Service was top tier from the time the guy walked through the door very attentive to all customers. When it was my turn they assessed my issue (my battery) and jumped straight on it from the parking lot!!!!!! Honeyyyyyyy when I tell you A1 and it was fast good price and good conversation go there or keep going where you not appreciated!!!

Came here to get a tire..Cash n Carry..Waited 20 min for anyone to come out of back office to help me..WTH..where is the Customer Service!! If I wasnt feeling under the weather I would have left and drove somewhere else!!

Arrived 15 minutes early for a 9am appointment because I thought they opened early. The two John’s were there and took me early and I was out by 9!!! Excellent service!!!!

Johnathan was awesome. Though they seem pretty busy and backed up, I was still able to get an oil change in a timely fashion.

Reception people might be OK catching my tire problem and made an appointment. Also arranged temporary air infusion. Unfortunately, I had the worst experience of customer discrimination and rudeness from a working crew. I placed my car at the position for air infusion as guided but not intentionally blocked sideway. The person just approached me and suddenly started blame me without any further guidance. Then just very rudely ordered to me put your car out, do it right now, do it right now then I will put air. I relocated my car and waited. Worst thing was, after giving me the rudest action, he started making a chatting with his co-worker and absolutely ignoring me. After waiting for a while, I informed the reception person that Id like to cancel my appointment.I purchased my tire and warranty program at the very shop. And as a gift, these guys gave me the best experience to feel disgusting. Even one star is too much for them. I went to a different NTB shop 10 mile away from here. They were not kind at all but did not feel disgusting like here. I have another car need to change a whole tire set, but my choice is absolutely not here. No NTB!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AT THE REISTERSTOWN LOCATION BUSINESS OPERATIONS OR LACK THEREOF. DROPPED OFF MY TRUCK ON FRIDAY MORNING TO GET STRUTS DONE. AMAZINGLY THEY WERE DONE BY 130PM. COULDNT GET THERE TILL 5PM.ASKED THE CSR TIME THEY CLOSE... SHE SAYS 6. I KEPT CALLING TO LET THEM KNOW ILL GET THERE At 515PM NO ANSWER. I GET THERE DOORS ARE LOCKED. NO NOTE ON THE DOOR AND NO CONTACTED ME TO UPDATE ME. TODAY IS 3RD BUSINESS DAY AND I DONT HAVE MY TRUCK. I AM GOING TO CORPORATE WITH THIS NONSENSE.

Made a appointment for Saturday and one person was there doing no work and sending people away. What a waste of peoples time. This is the second time no one came to work on a Saturday. Im going to try the tire shop up the street across from the mall.

The branch was short staffed but still very pleasant and accommodating. And price was much better compared to other auto shop locations.

Since the management has changed here, I must say my interactions and experiences have been stellar. Mark has been a pleasant face and a great help every time we come in. I live in the area so this is my regular car maintenance shop for most services. Mark exceeds my expectations each and every time I interact with him. He is patient and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to really explain things so you can understand and he also listens, not trying to up charge you in items/services you don’t need! Well done, Mark! Very friendly helpful and very efficient

First time here I went to get a oil change. Left the shop and a two hours later smoke was coming from the hood. When I got to my destination and parked the oil was dripping from my hood onto the ground and I mean lots of it! Long story short they took care of it and gave me some free services. So I really appreciate it.

I made an appointment to have my oil change on a 2013 Ford Taurus. When I got there, the Manager said I still had 2,000 more miles before I needed a change. My indicator light was on. Didnt know yhe last oil change the mechanic set it and came on too early. Glad William/Manager told me. However, I decided to have my Cabin filter changed and there was none in stock so je ordered it for me and said would call me when it came in. I called him back twice and it wasnt i yet. The next day he didnt call me back as promised. The Monday after I pulled into the business. He apologized for not calling me and installed the engine filter and the cabin air filter for cost of filters only. I would have given him a 5star had he called me back. He is courteous and a good Manager. Ill be back for oil change.

I have had to interact with several tire places over the last few years. Mr. Tire is quick but way overpriced. Wal-mart is cheap but their auto service is terribly organized and slow. NTB is a very good place to go with good prices, efficiency, and customer service. Definitely does not fit the stereotype I had come to expect of tire places. Mark Green is especially exceptional.

