Superb customer service! This was my first visit to any Verizon location, and I expected the “same old same” type of customer experience. I was quickly proven wrong. Bracie and Christina were incredibly patient and helpful with my tech challenged questions and concerns. I felt welcomed and valued. I’ll be back for future phone purchases.

The employees are AMAZING!! They didn’t have the phone I wanted but assured me it would be in store in 2-3 days and it was! Will never go to another Verizon location!!

My daughter visited today to activate her phone she received as phone support couldnt get it activated.The person behind the counter tried to charge her $20 for a new sim even though she had the new sim provided from Verizon when they sent her the phone.The sales person also indicated she left at 5 so didnt have time. Even though it was 4pm.Wont be visiting again. If service doesnt improve Im happy to try ATT.

Best customer service!!! They fixed my awful experience at the corporate Verizon store on Germantown PKWY. Not only did the other Verizon store on Germantown PKWY NOT offer to take my old iphone for trade-in, they sent me away without making the switch to my new phone. I was told that I had to go home and follow the link to activate. It is not as easy as it sounds, the link had technical issues. This caused for both phones to not work and left me with no phone to call and get help. I went into this local Verizon on Stage Road and they fixed it for me. I know understand the difference between a corporate Verizon store and a local Verizon store. Trust me, go to this Verizon on Stage Road if you want amazing customer service and leave feeling satisfied.
