Very knowledgeable and helpful with my under counter ice machine repair. Was able to get me secondhand parts and saves a ton of money!

This was a service call through my home warranty company for my kitchen Aid fridge. Service was great. Information regarding appointment times or delays were relayed timely. Any parts that needed to be ordered was done promptly. The service technician educated me as he was repairing the fridge. I would use this company again.

Nice people but no follow through. They used a generic part o n my ice maker even though AHS pays for the real one. It failed and they had to come back with the real part. They supposedly fixed my dryer but didnt and after a ton of phone calls I have given up. Very frustrating - call someone else.

First, I would like to apologize for this late review. On 06-29-16 Cajun Mechanical came to my home to service my dryer which took all of 10 to 15 minutes to be told it was my relay board and this would cost close to $300.00 and was told it be cheaper to get a knew dryer. So after researching to get a new dryer My husband and I had one delivered the follwing Saturday only to find out the new dryer doesnt work. Well we tested the outlet the dryer was plugged and this is where the problem was, so we changed the outlet and decided to plug the old dryer back up. Guess what it works! The new dryer worked as well and went back to Lowes, that was 65.00 down the drain.

Still waiting!!!!!!
