Great place until you have a problem. I purchased 3 grand in cabinets from them and they gave me one wrong base cabinet from a totally different set and didnt want to return it because it was taken out of the box. I wish I wouldve paid the extra money and went to a big box store and paid the extra money to avoid issues

Called to get an estimate as I already know a layout. The man who answered on 2/25/21 refused to provide an estimate unless I came in and told me I could just do it myself. As someone who has ordered dozens of cabinet orders recently, I can say without a doubt this place has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. There are way better options out there.

Horrible staff... horrible customer service. I have no idea what these other reviewers are talking about. I special ordered cabinets from Castle Wholesalers in the beginning of September. They didnt arrive until the beginning of December - more than 3 months later. Theres nothing they can do about the lead time for the cabinets... I get it. Its the awful customer service from the staff inside - who made me feel like an inconvenience every time Ive interacted with them. One of the cabinets was the incorrect size and they dont accept returns for special ordered cabinets. So I had to order another cabinet from them with the same lead time - 3 months. I found a cheaper and MUCH FASTER option for the new cabinet so I called Castle Wholesalers to cancel the order the same day I ordered them (a Saturday). The staff person rudely tells me well Ill have to see if I can even cancel it on Monday. So here I am... already out a few hundred dollars since they wont return my other cabinet and unable to order the new cabinet because I dont want to be out of even more money if they, by chance, refuse to cancel my order. I call them on Monday to check the status of the cancellation, they tell me oh that staff person wont be here until tomorrow and you should talk to them... So I guess that staff person lied to me about cancelling the order on Monday since he wasnt even going to be there. Shouldnt it be on the company to notify me that the order was cancelled rather than me having to repeatedly check in on the status of the cancellation? So now I am waiting at least 4 more days to make the purchase on the replacement cabinet... which doesnt seem like a long time unless you are the one with an unfinished kitchen and have been patiently waiting for that kitchen for 4+ months... if they dont cancel this order I will have effectively be living with an unfinished kitchen for 8+ months. Im OVER this company and their horrible communication and customer service.

This place has definitely grown over the years. A lot more cabinets to choose from. Ill definitely be back to get my kitchen cabinets from them. Nice to place to meet some handsome contractors too. Lol

I visited here hadnt been in a while. I couldnt remember why I had gone there innitially. One of the employees asked me if I needed help. I asked if it was a discount store......I am 5 ft 2 in, he may have been about six or so. He squared down to my height lowered his voice and asked me in an extremely condescending manner, to tell him what I was looking for and he could then tell me how much something cost, as far as it being a discount store it was just a store......so I left.

By far the worst customer service in town. If you want a long wait time and to interact with sarcastic employees than this is the place for you.

Took a minute to get some help but eventually everything worked out. I was able to get exactly what I needed at a good price without the mark up and the quality was decent too

Great prices but low customer service. You must know what you need before visiting the store. Dont expect any cuddling. Go to home depot for that. This is a big boy store. They get you what you need quickly and efficiently.

Yes, they are still around. You will find paint, janitorial, plumbing, cabinets, windows and more. Its easy and only costs $8.00 to set-up an account. Everything is old-school and super basic but the prices are cheaper than Home Depot. If youre doing a low budget project and have time to shop around you could save some real money here.

The crew at Castle is the greatest... Ira, Calvin, Rose, Shirl and the crew are always there to help and stay on top of things. They know their business, So go get the things you need cause the prices are right, I have been shopping their over 25 years!

This store is a great alternative to Lowes and Home Depot. They have quite a few things in there that I was able to use when building and rehabbing in my home.

The staff at Castle are great they know there stuff when it comes to cabinets and windows. Would tell all my friends about this place if i were you i would go there to save money and meet a nice group of people

We went to many places to quote to re-do our kitchen cabinets, Castle was by far the cheapest for the same quality stuff (all wood construction, wood lazy susan, with soft close doors & drawers)!!! $3000/$4000+ we were quoted everywhere else, we got our cabinets here to take home the same day for $2,527.67 -that includes one cabinet we had to special order to pick up later! The young man that helped pull our items as well as helped load them was very informative, efficient & friendly! This is a wholesale wearhouse type place probably who’s main business is regular contractors 98% of the time, so their customer service isn’t what you’d get if you went to a local Retailer etc. But we were able to figure things out pretty easily... and it was well worth it!!! Thanks again!

Selected all my windows and was in and out in less than an hour, loaded up 12 windows no hassle .

Lady with off white apron on makes me feel like the business has drug users wroking for them . She looks junkie in her face n teeth made me nausus her breath smelled like rotten teeth, sad to say all this an she nosey she talks instead of works everytime im there. Thinks she knows everything an im there to buy product an get back to my job site. An the younger boys were the nicest an now to earth.
