Adrian and the team here at the Firestone on Hanover has always been so great. Been coming for oils changes and random needs about a year and half and they are always polite and efficient. Recently had an issue during an oil change where a part was needed had to be ordered. I had to be out of town the next morning, so Adrian had a rental set up for me just in case they weren’t able to fix in time for me to leave in the morning. Fortunately, they hustled and got it done first thing in the morning. Above expectation service and care and I really appreciate that.
Had a set of tires installed, tire flatted within 72 hours. They reinstalled the lug nuts with an impact wrench, which sucks when trying to change a tire on the side of the road. Retorqued everything to spec after getting the car back, which really shouldn’t have needed to be done in the first place. They also didn’t install any valve stem caps, which was a low-effort error pretty indicative of the service received. They resolved the issue free of charge, but it was still a major pain in the neck. Won’t be returning.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They are scammers. I got my lower control arm replaced back in October it got bent when I hit a curb. They put the control arm on incorrectly as a result damaged my ball joint and caused a loud clanking noise. 8 months later I heard this noise took it back to their Firestone and they recommended new struts and a both control arms replaced. I have a 2020 vehicle so it’s no need for struts which would have been over $2000. The sound was a result of things being loose due to the the improper install! I went to another Firestone and they did not need to replace struts or control arm they replaced my ball joints and tightened things up and reinstalled my same control arm properly and the sound was gone. THIS FIRESTONE JUST WANTED TO TAKE MY MONEY AND HAVE ME PAY FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE!
Very friendly and helpful. Fixed my tire quickly and at a very fair price. The locations parking lot is very cramped so be careful when you get there and note that you may have to walk around the block to retrieve your car from a church parking lot. Other than that, great place for tire repair and convenient to get there from downtown.
I truly love the top notch friendly & very professional customer service I’ve received from this Firestone location. Thank you guys!! I appreciate you.
I stopped by just to pick up a tire for a flat and thought I knew exactly what I needed. I was confused though and these guys helped sort out what I was looking for! They didn’t end up replacing the tire because the location is too far from my car but they helped me figure out what to get and were SUPER nice about it. Many thanks!
I left my rim here to get a new tire put on it. After 1 week I called and asked about it to be told Id get an update by the next day. No update came. I did the same thing the next week. I received the same response and no update. Finally called again this week to be asked what kind of tire Id like put on (I had already given them this information when I left my rim there). I told them again and was told to expect a quote within the hour. I received a call 10 minutes later saying they didnt have anything of that size in stock anywhere and that Id have to order a tire and bring it in to them. At this point I simply picked up my rim for fear of their incompetence leading to the whole thing being lost. One of the guys who works there is actually cool and competent though. Ask for Rich if you do decide to go here
Lack of communication and them not testing what they fixed makes me not recommend this place to anyone.I went there once for a change in battery and liked their policy of a 5 year warranty. So I came back a second time. This time I went in to change my tires & have a windshield wiper fixed. They were quick-- the whole process took about 3 hours. When I came back I asked Did everything go ok? The mechanic said yes. I paid and went to my car. Tried the windshield wiper and.. it didnt work. Went back in and told them. The mechanic didnt acknowledge the lack of communication. He just said an electrician would need to check it out and that he is taking the day off tomorrow. He recommended I go to the BP down the street since I was in a hurry. I went there, they looked at the wiper and tightened one bolt. The wiper started working. I gave the BP mechanic $10.Because I got an emailed invoice, I didn’t even realize that Firestone had done anything to the wiper until I got home. I had to call them to confirm that they did replace it.
Called Jeff at 7 am in the morning because I had a flat tire last night. He was very responsive to my concern. When I arrive, I told him about a competitor price. Jeff was so understanding and accommodating. Richard who was the technician for my car was very polite and worked on my car immediately. In less than 45 min it was done. To top it all Jeff matched the price. All my stress was gone by the time I left. The only thing I would have appreciate if they check my other 3 tires to make sure they were at the right pressure with the required measurement of my car. This happened the last time too at Towson Firestone where I came out having to visit the gas station because the pressure of the 4 tires did not match the car requirement.
The man at the desk was so very nice he saw that I was not in a good place about my tire and my wheel today and he just after all that was said and done he put a smile on my face I will go back there and I would recommend people to this Firestone
The manager Jeff and the rest of the staff took great care of me. I was in Baltimore celebrating my birthday i got a flat tire on my rental I told Jeff my situation and he immediately stated working on getting authorization from enterprise. He had his staff begin on fixing my tire before he got the authorization. Thank You
They took care of my car and explained what they were going to do before hand (even tho it didnt make sense to me) I appreciate the customer service:)
Received great, thorough service here after bringing my car and it’s completely flat tire in 10 minutes before they closed. Every person I talked to was kind and they went beyond what they needed to do to just get me to limp home. Really happy with this shop!
