People who run the store are very knowledgeable and it is cheap and down to earth prices would go there again and again

Unbelievable service!!! My iPhone 8 screen was replaced in 20 minutes! Only $90, others wanted over $100 and said it would take 2 to 4 hours. (If they had time). Great friendly service. I highly recommend this store!

This place is amazing! My phone’s screen was cracked and it was doing the weird ghost touch thing and it was unusable. I went to bestbuy, they told me 270$ for a replacement iPhone X screen. That did not feel right so i left and went here because it was nearby and the dude on the phone told me it would be way better and more worth it. I went and it was only 159$ for a repair. Unbelievable service. The dude working was so kind and chill and it was clear he enjoyed his job. I recommend anyone to go here to fix their iphone because it is so worth it!!! Highly recommend great service. The whole process only took an hour. They fixed my phone in 30 MINUTES!!!! It is flawless now and good as new.

Not sure why therere so many positive reviews. This place is really shady. They told my parents that they would diagnose the console then quote a price but they actually just held on to it for over a week, fixed it, then charged us $135. We pretty much had no choice but to pay them. They told my parents that they HAD to tip. Didnt even include a remote or cables or anything but the console itself. Seeing as you could buy a complete console for about $200, and other places dont charge half as much to do repairs; i would say that this place is definitely a scam. So much for relying on Google Reviews!

Awesome service. Super friendly husband/wife team I dealt with. Literally, 65% LESS quote for my IPHONE XR screen replacement than We Fix It Phone Repair quoted me. They also make arcade machines---most likely gonna have them make one for me. 5 Stars thru and thru!

Their word is not reliable. Very frustrated with their service.I dropped my phone off at Tekkies to repair a broken screen. They did not have the same color screen, so they temporarily replaced it with one of a different color. I was not informed of this until I went to pick it up. I needed my phone, so they let me take it with the different colored one. After I paid them of course. They promised that once the new screen was ordered they would replace it with the correct color. Week after week, I was promised the screen would be in. I have still yet to receive the correct screen. Now I am left with a two-tone LG G3. Its been almost two months, and they are still trying to string me along saying It will be in soon.My mistake: I trusted their word.

When I walked into the store I felt as though the company was organized and professional. I was skeptical because I thought the price to repair my monitor would be expensive; however, this was not the case. I paid a fair amount and the process was quick and simple. Definitely recommend the store.

This place is horrible! I brought my phone in 2 weeks ago to have the top screen fixed now its lifting from the phone and the screen underneath is becoming disclored and black. When I brought it back for them to evaluate it and hopefully fix the problem they wanted to charge me again, when they didnt fix the problem in the first place. Youre better off paying for a new phone that going to Tekkies.

I spilled some soda on my Macbook. They took it apart, tried a bunch of different fixes, and finally replaced the whole board. They went above and beyond trying to save me money, and in the end fixed it! Apple quoted me $1300 and no other place would even fix it. I did not pay anywhere near that.

Had a great experience getting my iPhone fixed for such a low price with such nice people. It just cant be beat. Dont second guess yourself about tekkies they are the real deal 👌

I dropped off my computer on June 2, 2015 and was told they would look at it early the next week and let me know if it could be repaired and for how much. I paid $15 for this service. After more than 2 months, I had heard nothing so I began calling them, only to be told a manager would have to call me back later, which never happened, or the phone was not answered. Finally, I got a hold of someone who passed me to someone else. After checking for 10-15 minutes, I was told my computer could not be repaired, however the person had no idea who I was or what computer it was. They also had no answer for why I was never called. I went in to pick up the computer, however there was no manager there to speak to and the kid there had no idea what was wrong with the computer or if it had been looked at. I have no idea if they even looked at the computer or just took my money and did nothing.

Stoped by 2 times during posted hours to find a locked door and no one there.I can only think that they dont need my business. I will have to travel farther from home for repairs on my phone for a reliable business.

Kinda disappointed in tekkies I recommended my friend to come here for a screen replacement they did it but after she took her phone home and was messing with it the screen would cut out and turn black. So she took it back to there for them to fix it. Left it there for a week because she was out of town. In fact out of the country. Comes back and her phone hasnt even been touched since she left. She has called numerous times and explains whats going on with her phone to them and they always say that they will call her back and they never do. This is embarrassing for me because I recommend you guys to her .

Not such a good experience! My daughter brought her iphone in 3 times before they got it right. She drops the phone once, screen cracks. Ok her fault, even though I question the quality of the screens being used. As she has owned the phone for almost 2 years occasionally dropping it, never damaged until recently which prompted her to get it fixed at Tekkies. I called to see if they would help her out, was told it would cost $100.00, due to the fact that his out of pocket expense on the screen is $90.00. That is unlikely.I take the phone to Apple to put a OEM screen on, we get denied service due to the fact that there is missing screws and a missing heat shield in the phone. Now I am forced to either buy a new phone or have another outside willing to replace the screen. BUYER BEWARE!
