The drive thru was very busy and so was the walk in as well but the man who took care of me was still very sweet and did a great job.

It was good except for the service. The employees dont always pay attention when you go in and try to order. Sometimes you wait awhile just to be served. Coffee I had gotten was way to strong, I had ordered a light and sweet coffee and I didnt get what I had paid for

Finally made it in to a Tims ( Truck parked nearby lol) They were very nice and I loved the menu well priced with variety even for a breakfast place Tonya was great! She fixed up two perfectly flavored coffees.

Walked in and waited nearly five minutes. Car after car got served. At least three on staff? No greeting or sorry when we were finally served. And it seemed no one could figure out how to stop the incessant beeping on some machine in the kitchen!Not exactly relaxing. But the coffee was awesome as usual! Beeping did eventually stop. Woohoo! Must be a rough day at the cafe! 😖

The drive through line was REALLY long so I went inside, stood in line with 4 customers ahead of me. By the time I received my order and left with it, the drive through line was gone!! The line cook taking care of the inside orders was moving as fast as he could. But clearly, drive through took precedent.

They were very efficient @ the drive-thru. They were right on the money when it came to the order being correct... I was being reasonable as well, nothing too fancy.

My daughter and I stopped here around 5:30pm on our way home. It was clean. Not crowded at all. The drive through was pretty busy. I love the fireplace. Food and drinks here are always fresh and yummy..just wish the service was friendly...our cashier didnt smile at all.

Need to learn how to stir the coffee and put napkins on the tables.love Tim hortons. I cant even explain how awesome their coffee is. And the blueberry timbits are the bomb.so excited they have one at each end of town.way better than dunken dougnuts.we stop in every chance we get. We have yet to not like anything we have tried on the menu for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

My wife loves their coffee and makes me go there to get it for her. I have establishments that are geared towards drive through service. Im not lazy and like to go inside for my orders but then I end up waiting forever for service.

Very slow service every time I go in there. Dont understand why they have 6 or more people working in there and when you go up to the counter to order they are standing around looking at you and then you get one person to say someone will be with shortly and its like 3 to 4 minutes later when you have all these people working in this small coffee shop its ridiculous.

Favorite coffee ever . Was sad that were out of all the donuts we requested but had the Yummy Pumpkin donuts and muffins

Ordered 20 minutes ahead through the app. Was told, very rudely by the girl at the window, it was still not ready when I got there and she implied it was my fault for not stopping and saying my name at the speaker. Other Tim Horton locations actually make my order when they are supposed to and dont degrade me when I just pull up to the window. They had me pull into a parking spot where I waited another ten minutes, only to receive a messed up version of my order. Cool.

Overpriced tiny Donuts, and poor selection of donuts. I dont recommend Tim Hortons at any location. If you want great donuts at a reasonable price try locating a mom & pop donut shop.

I came into the restaurant about 3 oclock in the afternoon today Wednesday 5 people were in there behind the counter do you think I can get a cup of coffee waited above6 or 7minute before somebody decided they wanted to wait on me think they need some more training

Their espresso machine is down every time I come. Also there is a 50% chance they don’t have ice tea.

I dont know why the tables in this place are never clean, but they arent. You can see its reasonably clean in the back; food is good and fast; people are friendly. But you always have to clean off a table before you can eat.

Was aknowged immediately upon getting in line as the worker finished up a drive three order. I dont mind waiting a few moments. My donuts were delicious and so was my cafe mocha.

First time ever at Tim Hortons. They were out of everything I chose but the server at the window ended up making everything fresh as soon as I pulled up! We need more people like that. Great experience! :)

Great with the products. The wait is insane. Waiting 10,18,20 minutes for cup if coffee. Even with only a car or two ahead of you the wait is extremely long at times. I think they should create an Express line for those that just want a cup of coffee or pull those cars ahead that order $50 of food.

I like Tim Hortons. Stop at many of them all over Canada and the US. Been at this one a few times in the last few weeks. This isnt one of the good ones. Food is fine. If they have what you want. Example: no soups at lunch time. Service is SLOW. Garbage cans over flowing.

The staff is really friendly. Great coffee. Fast service. The only problem I have is when ever I come to this location and order a chocolate chip cookie they always reply with we are out of them!!! I go there all different times. This has happen countless times. I wish they could just make a few extra chocolate chip cookies.