They helped me change my tire for free when I had a flat
Spoke with numerous staff members earlier in the week to confirm my appointment for Friday morning and was informed it would be ready by the end of the day. On Friday, I called and spoke to two different staff members regarding my car, and was told there was one car in front of mine. Later on, I was informed that they were waiting on a part for my car. After speaking with them earlier in the day, I was contacted at 4:00 pm and informed that my car would not be ready until the next day. I had to pick up my house key, and immediately noticed that my car was in the same spot I parked it that morning. Overall, service was great, but communication needs to be improved.
First time customer. I was provided an appt. the same day for known-repairs I’d been putting off.the mechanic alerted me to a new issue and provided a quote. When I asked about one of the standing issues he advised it was a minor repair that I could get fixed at a more affordable rate elsewhere. Great customer service and I respected the honesty. I will absolutely be returning.
Took it in for an oil change, a tire rotation, and asked to have a code checked while it was there for the first two things. Technician calls later and tell me the total is over $200, because Firestone apparently charges $100 to run a code check (calling it a computerized engine analysis). Wont be back--my mistake for taking it to anyone other than my usual, honest mechanic, but as a nanny I was trying to make sure my car was safe and time was unfortunately of the essence, so I guess I paid a massive convenience fee for a code read places like Pep Boys will do for free.
Time management. Terrible. I appreciate the oil change and the note that I should get a tire alignment. But an hour and 30 minutes for an oil change, at 7am, when I explicitly asked how long it would take, and they said about 30 minutes, clearly shows a lack a time management, a lack of care for my time, or a lack of integrity. An hour and a half. Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere. I recommend you go elsewhere and save yourself an hour.
Called ahead and made an appointment to get a tire plugged. Spoke with Mike, and they were awesome! Held my appointment, kept me updated with the timing of the repair, and did an outstanding job plugging the tire. Very friendly, cost effective, and genuinely great service! I highly recommend! Ask for Mike, he was awesome
Had great customer service getting my tire repaired under warranty. This location was also willing to squeeze me in when 5 other Firestone’s turned me away on short notice. The waiting room was comfortable and has a TV.
Got an oil change with an advertised 50% off coupon for frontline workers...when I came back to check out, they had done a $100 oil change and took 50% off of that. Did a quick job, but if youre going to advertise that you support frontline workers, dont swindle us. Wont be going back or recommending.
My tire kept going low for weeks. Called Firestone where I purchased the tires and they gave me an apor. Very professional service and they fixed the problem. I am on the road again!
Customer service is amazing! The whole crew was extremely helpful and welcoming, especially the manager. They gave the same awesome service to other customers as I waited for my car.
Dropped off my car to these jokers at 8am, they said theyd have an estimate in the afternoon. Called them at 3:30pm only to be put on hold for twenty minutes, then told my car was too old for them to work on so it was ready for pickup. I told them that they had said it was fine earlier in the morning, they put me on hold AGAIN until I finally hung up. Absolutely unbelievable, Ive never seen such an incompetent shop.
Great customer service, and their time estimates are spot on. They did spill oil on my engine once causing it to smoke for a few days. When I called, they cleaned it up and gave me a refund for my trouble. Very trustworthy!
I was down visiting from NJ and was told I had an oil leak. I stopped at Firestone to get it checked out. Their service was quick and the staff was very friendly. They helped correct a mistake another company made. I appreciate their prompt service.
This place, as other reviewers have said, is the worst. They are shady, they want to rip you off, and they will NOT fix what they say they will fix. I got four brand new tires here a few months ago. About 2 weeks later, my tire pressure warning light came on. My rear passenger side tire had a slow leak. I brought it in again to have them look at it. They said the valve stem was loose and they fixed it, free of charge. I was fine with that. A week later, warning light comes on again. I bring it in AGAIN (3rd time in a month) and I get told by the giggly girl up front that theres a nail in my tire. She tells me it will be $20. Then when I go to pay she says oops, its actually $40. I ask her what was wrong with my tire, and she says quickly, It was a nail... A tiny little nail, and makes a hand gesture. Then she tells me that they usually put the cause of the leak (nail, glass, etc) in the bag when they send the work order back up, but this one must have been too small. I was obviously lied to and charged $40 and wasted another hour of my time at this shady place. I will NEVER go there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Now, a month later, another tire is having a slow leak. I cant blame Firestone for this one (or can I, valve stem?) but I will NOT be taking it there. Stay away. Cant say it enough.
