I went in around 5:00 pm Friday because my phone stopped working. There was only one person in the whole store, Pierre, who had been there since 9:00 am. He had no break and no help that entire day; he didnt even have time to eat, which is unacceptable. He greeted me kindly and was friendly and very helpful. He helped me get and set up a new phone quickly. Pierre was very knowledgeable; at one point, he was helping 3 different people at once, all with various problems, and he found solutions for everyone. Pierre is the kind of customer service representative you always want to meet and work with.
Incredibly efficient and polite. Brendon was helpful through and through, set me up with exactly what I needed.
I never leave reviews but after a drawn out experience with incredible help from Pierre I got a new plan and 2 iPhones for a good deal and great patient service. (No thanks to sitting on hold with Verizon customer service for over 45 minutes... Verizon get your Sh*t together and pay your employees more!!! authorized dealerships and customer service.) Overall I am definitely extremely happy with the help I received. Would return. ;)

Met with Brendon yesterday. He is very professional and extremely competent. He completed a turnover of four devices from ATT (which saved me a significant amount of money) quickly and efficiently, all with a very pleasant attitude. I cannot recommend him and this location highly enough.

I purchased a new phone and selected curbside pickup because thats the safest option during COVID. I arrived and checked in on the app. And waited. 15 minutes later, I started thinking the store must be busy. So I kept waiting. After another 15 minutes, I decided to go into the store. I found one employee sitting there with no customers. I told him I had been waiting for curbside pickup for 30 minutes. His reply was, Oh usually people just come into the store. My dude. Its called CURBSIDE PICKUP. Its literally in the name. I didnt get any sort of apology either. Extremely poor service. I will never use this store again.
The man that helped me there was good enough, but they need more people or at least train the ones they have
I just made the switch in carriers and upgraded to the new 12. I was working with Kris Weston in the Belvedere store from my first visit to explore my options through ordering, set-up and many helpful tutorials. I can not say enough about the courtesy, professionalism and goodwill he showed me. I knew he wanted me to learn and develop an ease as a new customer and I so appreciated all of his efforts.
I needed help recently so I took a walk to this Verizon store and was very pleased with the store and the staff that helped me quickly, free of charge. Exceptional service thanks to Kris!
I recently purchased a new phone and Cris was very helpful and assisted with the purchase. After that I had multiple problems with dropped calls and after many hours with Verizon support the problem persisted. I brought the phone back and saw Brendon,as Chris was off. Brendon reviewed my phone and made some adjustments and solved the issue in 30 minutes. With my old phone I was experiencing the same issue.Would highly recommend this store with its attentive serviceJoanne
It should be noted that this is a 3rd party store, which means additional charges to device upgrades can (and are) applied. I was charged a $49.99 fee to transfer all of my previous data to my new device. When previously upgrading devices at corporate Verizon stores, this was done free of charge. This was a service offered at those corporate Verizon stores (in different locations and even different states). Additionally, I confirmed via a discussion with a Verizon rep on the Verizon website that at official Verizon stores, there is no fee to transfer data and it is an available service at the corporate Verizon stores.Admittedly, the staff at this store is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in selecting a new device.Just be wary when getting a new device that you will be paying extra.
Wonderful service at this store! Pierre was so kind, helpful, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. This was the best Verizon experience I have had.

To summarize the below, to state it conservatively, he was grossly unprofessional and insulting.I came in today to potentially upgrade a phone I bought yesterday. Chris immediately stated that he didn’t have either phone in stock so I could not test them out. He then brought a similar phone out that was dead and I asked him to show me the features and how it worked. He stated that it worked and looked the same as mine so there was really nothing to show. I thought that wasn’t super helpful but pressed on. I told him my iPhone se that I just bought had a home button and that the upgrade didn’t have a home button, so how could they work the same? He didn’t have a response, and I was a little taken aback that he wasn’t helping more. I figured I would return the phone and go elsewhere where they could show a higher level of customer service. Well worth the $50 cancellation fee.I told him I thought his level of customer service was subpar, and that’s when he went off the rails. He made some personal attacks against me and later when me and my friend were leaving the store bc we couldn’t put up with his unprofessionalism, he made more personal attacks in front of other customers who had since entered the store. “I’m not returning your phone.”would not allow me to return the phone. I’ve worked in sales and customer service my whole life, and I don’t think I’ve ever come across someone so unprofessional in my entire career. I told chris that and he got brendon the manager on the phone, and even brendon told me not to tell chris that he was giving me poor customer service. My friend that was with me, despite not saying anything during the entire exchange, told me afterwards that she believes he was being extremely unhelpful and unprofessional but chose not to say anything. She plans on calling manager brendon when he gets back to work on Tuesday. Perhaps we need to speak with the owner of the company or go to the better business bureau. I need to get this phone returned.As a side note, brendon the manager who sold me the phone yesterday, did admit that they are incentived to sell by quantity, so if someone comes in wanting an exchange, they make no commission from that. I understand that you have to make sales, but this place has LOST my business and my friend’s business for LIFE. I don’t write reviews often but after this experience, I felt compelled to let the baltimore area know about the service you should expect here.Oh and if you’re buying an iPhone and they try to sell you their $17/month insurance plan, turn them down and know you can buy an $8/month plan through apple called AppleCare that covers accidental breaks, screen damage, defects, and lost or stolen iPhone.
Totally in Awwwee.... My Experience was Phenomenal. I went in to pay my bill and ended upgrading my phone. The team members were very welcoming and knowledgeable. My associate Brendon helped me with my upgrade, told me all the perks of my new phone and was very patient while waiting for the transfer. The store was very welcoming, with a nice atmosphere and very clean..... I am very Pleased with my visit.
You absolutely can receive no better service than at the Belvedere Square location! Shane (Technology Consultant) solved my technology dilemma. His expertise and recommendations brought me back to the 21st century. Job well done!

I had a great experience at the Verizon store. Lee the store Manager was phenomenal. He fixed my problem and showed me some great Google tricks.I got 2 Samsung tablets for 000 free.I will definitely visit them again if i have a issue.
