The staff is extremely helpful, if you don’t see something just ask! They will find it, either in their store, or order for you. I’ve done pickups, ordered from their website, AND I’ve just shown up, their previous location was just outside Canton, Baltimore. I ALWAYS find good deals . I also like the artwork and accessories.

The staff has been very unhelpful. Bad customer service. I received the wrong book and theyve just ignored me after I sent them pictures of my order. I will never do business here again, theres plenty of better websites to order from.

Great service very helpful

This isnt a regular shopping experience. You should have an idea of what you would like to buy (by looking on their website) if you go in store, as almost all of their merchandise is in the back. They have LOTS of things to buy, some that are otherwise hard to find. Again, you just need to have an idea of what youre looking for (ie. books to teach prayer, Islamic games for kids, prayer rugs, audio, etc.). Theres no public restroom. The staff is excellent! Theyre very knowledgeable and work with you to figure out your needs. I am so glad they have moved back to west Baltimore.