There are few places I trust my car to, and this place is one of the top places. They are honest, fair, timely, friendly, and genuine. They don’t rip you off, make sure the work is done right, work with you on what your car needs. Cannot day enough about this place, and their customer service.
Exceptional customer service.
Incredibly friendly and trustworthy staff, affordable pricing. You can call and make an appointment or schedule online. If you have a question, they invite you to stop by if they have time and will check out your car. They explain all of your options for possible solutions to any problem. Also, if you look online, they have monthly coupons and deals for oil changes, tire rotations, seasonal check-ups, brakes, tires, and more. I love this location, have been a loyal customer for four years, and will continue to see them.
First experience here was amazing (one week ago) they changed my flat in 20 minutes. This time I called ahead and asked if they were busy, they said they were not. An hour later my car still hadnt moved or been fixed. An hour and 45 minutes later my flat tire was finally fixed. I wasnt quoted a correct amount of time, the employees here were slow and communicated poorly. Very frustrating and absolutely going somewhere else next time. Dont go to the Firestone on s Hanover in Baltimore Id you value your time and want to be treated with respect.
Very pleased. Had a minor emergency with my car and they agreed to take me the next morning. Completed in a half hour while I waited. Good price.
Had a very good experience with an oil change here. I had scheduled an appointment for noon, and when I arrived there was a large semi-truck delivering tires to Firestone. Knowing that this might hold up my oil change, they were very transparent with how long it might take (up to 1.5 hours) and ended up getting it done in just under an hour! I just wandered around the area, which had a lot of shops and restaurants to explore. They were very friendly, and mentioned other maintenance things for me to check up on, but were not pushy when I chose not to purchase them. I will definitely be back!
It was snowing, we were 45 minutes away from home and our low air pressure light was on. They were so nice to help us right away. We didnt have to wait. They checked all the tires and put the air in and didnt charge us.
No customer courtesy had my truck all day for no work to be done
I had to get tires on my wifes car since we are taking it on the family vacation. The staff was very helpful. The tires were put on in a timely manner. The tires were affordable and I didnt have to spend a whole day waiting around. I will definitely get tires here again.
This is redicouls. The store opens at 8 am. I walk in lobby theres no one in the store. Its now 8:20 am and no one has come out to help me. Take your car someware else service suck at this location. I will be contacting management.
Double check all the repairs this Firestone shop recommends with another mechanic. ~~ NO, SERIOUSLY! ~~ Brought in a brand new car for bumper-to-bumper inspection and was told I need new struts & shocks and to replace the worn alternator belt (total $1100 in repairs) ... Sought a 2nd opinion: another shop did a thorough inspection & double checked what Firestone said was in poor shape. Nope, my car was fine.
Glad I got the warrantee last time I got a set of tires. One blew today and they replaced it for $36. Grateful
When there was a problem with my appointment time, they took care of me. I changed from taking my car to MR Tire to this Firestone location.
The service is not good. They are poor at communicating with their customers. If you take your vehicle there make sure you call and get a status on your vehicle.
These guys are straight shooters, no nonsense. I got a great warranty on my tires from them that includes regular rotation and alignment for free. Prices for other work are reasonable and I I trust them not to oversell me on work I dont need. They have a little area with wifi where you can work while you wait and everyone Ive interacted with is very patient, polite and professional. They are not always good about calling you with the updates they promise, and work can take longer than estimated if they get busy, but it is not for lack of trying. It just seems like they dont sacrifice quality for speed, which is hardly something to complain about.
I would like to give a recognition to a mechanic by the name of Chris..He took me through what maybe going on with my vehicle.. This centers customer service is better than other shops I have been to so far..
L love these mechanics. He took me through what maybe going on with my vehicle and went ahead to repair my car. Very top class customer service!
I was hesitant reading prior reviews but had used Firestone when I lived in Buffalo,NY so I gave it a shot. New management has apparently cleaned things up at this location because I have had good experiences for an oil change, tire repair, a brake inspection, and alignment. Everyone seemed straight forward. No bullshit which is always appreciated and explained everything well. Have been three times now. Will be going back.
Efficient & thoughtful service representatives.
