Kenny was awesome. I’m not tech savvy at all but needed a new phone since mine had totally died. I had anxiety going into the store but Kenny made me feel comfortable immediately. It turned out to be a great experience and I would highly recommend going to see him for any of your phone needs.

I needed to get a new phone and was getting off a flight 30 minutes before the store closed. I called, asked if they had stock and if the employee minded that I would be coming in 10 minutes before close. The employee stayed an extra 25 minutes after close to help me get it set up and out the door. David was great and I appreciate everything he did for me.

I went in this afternoon to upgrade to a new iPhone and Jesse helped me out right away. I couldnt have been in there longer than 15 minutes- he set up everything to transfer over and then just let me know when I left to keep the old and new phones next to each other until the transfer was done. Jesse was great- Ive always dreaded this process in the past, but he made it quick and easy, yet he was extremely thorough. He wasnt pushy trying to sell me unnecessary products, which I definitely appreciate in these types of situations. Will absolutely come back to this location!
Jesse did an impeccable job within assisting me and my sister with our new devices and accessories. He was the only one working in the location. He took his time with us and completed all our needs and answered all of our questions... Great help here. I needed a mobile hot spot for sporadic usage. Employee was super helpful and knowledgeable on the subject with out being pushy. Able to decide on my purchase in like 20 minutes and leave with a new hotspot.
Jesse was unprofessional and incompetent. He is phony and a liar. (Perhaps he has multiple personalities?) Apparently the positive reviews are fake. Despite their claim that safety is their number one concern, Jesse threatened my husband and got up In his face (after removing his face mask) obviously ignoring the COVID social distancing regulations. (I reported the incident to Verizon corporate). The company can certainly obtain in-store video for proof of what happened. A police report will also be filed. *Victra is only a trade-name owned by ABC phones of North Carolina. Keep that in mind when shopping and handing over personal info!

After 2 years the case on my phone fell apart. I was split about which case I wanted to get with so many options. Thankfully I walked into this verizon store. I was greeted by kenny and I expressed by frustration with finding the right case for my phone and one that I would actually like. I am glad he was the one working that day because he steered me in the right direction and helped not only find the right case for my phone but applied the screen protector as well. He was pleasant and patient the entire time. if you are looking for an upgrade or are looking to protect your phone look no further come to this store and ask for him. I will definitely be going again.

Buyer beware - even though this seems like a Verizon store, you will pay significantly more here than going to a standard Verizon factory shop. Recently went to upgrade our phones and...1. They charge more for phones than listed on Verizons website - ours were $20 more expensive than retail price.2. They charge to transfer your phones over when upgrading, $20 each - something Verizon never did when we went to their store.3. They automatically add on a $30 redux membership, which is some sort of water restore service that we never asked for or wanted. When we asked them to remove it they said they couldnt because it had to be part of the upgrade? Whatever that means.Obviously none of these things were mentioned until after the phones had been transferred over. All in all, we ended up paying over $100 extra to upgrade two phones than if we had just gone to a Verizon factory shop.

I stopped by this store to get a new phone screen protector. I was pleased to have my issue resolved quickly and the salesman was very informative about the warranty coverage options. Definitely recommend this store.
Will rip you off hundreds of dollars as other reviewers have mentioned with undisclosed charges until after you pay and get the itemized bill and will repeatedly push you to pay for unnecessary devices, upgrades, and services. Unclear if staff are unknowledgeable or just pretending to be in order to push you to buy unneeded products and services.

I can not rave enough about my experience in this store with Branden. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He spent as much time as I needed explaining my services and my new device. I was hesitant to use a Verizon “retailer,” but Brendan went above and beyond with his level of customer service. I left with a complete understanding and a renewed faith in businesses making the consumer feel like their patronage matters.
I never received the credit for my trade in. Spoke with the manager recently who claimed he would call me back in 30 mins and no one has called me back in 4 days. I tried calling them again and no answer. If this is a simple mistake I will change my rating, but until then they receive a one star from me. He even put my name on the account wrong. It reflects my middle name and last name. Not my first and last name.

UPDATE — Now 7-8 months into our bill, and we STILL have not had our iPhone deal applied. Not to mention that this month’s bill is up $75 for NO apparent reason. I have contacted the Victra district manager on multiple occasions & have received no resolution. I cannot wait to leave Verizon. Money is their #1 priority, period. 6/5/20 — ORIGINAL — We are now 5-months into our new bill & plan, and have still not received the iPhone promotion credit to one of our lines. I have spoken with the store, Victra corporate (via their comment below), VZW corporate and even a district manager, and not one person has been able to correct our bill & credit the line for overpaid expenses. But I’m sure if we didn’t pay our bill in full, our service would be cut! I plan to move on from Verizon after this contract is up. — Updated 3/26/20. /// I cant count how many phone calls Ive had back & forth with this store, from delayed orders, to incorrect bills to feeling mislead about said bill & deals. As soon as our bill is finally corrected to what I was sold and promised, I will move on to a different store, or possible a new carrier all together. My phone bill should not cause me this much time and stress.

