The employees are snarky and lack general knowledge of their job. I would recommend this place if you aren’t trying to finish whatever you’re working on. They’ll make you come back, because you’ll have to return everything that they sold you.

Best experience I’ve had went to multiple auto parts store for an oil filter only to be told they don’t have one and they can’t get one, I ended up calling Napa they informed me they didn’t have one but could order one for me right away very nice and informative people!

I needed some parts for the Detroit Diesel Engines on my boat. Stopped by three stores and they all wanted the make and Model of my car. I told them the part numbers I needed but they were unable or unwilling to look cross reference. Napa was such a good experience compared to the other three stores. Terry Billings answered my telephone call and was able to find what I needed quickly. When I got to the store Dan Shultz helped me and when I said let me double check the part number, Terry had taken notes from my call and she assured me that it was the correct part. These folks know their parts and they love what they do. This is old world service at its finest. Thanks Terry and Dan.
HORRIBLE customer service. Just horrible, felt like it was a race issue because I had my white coworker do the same exact order and he had no issues. We still returned everything and went to get out parts from elsewhere.
Called this location to look for a specific fuse tap for my car. I was told they had my item in stock and will have it at the front desk when i arrive. After driving 25 minutes, i walked in only for them to tell me they do not have the item in stock.
Very helpful people. I like NAPA, because even if I loose my receipt they go out of their way to help me and they are good at locating my part.
Very nice had the parts that I wanted check the show to make sure that the parts were there and was not a computer error prices was good quality of Parts good so I do give them a four out of five

I was extremely happy with the service. Unfortunately, my part was delivered and taken back out of the shop. The owner gave me something that made me very happy. Other shops didnt have what I needed and said it would take two days past the weekend. The owner was able to get it that day. I cant say enough about his customer service. Thank you so much!!! 😂😂

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Took almost a half hour and majority of that was spent just waiting for someone to acknowledge my boyfriend was even at the counter. Then once someone actually decided to help and I use that term loosely he wanted to argue with what was needed even tho he had the mechanic ON THE PHONE. By far the worst experience ever had there

Cant see this NAPA location from the road. It is almost behind the brick building. The customer service was ok. The store is small but it has a huge warehouse in back. They should have everything needed! Thanks For Reading!!

I’m sorry but “Dave” likes to make comments... my mother came in to buy a control arm and strut for my car... after going in a couple weeks before to get the same thing(had to wait not the cheapest items)... Dave proceeds to say very rudely “what you didn’t think the other side would go up”... obviously I knew it was going to go up. He needs to learn manners and respect and to mind his own business... I won’t be back at THIS location.
I was told today that anything I reserveonline to pickup in store has to be paid for in advance.That defeats the point of reserving the part to pay when you pick it up !!!SINCE I WAS TOLD THIS THEN ILL REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM WITHOUT A LETTER OF INQUIRY AND APOLOGYBECAUSE I KNOW THAT THE PART I ORDER WAS NOT A SPECIAL ORDERED PARTThe person on the phone was very nasty about the situation
Very helpful staff, however its small and theres very little stock on shelves to locate on your own. During busy times, youll have to wait a long time to get a very simple part, such as a wiper blade. This is the only reason it doesnt earn 5 stars. Id give 4.5 if I could.

I would suggest to anyone to go to Napa Auto Parts they have everything you would ever need for any vehicle import or exports for reasonable cost no reman are remanufactured parts I would always recommend NAPA Auto Parts to anyone at any time for your Auto Parts needs for any vehicle
Signage at this location is poor. The entrance is not apparent from the road and I could only find a small NAPA logo high up on the building behind a tree. Staff are helpful & they had the parts I needed.
Alternator went out on my Dodge. We called and David was top notch on helping us. He had us the part first thing in the morning and had another associate bring it to us in the parking lot. Saved our day!! You dont find service like that any more. We are transporting loads to Baltimore every week. Anything we need we will only call them from now on.

I was in the store for 30 minutes to purchase brakes(that wete confirmed to be in stock the day before)... the employee that assisted(?) me, complained, in front of me, to another employee, about how nobody would help him find two items that Bob, found right away... I was the ONLY customer in the store. Nobody apologized about the inconvenience... only Bob and lady made effort...still wouldnt return.

These guys are awesome! They are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! I called them so many times about the spark plug wires and ignition coil on my 97 Volkswagen Golf GL. I actually learned something about the vin number on my car as a result of numerous phone exchanges! The were the only ones that had affordable parts in stock immediately. They even told me who had the wires that they didnt have in stock. Now my car is running perfectly and I have them to thank for the parts. Thanks, Napa!
