I didn’t come here under the best circumstances…. But Carolyn’s kind and genuine personality and professionalism, really brightened up my day and made me remember that they’re are good people. I felt like I had known her for a few years. She was very helpful and was kind to my son and took me to my unit and even cut opened the lock package (I didn’t even have scissors) and she did it for me. Thank you for your kindness and smile Carolyn.

The place is well maintained.Got my new unit. The place was clean and ready upon arrival.Heather is on-point. From knowing her availability to responding quickly for any inquiry I had.Originally I have rented too-small of a unit.When I found out/ understood that, she was understanding and helped me out quickly to find the right unit, while truck and my unloading crew are waiting there.Didn’t want to challenge her that way, but when it happened- she acted quickly like a top notch pro.Was very impressed with her.And as a bonus- she is also nice and welcoming. 🙏🏽Happy I came to this facility.

So far so good. Beyond the friendly customer service I’ve received to date, you only have to observe the facility to note that the security features have been well thought out. High fences (not cyclone fencing) that keep the inside of the facility out of view from prying eyes, plenty of security cameras, pest and fire protection, and channeled drives throughout the facility to funnel excess rainwater away from the units.

Long time customer, pleased with this extra space storage location. The office Manager Desi has always been pleasant to work with. And my things have been safe for all the years Ive been there.

As far as storage facilities go, this place is top notch. Very clean and very secure. I kept my things in the unit for 24 months without visiting the unit I came back to everything just as I left it. There wasnt even dust on it. The building is very secure requiring you to use a keycode system to get into the building Manger Desi is great she is always professional

Desi and Justin are the best! Unbeknownst to me, I left my car on while straightening out my storage unit. Lo and behold, my battery died. As soon as the office opened, I called and they both came to my rescue! Justin was with a customer, but as soon as he finished, Desi sent him to assist me with boosting my battery. They were helpful, kind, and a pleasure as always. This is not the first time they assisted me, but it may be the most thoughtful. I really appreciate them both for all they do and would definitely refer anyone to this location of Extra Space Storage because of them!

Great place to store your stuff. Very secure, clean and great hours. Justin and Desi are very courteous and helpful. I had a unit with them for about 3 years and ended up vacating it because the rent kept going up every 9 months. I would totally get a unit again if the rents came down.
