Good selection of tools and many other things. Have purchased many tools and other items. Friendly staff, speedy check out makes it a good place to shop.

I buy a lot of product from this franchise. I have not had really any issues with it in the last five or so years since they have done a massive upgrade on their offerings. Their warranty process is easy. Their exchange process is easy. I will continue to use them. make sure you pay attention to the return and warranty policy and youll be just fine.

My husband got the wrong thing( not a usual thing) anyway the check out woman was soooo nice and went and got the part in the back for us. Saved us time and money! I love harbor freight even though I dont know what everything in the store is. 😁

Interesting. I like working and looking at tools. They are very helpful.

After shopping for 18 minutes we went to the checkout. The clerk was unbundling a set of boxes on a small pallett. We loudly asked which checkout was open. No answer for the first 3 times then the forth she says oh well its that one we went to that register and waited for 10 minutes and several request before she came the 4 feet to help us. She was extremely rude. She said the $1100 dollar generator we were wanting would be on us to take out and load. She stated there was nobody to help us, but there was several workers there. We passed on the generator because of this and drove to Jonesboro to get it. She needed fired. Horrible customer service each time we have went there.

Just go ahead and buy the name brand tools. At least you dont have to worry about a warranty and it working. I did buy a floor jack at HF and I dont have any complaints with it. Looked at their table saw, 90 day warranty, no thanks, I will buy the Craftsman.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest HF stores I’ve been in. HF has improved their selection over the years and a lot of what you find is as good as or better than some name brands (Craftsman, for instance).

Great place to shop could be there for hrs.

Good service.... But not all on board about quality vs price. Seems slightly expensive for non name brands. Only seems about 30% cheaper than dewalt. Not maybe enough for me to sometimes just pick the name brand.

This is the first five star rating Ive given to anyone, but what can I say. I freaking love the place. I went online and picked out some items that I wanted to get, and Ill be damned if I didnt find the items I wanted in store. I had been through that store a half a dozen times or more getting my tool hook up, and there they were, right where you expect. They have so much wonderful stuff that I cant stay out of the place. Ask my bill collectors, a portion of their payments end up at Harbor Freight. I love the place.

I love Harbor Freight. And everything they have to save me money. From there already low prices, to the coupons and catalogs they mail me. And for $30 a year, i get even better coupons. I bought my husband a table saw that sells for $140. With the membership i only paid $110.That one purchase, already paid for the Inside Track Club membership. Cheap tools that are generally good enough for occasional home use. Be careful though. Their chemicals (like brake cleaner) can be more expensive than even places like Auto Zone.

Great place. You get what you pay for sometimes, but Warrenty on all hand tools is lifetime.

Now this place I really like. I am a jewelry maker and Ill find a whole lot of tools that I can use for a whole lot less money.
