This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. We tried submitting an insurance claim through the store only to find out that we had to call assurion directly however come to find out that was a complete lie. We had submitted an insurance claim two weeks prior in the same store so it seems that the employee just did not feel like doing his job and it wasnt just him there was a woman there as well who was absolutely one of the laziest people Ive ever met. I would much rather use my Verizon app so I dont have to deal with incompetent people such as this who cant even have the decency to do the job that they are paid to do. Something else you should also teach your corporate employees, is to not have them tell your customers that they do not work on commission like cellular sales. Apparently, corporate employees dont seem to care about Verizons customers because they are no longer getting some type of spiff or bonus. Might not want to let your clients know that.
I had great customer service during my recent visit to the Nottingham store. The representative was very helpful and did not pressure me. He was sensitive to my lack of electronic expertise.

I was having troubles returning my set box and was assisted by a nice gentleman at the Verizon Nottingham location. He was very patient with me, he called the customer service help line and waited with me until I was given a confirmation number to drop off box at a UPS location
My father and I went to the Nottingham store on Belair Rd and were assisted by one of his reps, William Lawn. William was very professional and knowledgeable all the time. He was so patient and went above and beyond to help my dad, who has some difficulties to understand the new technology and whose primary language is not English. William took the extra step to make my dad feel comfortable and make sure he understood everything in a very clear and easy way.I cannot recommend this guy enough!!! If you go to that store, ask for him. You wont regret it.Verizon, you got a great rep right there. Thank you William!!

I came in to switch my plan over and to get off of the family plan I was on. I worked with Ty O. He was very helpful and patient. Worked well to ensure I was set up before I walked out the door. Took the initiative himself to ensure Im walking out on my own plan and not confused as to what was going on. Very helpful. Id come back alone for his work ethic with myself. I also picked up a tablet Ive been interested in. He didnt badger me to make the purchase but he informed me of the ways it would benefit me. He was very helpful overall and worth the 5 star rate. My experience was amazing!!I had a lot of changes with phones and purchasing a new phone and I-pad. My sales representative was extremely customer service friendly-over the top!!She went above and beyond to help us anyway she could and made multiple follow up calls to assure everything was going well.This is the second time she has helped us with phone upgrades and I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience.
I came here to get some tablets for business on 11/13/2017. I had the pleasure of working with Darla. I have worked with her before in the past, and she is the only sales rep that I prefer to work with. I am sure they are all great, but knowing I am going to get fast, reliable, friendly service from Darla, I prefer to do business with her for all of my phone/tablet needs for both my business and personal accounts. The store was very clean, and the other two sales reps that were in the store that day were very courteous and did a good job helping other clients while I was there. I would highly recommend this Verizon location for all of your wireless needs!!
David is amazing. He helped me with all my questions and concerns! David even scheduled an at home screen repair when it was convenient for me. He also saved me $80 a month on my bill!-he is a Verizon wizard.

I went to the Nottingham Md. store to get a new screen cover. The young sales lady I worked with was super friendly, and advised me, I was able to upgrade my phone. I didnt want to upgrade, but once she filled me in with the savings I would see, I chose to purchase the new phone.During the process my sales lady explained everything in detail, and very clear. I must say, she was an absolute pleasure to work with.On top of getting a new phone, and saving money from doing so, my sales lady even after the sale kept in touch with me, asking if there was anymore she could do to help. I have never had ANY sales person contact me, about anything after the sale was made.This just proved to me that she really cared about her customer, and I am grateful to have had her as my sales person. I have dealt with this store before in the past, and had a bad experience, but this young lady changed my views about this store entirely.Oh, and YES she still keeps in touch with me, asking if my device is working properly, and even to ask how I am doing.I want to Thank my sales lady for a pleasurable experience at the Nottingham, Md. store, so THANK YOU!
Crowded despite having at least 5 employees in attendance. Waited about 5-10 minutes before I decided to leave because I wasnt even acknowledged by an employee when I came in. Once I went to leave, employee comes running up to take my info and tell me there are 3 people in front of me. Absolutely not. I left, as did several other people. Also very hot in the store. Left with nothing except wasted time...
Came in to add my cousin to my plan and Josh was extremely helpful. Very down to earth and honest, made a great recommendation based off what he needed the phone to do for him. I would definitely recommend this location just because of the wonderful experience Josh provided. Thank you very much.
Just left this store, the employee did not even bother to stand up from his lazy position, he remained on his chair the entire time we stood in front of him! He was playing on his phone when we stepped in.My phone was dead, he claimed they don’t have that charger in the store, to turn on my phone and resolve it’s problem! One would think being an authorized seller of cell phones they would have major chargers like Samsung’s! I understand that it is Friday and it was 20 minutes to closing, but if they were supposed to stop working the last 30 minutes of store’s hours of operation, why they keep their sign open!? Very unpleased with my experience with this store, specially since that employee was very dismissive and not helping at all!