This place just saved my car from needing the back braking system from messing up from a bad job from another mechanic. Took it in because my dad and I thought it was the rear brakes needed to be changed but turned out to be much more than that. As the car is originally from my home town where the family mechanic was, but was too far to travel for this issue so we decided to give this place a try. They kept me informed the entire time I was there on what they believed was the possible issue and working together to figure out what was going on. They were able to figure out the issue and worked to correct it so my car could be ready to go. Mitch was the one I was in contact the most and was professional and kind in each conversation we had. Driving my car home, I could already see how the performance improved from their work. I also can’t thank them enough for going up and beyond to ensure the car other tires were fine which resulted in a quick easy fix to something that I thought was going to be a bigger replacement. This positive experience has given me peace of mind that there is a mechanic I can go to close to the city that will take care of my car for routine and unexpected maintenance and ensure it’s safe to drive.

I had the worst experience ever, the technician did not screw my log nuts on properly which cause my tire to come off while driving and car fell to the ground and slid. Had i been going any faster or another car behind me going fast this would have been catastrophic. I missed 4 hours of work due to this tire issue, its like going in for surgery and the doctor leaves an instrument inside of you. As of today i still have not heard back from the district manager. Will never visit this establishment again.

Had side wall damage while out of state, George and the other gentleman who work up front took awesome care of me and got affordable tires in for me by the afternoon. My car was done faster than my usual garage back home. I wish I was in MD more to give them more business.The lobby is clean, has tv and vending machines.

Went to the NTB to get air in my tires after calling the store early afternoon first to verify I could come and get the air.You see I recently had a major medical illness which prevented me from putting the air in myself. I was told that everyone was out to lunch I could come between 3-4 to get the air, go around to the back. I showed up a little after 3, and got out of my car approach the bay and mentioned to the men there. I was told I could get air once they returned from lunch. Immediately a few of the men started looking for an air hose then one mentioned check the first bay. My car was outside the first bay. One man opens the bay door comes out with the air hose proceeds to approach each of my tires and tells me they only had twenty pounds of air three of them he added I needed to pay close attention too. The last tire which was the front driver tire he placed the air hose near it indicated it only had 20 pounds. Once he finished I got in my car after tipping him and left. As I drove away I waited for my tire light to go out It never did. It dawned on me he never but air in the tires. I went to a gas station which confirmed what I thought. 35 pounds was placed in each tire and the light went out immediately and has stayed out. I depended on NTB to do the right thing and I was greatly disappointed. I will never visit them again. I contacted the manager to inform him of what had happened.He offered me the tip back and was surprised I had given $10.I refused .In fact, he actually saw the employee who was supposedly putting the air in my tires, and asked me if I knew who it was when I called to inform him about the incident. Again I will never go to Baltimore NTB Resistertown store again.

Worst spot ever never again will I take my truck to this shop never will I recommend anybody to go up there to get anything done i took my truck up there to get my struts done had to take it back up there because they put it on backwards then took it back up there for them to fix it and its still wasnt done properly paid for brand new struts look under my truck and they two different colors my father and I had to get under there to fix their work horrible

I visited this establishment under duress because I had encountered a flat tire in my driveway, called AAA to change tire and called NTB just before closing to request a fix. Consequently, I needed a new tire and I arrived and left inside 30 minutes and I wasnt late for work. The fastest service I ever had in any tire service. Perhaps, it was the time of day but it was the quickest service Ive ever received from a tire company including my dealer sport Honda. Thank you NTB

THEY ARE DISHONEST!Have been going to this location for years as Merchant Tire.On May 5th 2019 had all 4 tires replaced. Was told 2 hours. Returned in two hours and noticed car was just getting pulled in for service. BTW it was a Sunday and the place was not full. Service was completed and was told all good. Noticed vibration and pulling to the right. Returned car on May 8th 2019 for alignment (pre-paid) and re-balancing. Was told alignment was completed but couldnt balance because all 4 rims were bent. Why didnt you tell me that after you mounted the tires on May 5th? They did not give me an alignment printout and noticed car was still pulling to the right and vibrating. Called Corporate Office. Corporate confirmed that I should have gotten a printout or a copy put in my file. Corporate called them and informed me that they did not put a copy in in my file. And, I cant get a copy after another car goes on the alignment machine. Good Luck!

