Friendly staff, great food, good location

Love the smoothies. Owner would suggest different flavor combinations. Such a nice owner, always so kind. The other employees are kind, too. Warm and friendly, perfect for being nestled next to the library. I love browsing the library shelves while sipping my smoothie. Or drinking chai latte in the colder months. The chicken salad is a great treat. They have a good pastry selection. Gluten free, too! A must stop on your trip to Batavia!

What a great place! So convenient to grab a coffee or latte and a light snack before heading inside the library and looking for that next great book. The owner and staff are great, and they have specials on the outside breadboard. Give it a shot!

FANTASTIC little coffee shop run by a local chap, right at the Batavia Library. This means that it is also right along the Fox River Trail so itll be a nice place to stop while bicycling!

Very good service and kept very clean. Steve is super friendly and makes really good coffees and teas. I highly recommend and will be making Chapters a regular coffee stop for myself.

I stopped by here for my last trip out to Batavia before my parents move away and I was pleasantly surprised to find a coffee shop just as good as any in Chicago! Five stars!

You need to stop in here. Great drinks, great soups, the brownie is amazing, and the staff is so kind. This is a local business I am glad to support.
