Hours are incorrect. I went there at 12pm today and no one was there so I went to the Sephora around the corner instead and found a great alternative to a Mac lipstick.

Store hours are wrong. Its Tuesday 7/6/ 2021 at 2:30 pm.and the store is closed.

I loved my makeover by the Shayla at the MAC Harbor East in Baltimore. I arrived and requested an on the spot makeover. Shayla was extremely courteous, patient and provided excellent customer service. My face was beat perfectly! I was provided tips and recommendations for products that complimented my skin. The look was natural with a little pop of color to accent my yellow attire. Overall I was pleased with the quality of work and Shayla’s skills as a make up artist.Parking is plentiful. You can find a spot on the street where you pay by the hour or park in the garages.Call ahead to schedule makeovers or come super early. If you aren’t scheduled they may have to service walk-in customers and you during the makeover which could cause delays. The makeovers usually take an hour.

Keyonia was amazing! She was so helpful and sweet! I have been into plenty of M.A.C stores and this was hands down the best experience I ever had, to the point that I highly doubt I go into another M.A.C to shop! She was the friendliest artist I’ve ever spoke with! I will definitely come back!!

I started going there since they reopened. The customer service is excellent and I never have to wait long for service. If I dont know what I want they will help me decide and make sure Im happy with my purchase. I think this is the best store in my opinion.

Came to this place during lunch break, wasted money in a meter, walked a block too the store only for it to be closed. There was a note on the door reading something about they look forward to servicing you next week I think it said. Doesnt matter what day or week they were closed and I wasted party of my lunch hour and money on a meter to come here. Im sure I wont be coming back. Ill take my chance and order what I want online and pray its the right shade.

Ran over from a certain salon across the street after a SNAFU from a make up appointment, and Kristin and another staff (sorry didnt catch the name) helped me out incredibly. Offering me brushes and products so I could get to a photoshoot appointment on time. I understand that selling products is normal in this setting but they found ones that actually looked great and naturally I purchased something at the end. They could have easily just ignored me or told me I couldnt use any sample products.Thankful for their help in looking camera-ready!

Their service was pleasant and awesome goes to show you cant always go off the reviews. Because i read mostly disappointing reviews, and still took the chance to go there... And Im thankful for both of my visits there yes i said it 2 different occasions was pleasant MY MAC HOME UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE ;)

I Love ❤ M.A.C and never knew it was one there. Very convenient I thought 💭 I was gonna have to go all the way to Towson Mall 🏬 and the young man was very helpful 😏

Every single I time I come to this store I always get the best customer service. Im always greeted right away even if the MUA are currently occupied with a customer. There are other locations that are more convenient for me to go to but I make sure I always go out of my way to go this store.

Beautiful club in a great location. We were members but stopped going after a few months. Too many little kids in the pool and locker rooms, not being supervised. I thought this was a health club for adults, not Romper Room....very disappointing.....

I was excited to see that a MAC store opened in Inner Harbor East. I detest going to Towson Town Center. I had a hair appointment at Scene 217 in Little Italy and was desperate to get more foundation. The store was empty and the sales clerk was very aggressive. Instead of getting me my foundation she insisted I agree to buy primer. I told her that I didnt want primer, that I wore sunscreen. She finally agreed to get my foundation only to find it was SOLD OUT. Then she tried to talk me into another color that was much too dark. Before she realized that my foundation was sold out she offered me a sample of the primer. I was frustrated that it was out of stock and told her I would have to order the foundation online. After this, she took back the offer for the samples. So now I have to wait several days for the foundation to arrive. I would ditch the whole brand if I could find a foundation that worked with my fair skin in another brand.

I absolutely love this Mac location! The customer service is awesome and they always know exactly what Im looking for every time I ask a question. This is the only location I go to.

I went to mac today to see if they had fashion rival because it was sold out online, and I also need to lip liners in nightmoth and currant for lipsticks I already own. Never again the employee were short staffed in my eyes and not very helpful just short snappy answer, to my question I expect more from Harbor East the service in that area is normally superb, but not today I will take the drive to Mac in Towson gladly.

People attend very well and help you a lot in case you are not very sure which product to buy!! I was taken care by Chris, she was just amazing, very cordial and helpful !!!

I went here for the first time yesterday and I hated it. The service was terrible. I went in telling her that I didnt know anything about make-up and I just wanted a nice face clear of my acne. She put a moisturizer, foundation and a little concealer on. I looked at my face and noticed a rush job. It totally brought my acne out even more. I hated it. So instead of giving me options so that I would like it and not leave disappointed I was basically rushed out the door with an oh well. Maybe I should have tried the MAC stores in the mall or even Sephora.

I went in to see if the store has the Nasty Gal collab lipsticks in stock. The representatives had no idea what I was talking about when I asked, and then assumed it was an online-only special. I was really shocked by this. Ive been to MAC locations in Canada and in France, and their employees are always fanatically excited about the brand and know everything about it. The employees at this location obviously hadnt even been to the MAC Cosmetics website themselves in months, nor did they read any kinds of beauty websites or blogs. MAC has been promoting the Nasty Gal collab voraciously for quite some time...

Go see Niya! I shop at the store frequently and every time I come in, shes polite, completely flawless, and very genuine! Ive watched her do makeovers on tons of women and her work is phenomenal. Everyone that I know swears by her and will travel into the city just for her. I work at a college in the neighborhood and my coworkers and I always have conversations about how we love going to see Niya! I dont know if we even love the makeup we buy as much as we love her. Her talent is crazy! She can teach you anything and she takes her time with you. Some of the managers are so mean and unwelcoming so go in and just ask for Niya. Go see Niya!She also knows makeup outside of Mac very well so she can translate what you wear to something that will be perfect for you in the store. Shes converted the entire neighborhood to Mac lol!

MAC Cosmetics Harbor East on The Charmtastic Mile is a great store for cosmetics.

If I could give this particular location no stars - I would. The customer service is horrible. The bad part is that I experienced poor customer service here several months ago and chalked it up as an isolated event. So, Ive tried this location two more times since my initial visit and have had the same horrible experience twice. I wouldnt patronage this particular location even if it were the only one in Maryland.
