Without a doubt, No Limit is the best shop around, guaranteed! I’ve had four vehicles there in the past two years and every time the service and quality of work is beyond expectation. They handle everything in-house, even the alignments. Work is always done on time and on point. Every time I’ve dealt with Matt, he goes above and beyond to get the work handled. He has extensive knowledge of all vehicles and what parts work best and won’t oversell you in stuff you don’t need. I used to try to source all the parts myself and take it to a different garage and have them do it. Once I called No Limit, I never did that again. Im not one at all to write reviews of places...if they do well, good on them and Ill be back, if not, I wont. So the fact that I am taking the time to write this review says a lot.When it comes to car upgrades beyond OEM factory parts, thats not my particular wheelhouse, so I was coming into this idea of doing new rims and tires with little background as to what new setup would actually fit my vehicle. I came across No Limit when doing a search for places that do wheel packages and saw their reviews commenting on their outstanding customer service, and let me say, I will certainly be one to second those reviews. Ive been to many businesses that have had good customer service, but this place takes it to a new level and they show that they care. Being someone without much experience beyond OEM, they explained the process for picking out new rims, what to look for, what not to look for, if something that I said wasnt correct, theyd clear things up and make sure we were all on the same page. Some places do it for a $ thats attached, but I cant say that I got that feel from No Limit.I worked with Chuck, and he made every effort to help me find something that suited what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction with what to look in to to get some starting ideas since Im new to the car upgrade realm. They have a very clean showroom that is organized and neat...not just a shop with hundreds of rims stacked on end that you have to sort through. Once I settled on what I wanted, they were quick to make the parts arrive (even though they didnt have them in stock on site -- they called the distributor directly with me standing there at the counter), and once they came in, I got a text asking if I was available, they could do it all same day. Went in, they have a very nice waiting room with compliments that many shops dont have. And when they were done (about a 2 hour job as they predicted), they came out and walked over the car with me to make sure I was pleased with the work and they had my new wheel lock keys in the car and my old rims and tires were carefully wrapped and set in my car without me having to wait any extra time. Not to mention that they painted my calipers and wheel hubs to match the rims (at no cost to me).All in all, saying I was satisfied would be an understatement, and the fact that Im taking the time to write this review should attest to that fact as well since I dont write reviews (this is actually my first one). But definitely worth it for a company that sticks to what it says and makes every effort to make sure you are satisfied with making a purchase.For people looking for a place to have car upgrades done (I can only speak from a wheel package upgrade perspective), please give this company a shot and stop by. I live over an hour away from the shop, but am glad I stuck with them because of the confidence that they gave me throughout the process. Anyone that cares about their ride wants to know that its being handled with care and that the people working on it and suggesting routes to take care about it as if it was their own, and this place does exactly that.So, 5 stars for No Limit, be sure to ask for Chuck, and should I need something else done that they offer services for, I will certainly give them first dibs.

Order a Rough Country lift and they sent the wrong parts. My vehicle was doing a Carolina squat. I reach out to No Limit after notifying RC about there mistake and they sent me new parts to be replaced. I called No Limit and they did not hesitate to get me in to service the issue. I took my car to Mr. Tire for a balance and rotation because my car was shaking at 60 mph. After leaving their shop, my car was shaking at 30 mph! It was worse than when I brought it in. I had to call the shop I usually go to and figure out what was going on. They recommended No Limit because I needed center rings for my aftermarket wheels. No Limit showed me photo proof of what Mr. Tire had done to my car and made it right. AND they charged me less than Mr. Tire while also doing more work than them. They did the work pretty fast, too. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. Also, their store is so pretty. The way they set up their front room display is really nice and the waiting room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable!

I would not take a vehicle here for any work. I brought a 2020 4runner in for a lift, wheels and tires. I went there knowing exactly what I wanted, just needed someplace to order and install it. Pretty simple. I gave myself three options for installers and I chose poorly.My car looks great, but only after two visits, one of which they kept it overnight without notice which caused me to miss work the next day. The final bill was $300 more than the initial estimate of which I was told it would be less expensive.Every step of the process from ordering to installation had issues. First attempt at install, they didnt have the rear shocks on the complete lift I ordered. Second install attempt was to put the rear shocks on. Tire pressures after both trips were roughly 7-8 lbs difference. They could not align my vehicle and 1) said it was good to go after both trips and 2) said it pulled because it was lifted and had large tires.I am a retired combat veteran with over 20 years of driving military and civilian lifted vehicles, so I knew it could be aligned. Took it to Ward Automotive in Edgewood and they aligned it for less than $100. Drives straight and doesnt drift at all now, but absolutely zero thanks to No Limit.No Limit = Premium pricing for subpar work.