Made an appointment with a confirmed day and time, they didn’t put the time in the system so I lost the appointment. Took the day off of work to make this work as well. Manager could only reschedule, did not offer anything for the poor customer service.I’ve taken my car here before, and they don’t have all the tools or technicians needed to fix everything, so you may have to end up taking it elsewhere anyway.I will not be returning to this firestone and highly urge others to find another business that is better organized, doesn’t treat its customers poorly or owns up to its mistakes and disorganization when it happens, and has a better ability to fix more problems with cars. If you do make an appointment here, call them repeatedly to confirm they are organized and did it properly and be sure to talk to different people each time, otherwise you’ll probably be left hanging.
Great customer service and friendly. Had leak issue in tire and they pulled in my van and filled it at no charge. This is what brings customers back!
Great service...my tires are soooooo quiet now.
Terrible, stay away if u value your money.. needed new brakes, brake pads, rotors etc for a 10 year old infiniti. About $900 of work. Apparently the calipers were bad which they never told me so I had to have all of the work redone within a year and just a few thousand miles because car would shake over 30 mph. Their lifetime alignment isnt a true alignment so tires wore poorly. Horrible place. Find a local mechanic for anything more than oil change.
Not only was the service not on time, they failed to put a lug nut back on one of my tires and they suggested repairs that were not necessary. I initially went to this location for service on my brakes. Then, I received a call about my calipers seizing and rotors needing to be replaced. This quadrupled the bill. After approving the modifications, I was assured that the modifications would be done before 5, as I told the staff that I had to catch a flight in D.C. At 5, the car was still not ready because one of the workers had a family emergency. I found that rather convenient. Nevertheless, it took about an hour for the car to be ready and I barely caught my flight. If you go to this place, be weary of their suggested modifications once they have your car and it is up on the lift. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
Had a terrible experience with a Firestone in Silver Spring. Came to this Firestone and had outstanding customer service. Colby helped me at the front counter and he was great.
Ive been going here for about two years now. The guys that work here are really courteous and friendly. They do a great with your car too. I highly recommend bringing your car here.
Ive gotten a new battery here without any issue, but I would not recommend this place for alignment. Ive had a lifetime alignment deal with Firestone for years and never had a problem at other locations until this place. I felt that they didnt want to honor it here because they make no money from doing it unless they sell you something while they have you in store.I had some suspension work done on my car at another shop and needed an alignment. So I brought it to Firestone. Should be simple, right? Well, the first time, they told me my strut was bent and they couldnt align it. They quoted me several hundred dollars to replace the struts.Since the strut was under warranty, I took it back to the original shop to get it replaced. I brought it back to Firestone, and they aligned it without trying to sell me anything. But the camber was off by more than 1 degree. They said they couldnt adjust it any more, which might have been true, but then something might have been bent/out of whack. Why didnt they investigate this time?I ended up taking it back to the first shop, and they replaced the spindle, which helped get the camber back in line. I took it back to Firestone for an alignment, and they said they couldnt do it because the spindle was bent (the guy was pointing to the lower control arm though). I took it back to the original shop, and they aligned it without any problems.I could be wrong, but it really did feel like they wanted to get rid of me because they figured I wouldnt buy anything. Either that, or the tech was incompetent. Neither option is good.
Overall great experience with Darlene and her team. Although things came up with my vehicle that were unexpected they did a great job of communicating with me the issues they ran into and went above and beyond to work to solve the issues and compensate me for the delay. Would highly recommend this shop!
Great place, friendly service. They provided regular updates and made sure I was aware of changes that were needed.
They have always done a really good job for me with fair prices. Glad to have them downtown!
- My lifetime alignment deal was not respected- Didnt finis the job on time- Didnt properly fit the tires. The air pressure went low once I got home.- An air bubble formed a few months in and one tire got ruined- I was told to pay almost 70 dollars to get a new tire, and also extend the tire warranty even though I had 50,000 miles warranty on all 4 tires, and I wasnt even 10,000 miles in- Considering the amount of money I spent to get a top of the line tire, the entire experience was terrible, and not worth the money
Stopped in 10 minutes before closing time to get my oil topped off before driving back to NJ. Friendly, helpful guys even in the pouring rain!
Mike is a little difficult to work with. Customer service is not his strong suit. In the system for buying high-end merchandise but he didnt know that until after I bought an Interstate battery. Very apologetic after the sale. What a fricken mook!
The door handle was broken on my car. A service rep there, Keith, came out and fixed it for me in about 5 minutes. Keith was friendly and when I tried to ask what I owed him, he told me it was free of charge! Thanks Keith - I appreciate the fix, and Ill be back to this Firestone.