He had a dont bother me attitude and there was NO ONE besides me in the store.Go to the McHenry store !!!
This is a reseller, not an actual Verizon store, huge scam! Nothing in the store has prices, they just make stuff up and check you out, so many hidden fees and zero transparency. Nothing aligns with anything you see online or at real Verizon stores, even phone price itself was more expensive. I bought a screen protector and the salesman verbally said it was $55, then showed up on my receipt for $60. Told me my total was $105 and on my receipt was $130. I then went back and he credit me the $5 difference on the screen proctor (using some made up discount) but couldn’t explain any other fees or price discrepancies. These guys are con artists!

I started out *very happy* with my experience. Great service, fast, friendly,. The salesman seemed very qualified and I had confidence in his advice on the device I should buy. But my phone overheated. Twice. They refused to make it right. So I went to the Verizon corporate office and after a great deal of discussion, they helped. They said that this location sold me a phone that was too small to handle my needs. (I was replacing an S6 with a new S7. The S7 wasnt able to do what my S6 had been doing.).

TLDR: The manager of this store and an employee both were unable to give me the $800 phone I ordered from them and then the manager hung up on me instead of helping me. Dont patronize this business. Stick to actual Verizon Wireless stores.Full story: Using my Verizon Wireless account, I ordered a phone for in-store pickup at this retailers Whetstone Way location. I arrived to pick it up the same day, July 7. After an hour of trying to process our order, including contacting Verizon and Victra by phone for help, Brandon was unable to complete the order and give us our phone. Some kind of computer system glitch stymied him. We had to leave the store without a phone in order to continue with our plans for the evening. I got home and called Verizon Wireless customer support. I spent more than an hour on the phone with them as they tried to solve the problem. They said the order had been completed and only Victra (this retailer) could help me. Victra was closed for the evening. Verizon advised me not to do business with retailers like this--only patronize actual Verizon Wireless stores. At this point I was unable to get a phone, both Victra and Verizon were pointing fingers at each other and both said they were unable to cancel my order. Meanwhile, I had paid $800 for equipment I could not get.I called Victra the moment it opened the next morning, July 8. A man whose name was possibly Jamie answered the phone and told me he was the manager. His tone was impatient from the first moment of our call. He looked up my information in complete silence for about seven minutes. Then he told me he might be able to solve the problem if I come into the store in person. I had wasted quite enough time on this and informed him I wasnt going to spend any more time in person in the store unless he could assure me hed be able to process the order. He repeated that I had to come into the store in person ... then hung up on me as I was talking.With Victra unwilling to communicate with me, I had to call Verizon again, wait on hold for 15 minutes, then Verizon contacted the store manager who had hung up on me. Verizon helped him to complete the order and he agreed to allow my husband to pick it up. His tone was quite different with me while the Verizon representative listened in on our call. When my husband arrived in the store an hour later, employees made him wait without assistance for at least five minutes before giving him the phone we should have had the day before. If you dont want an extremely frustrating, dayslong nightmare--dont do business with this ridiculous company. They obviously have no standards of customer service, no intention of providing prompt and effective sales for customers and a complete inability to communicate politely with other humans. Stay away.
I never write reviews but this place is the absolute worst service ever. Lied about a promotion, I left and canceled my service with another carrier then when I went back to activate with Verizon, he said oh sorry that’s not here anymore... even though he just said it was. Doesn’t know the products, slow and rude. Makes sense why they don’t wear name tags because they don’t want to be told on.
This place has excellence costumer service. The manager Deja was very helpful, she was patient and understanding while trying to help me get what i needed. Definitely one of the best Verizon store i have been in DEFINITELY 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Generally displeased with my preorder experience for the iPhone 11. The employees of the store, on several occasions, assured me that the phone would be in on the morning of Sept 20th. At around noon, I called the store to check whether my phone had arrived. After about 10 minutes on hold, the gentlemen’s came back on the phone and asked me if I was sure the order wasn’t under another name. Then he took down my phone number as well as the other phone number on my account “just in case the order was placed under the wrong number.” He seemed to be having a difficult time locating the preorder that I placed with him only a week prior.I dropped by the store a short time later because the gentleman on the phone left me concerned about the accuracy of me preorder. I spoke with the same gentleman briefly before the manager interjected. The manager explained that they are at the mercy of the postal service but that usually they receive their shipments midday so it should be here shortly. He could not explain why his employees had assured me on three separate occasions that my order would be available in the morning. Everyone I spoke with was polite and respectful, but the experience overall was frustrating. The employees assured me on multiple occasions that the preordered device would arrive this morning. It did not. Had they simply stated that they typically receive their shipments “midday,” as their manager later did, then I would have known what to expect.In summary: if you plan to preorder something, go elsewhere.
I wish 0 stars or negative stars were possible. This place is a sham... they will do everything they can to try and rip you off! Do not go here under any circumstances. Having no phone is actually a better alternative. I spent an entire summer dealing with management at this store just to receive a rebate that was clearly promoted with my newly purchased phone. Go to the real Verizon store on Fleet St. for the real Verizon customer experience. This A Wireless should be shut down!

Terrible. The people working there are clueless. I tried out a Samsung Galaxy S5 for 7 days, returned it, and ended up being charged $400 three months later because they failed to process my return properly.
Dont use this store. Got to a real Verizon. The people that work there are really slow and made many mistakes while setting up my new phone.
