I got a suspension lift, wheels, and tires. 6 months ago. Never will go back. They’ve completely ruined the inside of my front end tires, there is no trim there. Shows I paid for a front end alignment which very obviously they did not do. My tires should have lasted at least 5 years beings they were the 10 ply. It’s been 6 months and their completely ruined. The customer service is also bad. You’re better off going out of town for your after market needs, because this shop does not care.

They sold me a truck that turns out is a repo no paperwork to show that I own it. Apparently they ripped off a lot of people they shut down the business.

Went in to check out the available accessories for my new truck. Very unhelpful. Showed me to catalogs and didnt bother to check on us to see if we found anything or needed prices! Ill just buy online. Employees dont even want the business I could have given them. Thanks but NO thanks!!

I love this place all the way around Ive known Gene Wickersham the owner for quite some time not personally just business dealings and hes a great guy almost all of his staff is awesome to they have a great service sometimes a bit pricey but they have financing options if thats a problem a great wholesome Christian atmosphere if youre into that kind of thing

The people who work here are very friendly and willing to work with you. They messed up on some of my parts but tried to fix the problem. Seems like the only 4x4 shop in Arkansas worth going to. Better do your research on parts and Double check the parts while you are there to make sure they are correct. Mistakes happen, but I dont enjoy driving an hour and a half to return parts and waste my time and gas. Otherwise great place to go.

Good experience. I was well pleased, they done the right thing even when a tire was hard to find to match my others, they found one almost identical. Worked with my schedule to get them installed / mounted.

Had to have a repair done. They picked up my truck changed the part and oil and brought it back to me at work. Great price and service.
