Mays is an awesome mechanic to use. He is very versatile in knowledge and has more than a couple different test machines to make sure his job is done right. He will NOT put a part on the car if you dont think its in your budget and will stay in contact with you throughout.

Be prepared to be without your car for a long time. May is in no hurry to help

Its a great thing to find a mechanic that is fair and trustworthy. Al is definitely both. I had to have a new engine on a GMC because of GMs attempt to save fuel by starving cylinders of oil. To get to engine replacement required a lot of trial and error. Al could have charged me for the labor to that point but only charged for the engine replacement. Cant thank him enough!!! After driving for a few months I started having a small oil leak. Al replaced a gasket and shook my hand without charging me. Thats honesty. Id encourage anyone to take your vehicle there.

Took my car and parts in to have the a/c compressor replaced. If you have the compressor replaced you are suppose to replace the dryer also or it voids the warranty of your new compressor. I told this guy the compressor was in the front seat and the condenser & dryer were in the back. Pick it up and drive the 50 miles to work only to discover the condenser & dryer still in the back of my car and now its making the same noise that it was taken in for that Im going to have to shell out more money for parts and labor at a different mechanic. Any good mechanic would have known all this and either called me asking if he had the parts with what I brought or asked if I wanted them ordered. I will never use this place again because now im going to have to be out more money than what I should have been if he would have done his job right.
