Aubrey was very helpful and even a bit funny. Their delivery staff were very professional and patient, giving us time to get things out of the way so they could take the old bed out and put the new one in for us. The driver, David, was even kind enough to put my old bed frame back together properly when I messed it up. We will definitely be doing business with them again!

We have been with you guys for a long time and Adding William to your team is the best thing you guys have do. He is the best. All the ins and outs that has been over the last year we was going to go somewhere else. But, then we walking to this big grin from William! We will not be going anywhere as long as William is their! Stove went out today ..called batesville Arkansas location where we purchased the stove. Now today is Saturday December 31 but hey guess what they cant get one to us until January 4. If it was just us we would make that work somehow but our three-year old grandson lives with us. They dont care it will be January 4. But you better believe when youre one day past your payment date theyre blowing your phone up wanting their payment! ! Update Rent a Center is bringing us a stove today!!! Called rent one back..talked to the same girl again. .no understanding from her either time I talked with her. I called back for the corporation number and the manager Victoria answered, if only I had talked to her first this all could have been fixed. She was understanding about our three year old grandson and yes I do believe that she cared, and even believe she would have gotten us a stove today but I wasnt going to tell rent a Center not to bring the stove because I appreciate them for caring about our situation. Thanks Victoria I appreciate your kindness!!

I came in on 3-25-2016 and made a 100.00 payment.The next day got a call from them stating I was behind on my payments.Was told that the 100.00 payment hadnt been posted.Company refused to make it right.Company stole my money and as a result I fell behind on payments and i was subsequently threatened with theft charges unless I returned their product with only a couple hours notice.They stole my money and then threatened to arrest me!Buyer beware!