When it comes to customer satisfaction and service you need not look any further. I was looking for a yakima accessory that was sold out everywhere. Found No Limit online left them a message hoping for the best. In less than a day I received a message and dealt directly with Tony. Through text and calls and he went out of his way to help me out, found what I needed and shipped out to me up in NY. He followed up to make sure there was nothing else he could help me with, so I added my name down for a couple more parts. We picked out a set a of wheels, he even ordered extra wheels in different widths of the rim we chose to test fit and get the perfect fit. Set an appt and was in and out within two Hours. This place is awesome! This is my first time getting rims on my car. When I entered the store, Chuck was there to greet me and was very patient with me. He showed me what rims worked best with my car with no pressure. After talking to him about other improvements, he let me know about their wrapping services as well. Again, it was so easy to talk to Chuck and the other members at that shop. I already have another appointment for wrapping my window trim, with other improvement in works. I discovered No Limits Baltimore (NL) via the Yakima web site, while looking for an authorized dealer to install a Skyrise HD roof top tent (more difficult than one might imagine, as the ubiquitous REI sells but does not install them). I drove up on a Thursday to visit NL, and was introduced to Tony, the NL Shop Controller, and an experienced and knowledgeable overlander. He was both friendly and very helpful, including a demo of an HD 3 installed on the roof of an NL employee’s car. Convinced that this was the RTT for my 2121 Toyota RAV4 Prime, I bought the only one that they had in stock, and Tony offered to do the install the following Tuesday (today). After a very helpful overview of the tent as it was installed on the roof rack of my car, including tent set up and packing up, I set out on a short (~30’) drive from NE B’more to a solitary camp site on the water, to enjoy the new tent for the first time (in progress). Overall a superb 5 star experience at NL, and if you are looking for a Yakima RTT install (or other overlanding gear and advice) in the metro area, I highly recommend checking out NL. What a great find, and look forward to working with Tony and the staff on future overlanding kit and builds. Many thanks!18 August — Following several outings this summer in the RTT, back at NL to pick up a full size spare for the hitch mounted spare tire carrier, along with an accessory plate for RotoPax water containers and a fold-down camp table, and a relocation bracket for the license plate. I originally went to the Bob Bell dealer to see it o could get a new set of wheels for my 2016 camaro RS, but for the new mid engine model coming out that I seen a picture of, but they couldn’t give me any choices other than what came on the original ‘16 model, but Jamie from the service department suggested No Limit. Walked in, and Matt was the first to greet me. Told him exactly what I was looking for, showed him a picture I had on my phone of the mid engine camaro, and explained that’s what I was looking for. I said that I’ve always preferred chrome, but every camaro I’ve seen with chrome wheels just doesn’t look right. He explained it was because the car has no chrome trim on it, and all the trim was black. His experience and knowledge was on point. He said he had just a set he thinks I would like (Niche) I believe, and showed me the wheels in the catalog. All I got from the dealer was black and white xerox copies, but the catalog turned out to be the best because he asked if I wanted gloss or matte. I said gloss then looked at the catalog and was able to instantly tell that would be a mistake. Matte seemed to show so much more detail and Matt agreed, so I put down a $200 deposit and he ordered them and told me he would call me when they came in. 2 days later (because fed ex delivered 2 at a time, instead of 4, or all 4 would’ve been there the day after I placed the order) and I had them installed. When I picked the car up, it looked great. They pulled my brand new tires I had off my old rims and mounted them on the new rims, and balanced all for the cost of just the new rims, AND shined the tires after they were installed on the car. As I was waiting for them to bring the car around, I spoke to Mike about Eibach lowering springs and asked if he could order them for me, but he said they already had them in stock, so I told him I wanted to make another appointment to have them installed. They installed them the following Wednesday and I was just ecstatic. Car looks GREAT, alignment was on point, and it handled excellent on the ride home without sacrificing any ride quality whatsoever. They went above and beyond, when they put it back together and even cleaned the mud off the passenger side tires and reshined the tires. SOLID INSTALL. Very much recommend this place and was very pleased with their excellent customer support as well as their professional installation. Loyal customer for life. If I could leave 6 stars, I would. Thanks Matt and Mike! Matte black wheels look perfect with the flat black window trim and tinted windows. Thank you so much.

If I could give this place 55 stars I would. Hands down the best. Matt took care of me, was super knowledgeable and made the perfect recommendations as to what I should get. Some people try to sell you, this man was truly consulting me with the pride in selection as if it were my own. And the gentleman that painted my brakes did a phenomenal job with emphasis on that because I couldn’t imagine it being any more perfect! No Limit has top of the line customer service. Dont waste your time going to little mom and pop stores not that theres anything wrong with them but I wasted 3-4 hours of my day because the last place I went to didnt have the right tools to balance my tires or set my rims correctly. I’ve been Switching between my OEM wheels and aftermarket rims for 3 years having issues with wheel alignment. The first time I left my vehicle to here get serviced it came out driving brand new. Mr. Matt’s knowledge on the material I had without even seeing the condition was super impressive. The price was within my range and a follow up call was made the next day to ensure everything was ok. As long as I am in this area I will not be going to any other shop.

Matt and the staff truly exceeded my expectations! I asked them to paint my brakes, tint my windows, delete the chrome, paint my rims, put on new tires and install a cold air intake and exhaust, so I was a little worried about doing all this. Especially, with the time frame I gave them only three days, but they did not disappoint. They absolutely killed it while keeping it all at a reasonable price. Just had my second experience there in five years. I have to admit that I shopped two other places before I went. Other shops dont compare to these guys.No hard sell, great customer service, work was done on time, and the price was right. They told me it didnt take as much time as projected so they reduced the price. Integrity......no place else would do that. Matt and Chuck are top notch.

I talk to Matt on phone he warned me Saturday are busy and the wait may be long so it was Memorial Day weekend I wanted my black rims on my vette so I went early I was literally the first person there !!!😃 chuck said yea line usually around the corner I was happy bout that they mount and balance all 4 of my rims on my car I waited in a nice waiting room and in no time I’m was leaving great experience