Best experiences with any auto shop. Keith and team are great and do great work, very trustworthy and accommodating.
Once again Firestone fails to finish a job on time, leaves me at night with no car, no call, but always finds time to identify unnecessary work to bill me for. Really really disappointed with the service-always waiting even with appointments and costs are so high. Be careful-they will say anything to get your work and then leave you hanging.
Thought the service was great. Brought my car in to have a slow leak patched. After they assessed the damage, they determined I needed new tires. They offered a handful of price points and had them in stock and ready to go and installed in a couple of hours. The staff were friendly the whole time. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was they didnt rebalance all 4 wheels while changing the tires. I had to go back 2 days later, but was in and out in under 40 minutes. Plus, the second rebalance was covered by the service they did the first time.
As always good work. At a great price
1st Visit: Darian was my service advisor during my visit to have my engine light checked. He was friendly and knowledgeable in regards to what issues I needed to address immediately to ensure my vehicle would perform at its best. This location seems busy so I would recommend to drop your car off and pick it up at a later time/date or schedule an appointment in advance. It was also advertised that they do free check engine light checks ups but I was charged $100 for labor and didn’t even get an official diagnostics tests so I was confused about that but I was kind of in a rush so I guess they did the best they could under the time constraints.I wouldn’t mind returning for service since I live in the area and Darian was very professional in how he engages with customers.2nd Visit: So I dropped my car off on a Friday night before Firestone closed to speak with Colby, one of the service advisors I believe, about getting a diagnostics check for my truck because my check engine light was still on despite purchase a new battery since my last visit. He assured me that my truck would be serviced first thing when Firestone opened Saturday morning. Very friendly guy and welcoming. Good customer service. When I called to check on the status of my truck at 10:25 a.m. the next day, I was told that my truck had not been serviced yet and it was scheduled for 12pm. I was disappointed for several reasons I won’t go into detail about but because I actually needed my car that afternoon I couldn’t wait that long so I decided to pick it up.Not sure that I will return for another visit but I advise anyone considering getting work done on their car at this location to be prepared for long wait times and not have your car serviced during your scheduled time.
Got a flat tire one evening and couldnt drive to work on a donut the next day. I went to Firestone shortly after 7 AM and they had my tire in stock and I was out the door before eight and barely late to work. Did a great job
Wish I could rate a 0/5. If youre looking to get sold on something unneeded or ripped off, this is the place to go. I went in for an oil change and the new manager there ended up keeping my car there for 2+ days and over $700 in repairs. He kept saying stuff like oh I couldnt let you leave with your belts in this shape. Two weeks later the exhaust busted and I had to scrap the car. Dont get me wrong, my vehicle was old and beaten up a bit, but this is the only place Ive ever been where my car noticeably ran WORSE after it came out of the shop than before it went in. Word of advice for folks who go here: dont get sold on anything - get a second opinion before you listen to the slick-talkers in this place.
Got in my car after a cruise in May 2017 and my car began over heating immediately. I had two small children with me and a 6 hour drive ahead of me and found this shop that said they could get me in. We waited 7 hours and paid $600 for a new water pump, thermostat and anti freeze. 17 months later my car starts acting up and come to find out I need a water pump?!?!? It has a lifetime warranty from manufacturer only store can not provide invoice so I can get it replaced. I get it replaced and mechanic shows me where pump was sealed with a stop leak and wrong antifreeze was used which caused additional damage over the last 17 months. I brought this to management’s attention and they said they may have been able to do something if I had it fixed at firestone but there’s nothing they can do. This is fraud, totally unethical and I caution everyone as I find it hard to believe this was a secluded incident. I just paid $542.00 at another shop to actually get a new water pump and based on principal more than the money I will not stop alerting unsuspecting customers of these practices. Today this review, and complaint to Attorney General and Better business bureau.
Ive been here probably five times. I like the way they do business.
Changed and rotated my tires, professional front staff, quick turn around!
You know those places you hear about where they make up things that are wrong with your car... This is one of them. There are a bunch of crooks that work here. They are not to be trusted and should be ashamed for the amount of people they take advantage of on a daily basis. I will never bring my car back here and would not recommend this place to anyone.
