Staff is very nice Ive always loved coming to this store

My husband and I went in to look for a bed. The young guy looked depressed and like he didnt want to be bothered. There was an older lady with him, they both stood at the counter and wouldnt come over to answer my questions.I had to keep asking across the store questions about the beds. They kept quietly talking to each other and acting like I was interrupting them.Very bad customer service

Have left this store angry last 3 times i ive been in every time i try to purchase somthing that old man dosent know what i need and has some reason that he knows more about what i need then i do i will never purchase anything from that store again

Whatever you do, dont ever lease anything with this company. They say at the end of your payment plan that the product is yours. The truth is, you never actually get it paid off. Instead it is just renting it for life.

Buying is always easy. It is repairing Kenmores that is a nightmare.This purchase was replacing an two year old Fancy Kenmore (very expensive). Just could not afford to buy all new computer boards

Salesmen do not push to get a sale. If you have a question they will do their best to answer it.
