I like to take my car here for new tires, oil changes, recently the changed a sensor in my tire monitoring system. The guys who work there are informative, and friendly.There isnt much room for seating inside, so you need a ride if youre going to have to wait awhile for your car. That doesnt mean you cant wait inside, youll be up more than welcome. There isnt a TV to watch, but there is a radio playing country western. I used to wait at McDonalds for my call. The whole side of the street are fast food eateries.Prices are in line with other shops, but generally cheaper than the brand name places. The oil change I had there(5 quarts, filter, and 6/30 weight oil the artificial type) was $49.99 + taxes, the sensor was $50.00 + taxes, my total outlay was $119 + change. Hope that bit of info will help you decide if you want to try it out.

Bought a new set of tires here with lifetime balance and rotation they only rotated one side of vehicle took it back they couldnt get to it right now its twice it happened! I corrected it the first time myself it isnt your fault owner but you need better guys odoing your work...I wont be back and wont recommend any longer

One day they charge 15 to fix a flat, next day 20 plus the chubby guy taking my money was rude. Lol. He told me to go somewhere else if I didnt like it. Go to Ozarko tires. They will fix it for 15. Better price on tires too.

I do not make a habit of leaving bad reviews but this time I feel like I have been done wrong.*****I give five stars for a friendly attitude.*****I give five stars for Speed of service.*I give one star for Price accuracy.0 I give 0 Stars or being able to follow instructions.9/27/19 I went into Covington Tire ask for a price on tires the man quoted $128 and some change per tire, I went out for a minute and came back in and ask does that include taxes he said yes.I already a quote at another place for $144.00 tax included.I said go ahead and order the tires went in the next day had them put on they charged me $599.36 that is $150 per tire much more than what they quoted.Also said I want to keep my old tires he made a note, they did not give me my old tires.They are good people I have done business with them before with no problems, would recommend that you get everything in writing before hand.Gary R.43friends10reviews

Great guys. Had an emergency tire need on a Friday evening and Bill took care of us quickly and efficiently. They were able to get our tire delivered Monday morning. Helped us put on and off our spare to get us through the weekend. The guy who installed our tire used a torque wrench, which I really appreciate!! So many places just blast your lug nuts on over tightened with an impact gun. Nice to see this attention to detail. Thank you.

Great service! They treat customers like human beings. Only 4 stars because the waiting area is too small. But McDonald’s is next door so you can walk over if you don’t want to sit there.

Best place to get your car serviced I just went in to get a tire patched but they had me in and out withing 20 minutes

I needed 1 tire and they was the only ones to have 1 and put it on quickly

I love this place but I am a little partial.

They left my truck outside the lot all night with the doors unlocked, quoted me a price for work and when I went to pick it up the price was almost $90 dollars more than they said it would be. Other than that, they seem to be good people,I would still buy tires from them but would probably not have work done anymore unless the price was put in writing first.

I wouldnt spend one penny at this place! We bought tires here that was around 1400.00 and within 8 months one tire started separating and they would not stand behind the product! And top that off the tires was blems and they didnt tell us that when we bought them! Very POOR operarion! I do NOT recommend them at all....

Brought 2 vehicles didnt do anything they said they would do. Fixed one problem and it still squeaks . Had a bad heater core had a cup full of antifreeze in a cup holder and he didnt even look down to see if it was leaking or anything just parked my car in the back. Never will take any of my vehicles back. On the other one I brought I had a fuel pressure problem and it was obvious and I even told them. All they had to do was testthe fuel pressure. Ended up costing me a lot of money and wasteful time push to my vehicles in the back and didnt even touch them for days.ended up paying 500 dollars to the Ford dealer. Use your heads . Would not recommend to anyone anyone in town for that matter.
