Ok. Store is very difficult to navigate for those who are mobility impaired: too many extended aisles and much stuff placed in little square areas.

Nice store. Didnt have the color fiestaware mugs we were looking for. Employees were nice and all wore their masks correctly. Its amazing that with the Covid thing happening that there are still people that dont care enough to wear their mask correctly. Do they do this with their own families? Always well staffed.

Ordered curbside pickup for a set of four cocktail glasses. When I got home one was broken so I called to ask if I needed to return all four or just the broken glass. I was greeted with a terrible attitude and a awful customer service. The store associate was so rude and constantly interrupted me, never allowing myself to fully explain the situation. I will not be shopping at this store any longer. Worst customer service I have ever experienced over the phone.

Great selection of items, but prices seemed to be higher than they used to be.

Normally when I go into BB&B, someone takes the time to greet you and ask if you need help. There have been more times recently where that has not happened and even when I asked for assistance, they would look and go back to chatting among themselves. I simply wanted to know if they had any round ceramic coasters bc all I saw were the square ones. I had previously purchased rounds ones from there. I was so disappointed with the customer service, I simply walk out without getting help or what I was looking for. 😔

Went to get a toaster oven and found one on sale for 129.99. Went to check out and rang up at 179.99. Had to prove it had the sale price on it and brought the tag up to cashier. They honored it, but they need to be more careful about making sure the sale tags are taken off.Also was followed by an employee. Dont know if it was to keep an eye on us or what, but it was very creepy.

Store was clean but unorganized. I asked a representative for assistance on locating an item. So ignored me. Then i walked off to find someone else. She called me back to her to help me once she realized I was upset. She didnt speak English well

The only thing I dont like about Bed Bath and Beyond is that it makes me want to buy everything in sight! Its your one stop shop for household items. I recently purchased curtains from Bed Bath and Beyond and was impressed by their large selection and displays.

Expensive and doesnt have a lot of interesting beyond. Lots of pretty but typical wedding gift ideas. A large selection of kitchen gadgets, but many are not the best quality. On the plus side, They will take their coupons even if theyre expired.

Mostly good service. Although one employee came barrelling down the aisle made me and buggy come to an aggressive halt and then she looked at me like I was crazy and walked her mean mugging face in front of me and didnt say a word.....
