Love this shop and their work. They have fair rates and exceptional customer service.
They ALWAYS do great work. Easy to work with and are always happy to explain what they are doing so you are never in the dark. I recommend them at any musician who ask me about amp repair/maintenance, even if that musician isnt local to Baltimore.
Amazing work -- cleaned, tune-up, and modded my 65 Vox AC-10 Twin.
They were able to repair a discontinued Bugera amp for me for a good price.
Super friendly staff who keep you in the loop every step of the way. They really helped me out after I broke my amp. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Will be back!
These folks sure know what theyre doing when it comes to fixing tube amps. They are the only people who I go to for that sort of thing.
Big Crunch Amp Repair was a answer to prayer!. I had a Leslie speaker that was broken by a organ technician. Big Crunch diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and repaired it for me. They kept me informed at every step by phone/email. They were efficient and fair with pricing. I will definitely use them again.
Great service and fair prices! Brought an old tube amp back to life for me. Never sounded better - thanks again!! Highly recommend this outfit!!
Gritty exterior, warm and relaxed interior. Very friendly staff, fair prices and great work. My EVH 5150 III has new life after getting the internal fuses replaced and a master volume put in.
Really cool niche in a super run down block. But the guy who checked out my guitar was really cool and trustworthy and knows his stuff. I trust these guys to do a great job and not overprice their services
Honest, knowledgeable service and repairs. My Marshall roars again!
Nothing but fantastic things to say about Big Crunch. Best techs Ive ever met and even better people.
Brooks and Shawna are great people and do wonderful work. Zero egos.
I got to tell you I was looking at the reviews and I said wow Big Crunch got a lot of high reviews. So I brought my Marshall JCM 2000 TSL 100 head and 4x12 cab there that I had a crackling noise problem and a couple send return Jacks that broke just recently. I had two other repair shops try to diagnose the crackling noise problems when I had other issues with my Marshall like repairing a footswitch Jack and my on and off switch was not working. But for some reason they could not fix the crackling noise it was driving me crazy and finally I decided two take a chance and take it the Big Crunch why glad I did!!! When I got it back today after a couple weeks in the shop they found the problem and fixed it. I took it home and I plugged it in the amp was so quiet I could not believe it. I had to make sure something was not plugged in but as soon as I strum my guitar it was like music to my ears!!! Thanks again for solving the problem without breaking my bank.
Nice to have a convenient local place for repairs and set-ups