Quick service. Nice seating area. Spent 3 hrs chatting and no one suggested we leave. Might return for another meeting.

Excellent place. Very tasty waffle brekkie. Tasty doughnuts. Tasty ice cap. Especially young tall boy with dark curly hair gave such a good service. Will use again.

Lovely cakes. Great coffee, but only served in paper cups and the cakes in paper bags because the dishwasher was out of service...... No-one knows how to wash dishes by hand using the sink? What a shame!!!

Customer service could be better!We had a person not well and taking long in restroom..when the cleaner came outside we informed her about the situation..but then she gave us a disgusting look.She was not at all friendly!

Although the sandwiches have a fair taste, they are exceptionally small for the price. My sandwich was suppose to have bacon and it didn’t and the lettuce was not edible. Plus they don’t keep enough donuts supplied for a place open 24 hours.

Because the Tim Hortons I usually go to near me is under renovations, and this one is kind of ridiculous to get in and out of because of traffic. Workers are not as friendly and the place doesnt seem to have a nice flow to it.

Great serving time, great customer service, great attitude from employees, you couldnt ask for a better ran place. I didnt get to see inside, but I do believe that Batavia Tim Hortons is one of the more impressive places Ive ever seen!

Always fast service, even during the busy hours. Steven and the shorter lady with the glasses (Jessica?) that usually work in the morning hours are always personable, happy & fast. Love coming here for my coffee daily!!

The lobby is open, with social distancing. The staff cleans tables between patrons. The bathrooms were not open.

The newer location in Batavia was very subpar. Multiple thing we asked for they didnt have or werent working properly. The service was very rush and not very friendly

I always make sure to stop at Tim Hortons when in anew area that has one. I recommend any of the sandwiches (breakfast or lunch) and the coffee is better than others. The seating area is clean, and they offer free wi-file if you have some time to chill. They also package everything so its easy to eat on the road if you are in a rush.

Tims is one of my favorite places for Coffee and Omlette Bits. Tims is clean with a new driveway. Great place to stop handicapped parking and accessable handicapped entrance. Bathrooms are clean and handicapped friendly.

Table not cleaned off, along with other tables. Sales person just handed tea, and muffin never asked if we needed assistance with our meal. I had to ask for spoon, sugar, and creamer. Other Batavia Tim Hortons much better.

Always busy, but orders are completed quickly and most importantly correctly. Great selection of drinks, food, snacks and baked goods until late at night.

The drive thru set up is ridiculous...even with two lanes its hard to maneuver in the parking lot. Also theres not much room Im the store either so it gets congested during peak hours. Theres a huge shelf in the middle of the dining area thats kind of unsightly and in the way. Also, I asked for an apple fritter but they said they didnt have any more. When I was leaving I saw a whole huge tray that just werent out on display yet. I just wanted my apple fritter!!!

Stopped by at 6 15 pm for a single coffee. Got stuck in the drive through line for 15 to 20 minutes for a two dollar coffee after being out and about sice five am. Unsure what goes on for 15 minutes with four cars but drive through was awful, will not return..

The staff is always very friendly and personable. After driving for over a hour, I love that they joke around and have fun while serving the customers.

Walked in at 6PM with my friends and ordered a sandwich meal. Workers serves me my sandwich and my unsweetened iced tea (I asked for sweetened) and tells me to have a nice day. Puzzled, I say that Im supposed to get potato wedges with my meal. She tells me they quit making potato wedges after 5PM. So, I ask if I can substitute something, and she said yes you can get a muffin, donut, cookie, ect. I elect for a muffin and walk out really mad because she was just going to let me pay for something yet not even offer a substitution. They tried stealing from me.Later, Im in the parking lot with my friends still enjoying our food and eachothers company when the manager walks out and asks us to leave.We hadnt even finished our food yet. This was the final straw for me. First you tried stealing from me. Then you booted us out. We left and will never come back.

The coffee is ok, but the atmosphere is kind of cold and unless you sit by fireplace, the chairs are uncomfortable. Not a favorite.

Clean, friendly and they do there best in busy mornings to get everyone in and out as fast as they can.
