When I entered the store the associate Ahmad immediately asked if I was cancelling service just because I had equipment in my hand. I told him I was returning items and picking up new ones. He proceeded to return my items, then said have a good day. I said what about my new items...the man on the phone said there would be equipment here for me. He said oh no the equipment comes to your house...I said NO the equipment is here because I got a store front pick up not a delivery. He said that wasnt possible. So I told him to give me my modem back because I would be without internet. He then proceeds to say I already returned it Im getting you a new one now....Im confused! Why tell me you cant get me a new one here just to get me one anyway. I also said I needed the flex cable box, so he went in the back, gave me a bag and said have a good day. I looked inside and there was only one item. I said what about the cable box. He says Oh you want that too? At this point I could tell he wasnt paying me any attention. He went and got it and said once again to have a nice day. I was flabbergasted. Ive never been so blatantly ignored by an associate before. All the while the other associate was talking very inappropriately and using her cell phone the entire time I was there. This location seems very ghetto and the workers obviously dont care about the quality of service. A shame.
I wanted to write a bad review but th customer service was excellent at this store. My problems were addressed, it didnt go my way but the courteous and professional manner of the staff was top notch.
The last 2 times I had occasion to go to the Xfinity lobby the quality of customer service I received was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised. Today from being greeted at the door, offered hand sanitizer, directed to the agent that was going to assist me, having him fix my issue and exiting the building took 10 minutes!! Bravo, Xfinity on a job well done!
This was my first there when I walked in the girl at front was rude as hell and I feel like if she didn’t want to come to work today she should’ve stayed home… Kara was amazing she was very helpful and explained everything great and her customer services was a 10
The customer service was perfect. He was very patient and made sure I was completely satisfied before I departed.
Waited over 20 minutes just to return a cable box and they still cant figure out how to give me a receipt showing it was returned.I now have to waste more time calling the 800 number to confirm it was returned in the system so I don’t get a surprise bill.Very glad to cancel service.

I wanted to change phone number and carrier. Xfinity offered $15 a month for I gig of service if I added it to my internet was using less than that on my former carrier. However I needed to buy a 5G phone but I refused to pay more than $200 on a pay plan for a year,so I ended up with paying $31.00 a month for my cell phone. Which is still less than the $50 on my former phone carrier.
Very fast service, they replaced my defective equipment quickly, in and out in under 10 minutes.
I am so happy with the customer service I was given here, especially by the lady with a short cropped haircut who helped me with an out of state return issue on 9/11 at 4:30 pm. Definitely restored my faith in Comcast which usually is a headache to do business with.

Attitude matters. In these trying times, many people appear to be on edge. This includes the employees at Comcast. The service is adequate, but the atmosphere is not inviting.

After 10 calls in two days with the run around on the phone, I went into Xfinity. Finally I talk to someone who was knowledgeable and get the problem solved. People on the phone they need more training all they do is give you the runaround and keep telling you call this person or Im going to transfer you here and there
I paid for service and arranged to pick up my equipment at this location. I have been waiting for 45 minutes. I was told that my information was in the system when checked in.Im not sure why it wasnt ready.

She was patient and professional, she took her time to explain my options and helped me pick the best one for me! Her customer service is the only reason I would come to this location again even though it’s so far from my home. Shameia has a great attitude!!
Literally the best customer service I have had in a long time when I first arrived it was packed people waiting their turn I thought it would take forever but they all did their part and got us in and out in less than 5 min no lie had to be at least 4 people working and like 15 people waiting they handled it with style and grace very professional polite friendly over all happy with my experience almost never leave reviews but this was Exceptional would give 10 stars if I could

Aleesha is a miracle worker and so very helpful and patient! I spent over an hour on 3 calls the evening before and got nowhere so made an appointment to go to the store to see if they could help. Honestly if xfinity was a person, i would hire a voodoo expert to curse them. I am selling my house because i actually need internet that works. There isnt one good thing about xfinity. Oh if you are a client if your bank has a searchbar in your chk acct. search all the little draws they do. 5 dollar 10 dollar. I found it by accident

Comcast/Xfinity is the WORST. Just got hung up on by Customer Service (after they confirmed my number for a call back and still have not). You will go through a call center for all calls and it is abundantly clear the CSRs don’t care what you think. There’s also nowhere to dispute your billing amount on your account. Wish I could give negative stars. Can’t wait to move and be out of this media monopoly with them.
Destinee Brown provided the absolute best customer service I have ever had in my life. Sounds dramatic but its factual. She understood my particular circumstances and made it easy to sign up for new service. I would recommend this store and Destinees excellent service to anyone.

The woman at the front door was pleasant and did her job well. The wait wasnt long. The woman who actually waited on me was oddly argumentative.Comcast is awful, but that is another matter.
Possibly the most criminal company in Baltimore.Charged $40.00 when they came to replace a defective router that THEY supplied. $14.00 a month to rent a router that only worked for 40 minutes at a time. And then $40.00 for them to come and replace THEIR defective equipment.And watch your billing....they will double bill you if you dont pay attention.I guess thats how the Snyder family became multi billionaires.

This is the worst company for home security & for a manager returning your call. They always claim no one is available & I will be called back. Which hasn’t been done, also, they charged me $400 for equipment they confirmed I returned & told me I would get a credit for, which I haven’t, and keep getting the run around about what happened. Their home security is trash!

Xfinity just lowered the bandwidth and reallocated it to other areas and breached my contract with them. I have 1 device and I can’t even watch a movie from Netflix on my TV. They admitted to cutting the bandwidth and said if I wanted to get the same amount of bandwidth I previously had, I had to pay extra for it. Compete scumbags.

The worst automated answering service ever. All I want to do is find out if you had a phone in stock. After 30 minutes I finally get in touch with a person just for him to put me back in automation. I have internet, cable, and mobile phones with you and unless youre paying a bill no one wants to hear from you.

Treated disrespectfully and you stand in line while everyone complains about the last time they were there. The manager Denise gave me her card like she cared about my problem. She didnt reply to my email When she told me to email her. When I returned a piece of equipment someone else there sent a link to my phone to remove it from my account. She didnt remove it she dismissed me from the store. Nobody looked me in the eye. This place is hell and everyone here hates you and all life. They punish you for not just going online. This is the world of the future.

Do to covid I can understand latency in the Internet speeds. But I have 1G and live down town yet Im only pulling 400 Megs and pushing 50. When playing a low bit game that your phone hotspot can handle, Im lagging. I know its not my pc. Also their process are harsh and the hotspot on the go sucks

Internet is frequently down and never reaches advertised speeds. Customer service line is programmed to keep you from connecting to a real person and is unhelpful on its own. Would recommend using anyone else, but theyre the only internet provider in my area, so were kind of stuck with them. If I find an alternative provider, Ill make the switch as soon as possible.