After having a bad experience with the corporate Verizon Store, I decided to give this store a chance. I am so glad I did too, when I entered I was greeted right away by Jason Williams. He was very friendly and informative, answered all my questions and made it such a pleasant experience. I am so happy to have found a new place to go for all my cellular needs. Thank you again to Jason for making my visit fun and easy.
My service was beyond reproach and second to none. I came in with warranty replacement device and was assisted promptly with a smile. I have to say the service was admirable and I will return in the future for all of my needs. Glad to know I didnt have to wait to get great service.
After being duped the last time we were in Verizon by an employee in April. Thankfully, the man that worked here then is no longer here. Today, we saw Deborah and she was fantastic. She told us about the extra fees on our account that we were unaware of. Salesmen can get a lot of things past people that do not read everything. We were able to drop our bill by 40 dollars. If you are not very knowledgeable about contracts etc go to Deborah! She will not steer you wrong. We will come back to Deborah every time. I left a very happy individual.
It was a pleasure working with Deborah today. Such a nice location. We put her through the ringer because she was sick but graciously helped us with everything needed. Believe me we needed a lot of help. Such a sweet person and wonderful clean location. We will definitely be back to this store.

I just had a wonderful experience at the Verizon Wireless store located at 7702 Belair Road because of their sales representative, Darla Moses. Because of my limited understanding of technology, I went to the store to get assistance with my new iPhone. From the moment I entered the store, Mrs. Moses made me feel welcome, and she provided expert assistance in a professional and genuinely friendly manner. In this hectic world in which we live, it was such a joy interacting with Mrs. Moses today.
Came in to upgrade my phone and got a great price. I was immediately greeted as I entered the store. My sales rep Jen showed me several options and assisted me to find the right phone for me. She was also able to save me some money on my monthly plan!
Customer service was very friendly and there was no wait. It was nice to be able to look at phones without being hassled or pestered the whole time. Not pushy and helped make recommendations when asked. Will definitely come back here for anything needed.
Jay P was very professional and accommodating during my experience. He had some guests before me that were having difficulties with switch their phones and he was able to trouble with going the extra mile and making them feel comfortable. When it was my turn he helped me with getting my new phone started, guided me with purchasing accessories, and even helped me with my trade in. All in all and great experience and really felt like Jay P had my back during the process.
I’ve been here twice and had an amazing experience both times. The first time I was there I was getting my upgrade. He was happy to help me with what I needed (which was a kind of complicated pain), was efficient and knowledgable. I felt like he really informed me of all of my options and helped me pick something perfectly in line with what I was looking for. I brought my fiancé back a week later because he also needed a new phone and we had the same great service with the same rep. They seem to have a good team here overall too. The rep helping a customer next to us had the same intricate knowledge and was doing a really good job giving the guy all the options and taking his time to make sure he left with what he wanted. I live in Baltimore City and I’ll definitely drive back here anytime I need anything.

The information wasn’t transferred from my old phone to my new phone and I was told i was finished and I could go. I wasn’t given any instruction and did not find out until the end of the night when I followed up that I was going to be without my apps for an entire night. Not helpful or informative
Ive gone to the corporate location twice. No one told me about the new plans or adding my work to my account which saved me $40. Thank you Deborah. This was excellent customer service. I frequent this location often but I just received the WOW factor. Thank you for taking the time to help me and not just selling a product.

I bought a charger in this store in Dec and it does not work any longer. I was told on the phone by a rep that I could exchange it. I went in the store to exchange it and the so called manager tried to go toe to toe with me to say that I did not buy the charger there when in fact I DID! I am not crazy nor senile. He said they do not sell the charger there which is a lie. He would not exchange it even though the charger is under warranty.. it was not my fault that I bought the charger in a box that looks like something they sell. And that ball-headed lady in there with him was rude as hell. I had to leave before I caught a case in there. They were very ghetto to say the least. I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THAT STORE!!!!

Walked into the Verizon store for waiting for an hour now. You have three employees sitting down take care customers but. The state does not a make knowledge that you walk through the door. I mean they are taking care customers but they CS sitting here waiting and not one person says will be with you asap. SMH
When I went to the Verizon store off Belair Rd. I was helped by a very very wonderful service rep named Darla. She was knowledegable, helpful and friendly. Darla went the extra mile and jumped outside the box to assist me. I am not her customer, but she wasnt bothered by that. Her service ethic was outstanding and I am thankful that I met her.
Service was unbelievable tonight!! Deborah took time out of her busy schedule to accommodate my family for 3 hours on her day off! Now that is dedication. We will always come to this location. She stayed until we had all of our problems and concerns addressed. We ordered 4 phones and cant be happier dealing with her. I would just like to say how amazed I am with the sevice here today. I met an incredible young man named Franco. I was just trying to inquire about a phone and Franco didnt just help me out with the information his knowledge went beyond that. I ended up getting a great phone perfect for my needs and a wonderful new tablet. After talking to him and getting to know him in a more personal level I know this young man is honest and respectful. I came in several weeks ago to upgrade to an iPhone 7+. Ty assisted me and was exceptionally helpful. He helped me weigh the pros and cons of getting the 32gb vs the 128gb. He then broke down the pricing and the expected changes to my monthly bill.When it came to changing my plan, they were super helpful as. They were patient and detailed the best options for my budget and data usage.This was definitely the most seamless upgrade process Ive ever had.Any questions I have regarding my plan or bill, Ill be returning here. Verizon stores closer to me have been lacking in this level of customer service and product knowledge, so I will definitely continue to make the trip out to this store when I need help.
