You can tell the staff doesnt want to be there. Very short and rude.

Don’t buy Hopkins swag here - go to the Barns and Noble up by Homewood. This store has a terrible return and exchange policy and not great customer service. Plus, barns and noble has a much better selection for Hopkins gear.

It was good place to buy some JHU merch. They were out of stock for some clothing in store but they do have an online store so thats a plus.

Customer service at this place is horrible!!! I tried to exchange something that was not worn with the tags on within the 2day return policy, which is ridiculous, and I was treated HORRIBLY!! These employees and assistant manager really need to be taught the importance of customer service!!

Staff receive 5 stars as very kind and helpful. However the store and stock for sale feel like an afterthought.
