Bought my wife a Samsung from the one in Searcy, Ar. The gentleman was knowledgeable and had us set up in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I took my Samsung Galaxy S10 in for a screen replacement a while back. The store has a mask policy, but the staff was not adhering to it and made no effort to make anybody else either. It took them a week to fix a phone that they said would only take a day and they didnt do it right, because I could hear the battery rattling around in there afterword. Normally, I would have taken it back right away, but their complete lack of respect for their own store mask policy made me feel unsafe the entire time I was in the store.Fast forward to today, and my phone has quit working. I knew there was a chance this would happen if I didnt go back in, but the staff created a very dangerous Pandemic environment and came off as very unprofessional. If you need your phone repaired, I would protect your investment and go somewhere else for the repairs.My experience was at the Batesville location. I cant speak for the others. They could be just fine. Avoid Batesvilles Cellphone Central if you care about your phone.

Dont do it! Bought some dongle adapters for cellphone &one didnt even work straight out of box,the others broke within a month. Just order them from Amazon like I did. Better quality.

Great and fast customer service! Came in 20 minutes before closing and Robert got my iPhone fixed and ready to go in 10! I also inquired about fixing a iPad. He happily answered my questions while fixing my phone. Great to have individuals who can multi-task!

Customer service is top notch but unfortunately my screen replacement has quit working after 4 months. I have not cracked or dropped my phone so there is no damage to be taken into consideration, but the screen is constantly glitching out and no longer responds to my touch. I now have a phone that is unusable.

Robert is the BEST!! I bought a phone there and kept having trouble w service I had they straight talk. He kept trying to help me and eventually we realized it was straight talk .So I Chad carriers to H2O. Robert was patient, helpful and always courteous. He needs a raise!!

Recomend this place to everyone! The guy fixed my phone it was a simple issue, he told me what to do if my phone messed up again and didnt even charge me. Everyone was Very friendly and welcoming when I walked threw the doors. I took a clients phone to them the other day and it needed a new battery the guy checked it for any other problems to make sure it was only just the battery and just charged me for a battery. Just excellant folks in there. Thanks for all your help!

They was nice and polite but I have had two phone fixed there and they both messed up within a week and then want a boght a screen protector there and I have had ot a total of 3 days and it has cracked in several places.

Dont go here! You will walk in with one problem (that they will KIND OF fix but not totally) and then walk out with a brand new problem you didnt have before. But dont worry, they will offer to fix the new problem for more money on top of what you have already paid them. I understand going to a business and having one bad experience... things happen. I have had 3 separate negative experiences. Please protect yourself, your wallet, and your devices... go somewhere else.
