Man, this store has some wigs that make you look like a totally different person. The wigs are reasonable price and they are always having a sale on selected ones. Some of the wigs very trendy and some make you look young. There was someone in the store one day buying 4 wigs. She said the deal was so good that was even going to be late on her rent, she laughed. #howdidyoureact

The staff is very rude! Chinks(Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, WHATEVER YOU CALL IT) of course 😠!!! They follow you around the store like youre going to steal, as if no one really comes in to buy hair, uh like MYSELF. Any woman thats going into a hair store without a plan on how to style her next do, will be in the store for a while THINKING 🤔, NOT STEALING!!!🤬WILL NOT GO AGAIN!!! No one told them to sell hair in the hood!! Then discriminate against the same people putting food on your table. SUPER BAD

My exsperience here was the worse. I was followed around the store the entire time. Workers standing over my shoulder. This is a new store so Im guessing they have had some recent shoplifters. But thats no reason to treat everybody like that. Lady behind the counter was rude as well. I will never come again and be treated like a criminal. This store wont last long

Purchase a shirt from there for my daughter to find out I bought the wrong size, when I went to take it back 2 days later to exchange the guy said I could not exchange or get a refund, told me to check the receipt which does not say that, the receipt says something different they lie, I even lost my bank card there, later that day I asking the man at the front if someone return my bank card he claim I was never in the store that day, I walk over to wear I remember last having it and it was sitting in a box of hair gel, not once did he apologize ignored me

The store itself is a beautiful place to shop they have plenty of selections to choose from. However the management team are highly disrespectful and dont know how to speak to the staff. I worked there for only 3 1/2 weeks and it was hell. The manager Charlie had something to say about literally EVERYTHING we did. I felt like I was back in elementary school. You had to find and tell him when you had to use the restroom. He would get upset when you would tell the other managers even if it was the owner of the store. Then he fired me for a misunderstanding without ACTUALLY telling me I was fired. I wouldnt recommend this place to work.