I dont know if it is the fault of the Hanover location or the corporate but I made appointments for both of our cars 6 days in advance and indicated we needed Maryland State Inspections. I received a confirmation email for the Hanover Street location and we showed up on time. First, the gentleman we dealt with was not at fault but indicated they could not find the scheduled appointments. He then told me that he could not provide us with the inspections because he does not have a certified person on staff. Needless to say, i questioned why I was allowed to make the appointment if they could not provide the service requested. He says there is no way to indicate which locations cant provide which services. Luckily, i was able to get one car done at The Tire Network right down the street and took the other car to the BP right next to it. The Tire Network was outstanding in service and gave my car back in the time promised. Its unfortunate that Firestone did not pay as much attention to customer service and promises made.
Transparency and good work that was completed quickly. I will be bringing my car here for any future maintenance needs
First off I am very picky and hesitant about auto repair shops since I use to work at one. I have to say that this firestone is one of the best Ive ever been to.....that is a huge compliment especially coming from me.I ended up getting a flat fire on my way home from DC due to all the construction and uneven roads on Baltimore Washington Pkwy....hate that highway. Well I didnt know until today that I when I bought my car it didnt come with a spare tire and instead had some air compressor/fix a flat combo that plugged into your outlet. I was about 10 miles out from federal hill so figured I would just keep airing it up and try to make it instead of waiting for a tow truck. I think I stopped at almost every gas sation between where I got the flat and firestone since the air compressor at the gas stations is better then the cappy compressor that came with the car. I rolled into forest one at 9pm ans knew they closed at 7pm so figured I would park it there and deal with firestone in the morning. Well to my suprise they were working late to finish up a car and when they saw me pull in they immediately stopped what they were doing and asked what they could do to help me and inspected the tire. They informed me that my sidewall was blown out and I would need to get a tire. I told them thank you and that I woukd deal with it in the AM and asked if it would be ok it I left my car here and put my kept in the drop box. To my suprise they said let us check and see if we have a tire in stock and we can complete it now for you if youd like. I was very shocked that they said since it was two hours after they closed and they very easily could have said yoy will have to deal with it in the morning. Hands down great customer survive in my book.....the absolute best experience I have every had at an auto repair shop. The two that were working that helped me, were Darlene (Mngr.) and Keith (Technician). I would definately recommend this Firestone location to anyone looking for an auto repair shop and would highly recommend that you work with Darlene and/or Keith. I will be calling their area store and corporate to compliment then on a job well done. I also posted on Yep
Can attest that this once shadeball establishment has since improved vastly in terms of quality of service and not trying to upsell on every single visit. No tricks or funny stuff on our past three visits and dont foresee any problems with the next three!
They always take great care of my car and are always super friendly.
The mechanic told me he couldnt check out my vehicle because of some rust issues, but I took it to the Firestone on Howard street and they checked it!!!Bad customer service!!!
Fitted me in to patch a tire late on Saturday afternoon, despite me calling late in the day. Got the car down there and they patched, reinstalled, and rebalanced the tire in less than an hour for $30. Couldnt be happier.
I had work done on vehicle twice here at Firestone on Hanover Street and the second time around was the worst they replaced my alternator and a belt about 3 weeks ago and I had issues with my belt ever since. I brought it back to them a week later after the did it for them to fix and Im still having problems with it so I will never bring my vehicle back to them ever again.
Very friendly, fast service, and not to bad $$ wise
For years theyve worked on my car and always got a good result. They explain the situation in detail.
Honestly the worst customer service Ive experienced. I got a simple oil change with them and my car was spewing oil the next day.
The best auto parts place.
Awful wait time even with an appointment. Called multiple times to check on the status of my vehicle and was left on hold/never spoken to again.
They sell cheap tires they rip off woman customers
They do the job right quick an efficient
If my is repaired at your business and there are other problems with my car. The mechanic should inform me and not let me find out by driving my car.
Fantastic, honest quick service this is my new place for all my work!!!!
Do not go there
Excellent service, friendly, very clean
I liked it because they are honest!
They not only did none of the work I asked for in the work order (smoke test for evap code), but instead did a check engine diagnostic without asking me ahead of time.Never again.
They have saved me countless times. My BMW run flat tires cant take the city streets and Ive had 6 flats in 3 years. They work really hard to get my car in and put.
Got the oil change, but took hours and hours and hours.
Just OK for me. Prices just OK for me. I only went there because it was close by.
Tammra.. Was gorgeous
Decent price and value but the wait even with an appointment is rough
Excellent staff!
Had my car towed to the location at 11am to get my alternator replaced and didn’t receive my car until 8 at night the attendant was very nice and apologetic but that’s a very long time just to switch out a alternator
