I always get the tools I need.

Store was neat and clean, however the sales staff was not helpful and very uninformed on the products they are selling. I would think if you work in a specific department you would be able to answer basic questions about the products in that department. This is not the case at the location I was at.

If I could give this zero stars I most definitely would!!! I have called 4 different locations several times and have yet to be able to speak to a associate. This is absolutely ridiculous!! I know it is Christmas time but I am trying to locate a product rather than having to go to 20 different stores to find out if they have it in stock or not. I am a very dissatisfied consumer!!!!

Poor service, I took my car to this location for a alignment and ithe was poorly done. Went back to be told that they didnt have the proper equipment to align my car. They sent me to white marsh where the problem still didnt get fixed. Today Im calling for a full refund. Lesson is go to dealer saving 40.00 is not worth the hassle. I spent the 40 dollars I saved on gas running from place to place. And my car is in worse condition then it went in.

Come here when I need something from a sears not as big as some other ones around but they usually have what you need and are willing to help out

This is a small store compared to other sears i go to. The service was pretty good tho.

Good customer service makes all the difference. Walmart doesnt cut it in this area.

Store is closing great deals 50-70% off.Hurry while items last.
