We are in the process of building a house and we found about everything we needed at Home Depot. Associates are so nice, extremely helpful, able to answer all of questions and the prices are great too. I would recommend Home Depot to everyone. I find it strange that Yelp has this Home Depot rated a 1 and Google reviews has it at 4. Wonder if there is some cheatin going on.Went to Home Depot in Batesville 11 June 2021 to order a patio door and a 4x6 window. They had the patio door but had to order the window. Window was suppose to arrive 21 July 2021. I called several times to see the status and was told the ETA was 21 July 2021. We passed that on to our contractors. The arrival date came and passed so I called Home Depot and asked about the order. We were told Holly would get in touch with us. She never did. We called again and were told the window had come in but they cant find it so we would have to reorder it and the ETA was 21 September. When that date passed we called again and this time we were told we had a balance on the window. We were told that we measured wrong and had to reorder. That is not the case, they lost it. They were charging us again for the window we never got and Holly would be calling tomorrow. Holly did not call because Holly does not call. Dont be fooled by this if you are ever told Holly will call you. We finally got Chris on the phone and got the second charge for the window taken care of, I think, but the ETA is now 29 September. We will see. Hard to line up contractors if you can not give a date.

This particular location seems unorganized and very understaffed. Could definitely use some changes.

Closer than the one in MT Home. But if one wants an option to compare with Lowes if not in stock at Batesville. I go to MT Home where both stores are side by side. Plus makes for a good day trip.

We had a long wait for a single sheet of plywood. Wed driven an hour to get there, only to find the website was incorrect. They had none of what we wanted. The lumberyard forklift driver( didnt get his name) helped us find a substitute, after we described what we were fixing. He also got us a nice discount, for having such a long wait. Hes the best!

Found exact what I needed quickly, and used the self check out and was able to get out quickly also

My order was sent ups 3 days free delivery. The man was so nice and helpfull.

Ordered 2,000 dollars of merchandise and was told would be delivered in a week. Had specific delivery date and they canceled without a phone call telling me they called. Never did. Now getting refund on said merchandise because they told me it would be another week. Construction projects have to be planned and had to cancel everything

Didnt have what I needed and they used to have the parts I needed but since the past few months, stock of supplies have changed and not carry as much variety

Great place to go for all your house hold and gardening supplies. Painting and lighting supplies and so much more. Employees are very helpful and are very respectful.

Well I have always liked Home Depot and the only employee I talked to was the cashier and she was very pleasant and positive. The Batesville store is just laid out different than other Home Depots I have been in but I figured it out and bought what I wanted.

Nobody around to help and very little selection in the plumbing department. Lowes is a way better home improvement store!!

Dont get me wrong, this is a nice home depot with some of the friendliest employees of any home depot Ive ever been to.That being said, as a matter of pure fact this is THE smallest home depot in the country, which severely inhibits its usefulness in terms of their offerings.Please invest in the community and build a bigger store...

Had empty ready. All too do was swap empty from dock, drop the loaded. Overnight allowed, good Mexican restaurant adjacent.

Probably the best Home Depot I’ve ever been to. Alfred in the paint section took the time to mix us up the most awesome colors. He was very patient, helpful, knowledgeable and funny too! The store is well laid out. Things are not too hard to find. Management is very nice and goes out of their way to help when an associate wasn’t able to locate what we were looking for. Plumbing selections are not as good as Tripp supply here in Batesville, but Home Depot is better in other departments.

Robert the garden supervisor was a great help finding products for me then loaded 19 bags of mulch in my car. Awesome attitude! Will definitely come here over mountain home from now on! Thanks Robert!

Very polite staff and usually very well stocked. The store is very clean and orderly.

This place is so expensive and shelves are empty or have broken merchandise on them. I have been in there several times and it never gets better I wish they had some competition with another store. Last time I was in there I couldnt even find a cart they had all the carts full of merchandise .

Catie was a great help to my husband and I . And lady at self checkout was very helpful as well.

Worst customer service! Placed an order online, order was rescheduled twice due to incompetent management. Finally had to cancel my order after three weeks of, sorry sir, we no longer have that available and our drive cant make your appointment . The store on Batesville is the worst Home Depot I have ever dealt with. Will never shop this store again!!!

I am only giving this 2 stars because in that store, there is hardly any help and the people that are actually nice and will help, do, but they are outnumbered by the snotty employees. The manager is a really nice guy but he should focus on the behavior of his employees a bit more. Just sayin.

This store is a mini Home Depot and has very limited stock. Also they are overcrowded and often the isles are blocked by product to be shelved later or displays. Shelves are in a bad need of dusting and cleaning. And items on shelf are often in the wrong place or buried by other items.

I wish that the Home Depot corporate office could see the sorry state of this lumber department. The unhappy employees do not want to cut lumber for the customers, the wait times were long even before the pandemic, and the boards that I need are out of stock more often than not. On my third fruitless trip this week to get the needed boards, I learned that the boards are not out of stock at all; they are in storage directly overhead. The busy employee who volunteered to get them down never returned. I finally got back in the long line and waited to leave empty handed....yet again. There are better lumber options in Batesville and I have finally had enough.