Fast service at a fair price

EVERY SINGLE TIME I VISIT THIS PLACE, WHICH IS NOT OFTEN,THEY ARE SHORT-HANDED!!!! AS SOON AS I WALKED IN, THE EMPLOYEE LOCATED AT THE FRONT COUNTER INFORMS YOU THAT THEYRE SHORTHANDED AND IF YOU COULD BARE WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE AT LEAST 3 EMPLOYEES WHO ARE NOT THERE. I MADE A VOW TO MYSELF THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO GO BACK THERE,...I ENDED UP GOING TO THE ONE IN OWINGS MILLS INSTEAD, THEN JUST RECENTLY I NEEDED MY BRAKES AND A FLAT TIRE SERVICE, ..AGAIN, THEY WERE SHORTHANDED. THEY EVEN HAD AN EMPLOYEE WORKING WITH ONE HAND DUE TO HIM HURTING THE OTHER HAND A DAY BEFORE. I SET MY APPT. FOR 11:00 A.M. THEY DIDNT BEGIN WORKING ON MY CAR UNTIL ALMOST 1PM. IT WASNT FINISHED UNTIL ALMOST 4PM..THEY CLAM THAT MY BRAKE SERVICE WAS DUE TO JUST RESIDUE AND DUST AND THAT I DIDNT NEED NEW BRAKES OR MUCH DONE TO THE BRAKES, YET THEYRE STILL SQUEAKING!!!... BEFORE THIS WAS NTB, IT WAS FIRESTONE, AND IT SEEMS AS IF NOTHING HAS CHANGED EXCEPT FOR THE NAME. THE SERVICE IS EXACTLY THE SAME. EMPLOYEES ARE CONVERSATING AND NO ONE SEEMS TO BE WORKING EXCEPT FOR THE ONE OLDER GUY LOCATED AT THE FRONT COUNTER WHO SEEMS TO BE DOING 3 OR 4 PPLS JOBS. ITS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISCOURAGING TO KNOW HOW AS LONG AS THIS PLACE HAS BEEN HERE, EVEN BEING UNDER A NEW COMPANYS NAME, YOU RECEIVE THE SAME EXACT SERVICE FROM WHOMEVER IS THERE. THE ONLY REASON WHY I GO HERE IS BECAUSE ITS EXTREMELY CONVENIENT SINCE MY HOUSE IS LOCATED 2 MINUTES FROM HERE. BUT, FOR THE PRICE, THE TIME THAT YOU SPEND THERE AND THE SERVICE, ITS DEFINITELY AND ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT. ITS LIKE GOING TO THE MVA. (PLAN ON SPENDING ALL DAY HERE). They are the worst. Took my truck to get 4 new tires and the pull my parking breaks and now all 4 wheels are locked up and they do not want to take responsibility for it. Please dont take your vehicle there unless you plan on spending unnecessary money. After I drop of my truck on Monday and had to call them on Wednesday to ask them wats going on. It cost my $1800 cuz of what they did to my truck. I beg you guys dont do it. I wont even give them a star.

False advertisement. Sign say, wheel alignment $60. Inside the store, $89. $60 just to get you in the store. $60 if you apply for a credit card. Waste of time.

If only no stars was an option. Very horrible experience! I will never refer or use this NTB again or probably any of them again. They took forever to diagnose my car, horrible at following up with me and keeping me in the loop about whats going on with my car. Once they came up with a problem they fixed my car and released it to me. I asked them are they certain this is the problem they said yes. Same day I picked my car up I had to get it towed back. I had to get a tow truck 4 times in one week. They came back and said I had another problem. They fixed it and same day I had to get another tow truck. This could of been avoided if they would have fully tooked the time to diagnose my car. I have spent too much money and have been inconvienced too many times! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I go to this place on the regular for service for my vehicles, they sent Mr Mitchell to a different location and service has went down so i went this afternoon and who was in there Mr Mitchell and the service was back on point i didnt had to wait over 3 hrs like i did a few wks when getting an oil change
